booked here for 2 rooms 2 nights rang up very hard to get front desk .wanted to arrange pick up to find that they had cancelled my booking . had to rebook through Agoda cost me more due to a human error. Rooms nice but asked non smoking floor due to young infant go put near smoking rooms . Breakfast very poor No orange juice on day one 2nd day they watered it down food selection poor French stick for toast . general food average recommend don't eat in house go outside. plus side free bus service to SM Mall nice staff good location quite nice roof top swimming pool
Note: I come from Australia so my expectations may be a little high. Good: Many of the sights people come to see in Angeles are at your doorstep. The bars and a great shopping mall are in walking distance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Internet was generally pretty good. My son could still play fortnite on our laptop. Bad:This hotel would have been good about 10 years ago but now is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are stained and look dirty, the woodwork rotting in my bathroom and wallpaper peeling from the edges. My family had to be moved to another room due to the foul smell coming from the drains. Several days in a row the free breakfast was served with cold bacon and hash browns. Dirty cutlery etc. There was more but I don't want to write a…
This is a good Korean-owned property. The property is well located in the downtown area (which we chose as opposed to the outside location of the Clark properties). The room is clean and the rooftop pool is great. The buffet breakfast is mediocre, but that is the norm I have found with my travels. The Italian restaurant Piccolo Padre (leased) is fantastic. We extended our stay and will return.
Totally overrated and over priced. Cons.. Asked repeatedly for second key they would not give. So everyone I needed to go to my room, I had to wait for the front desk to send someone to bypass elevator security. Only one small very show elevator shared with staff & bulky service carts Water pressure in shower now existent. Impossible to adjust temperature... eitherv scalding hot or ice cold. Yellow mold in bath tiles and shower door trim Super bad wifi Not enough electrical outlets near the beds for charging devices Mediocre breakfast Very dissatisfied for 70$, barely worth 25$.
Situated about 300 metres off the main road, this property offers good value. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The food in the main restaurant is decent and very reasonably priced as are the beverages. Mid way during the 3 day stay, the air conditioner stopped working. The maintenance staff appeared within 5 mins of the call to the front desk and recommended to the front desk to provide me with another room which occurred within the following 10 minutes. Very impressive. There is a decent sized pool on the rooftop that adjoins the main hotel restaurant. The inclusive breakfast is a selection of pre plated options cooked to order which is adequate. The property ticks all the boxes when it comes to value and service offerings. Also offered is a complimentary drop…
Good location. Close enough to everything without living next to a 24-hour Disco or Karaoke Bar. The rooms are very clean and the Staff is extremely helpful. I live here in Angeles City and if I ever need a place to stay because of the infrequent brownouts I always go to Prime Asia.
1. Very friendly personnel especially the waiters of the hotel 2. Good rooms and beds, very comfortable 3. Good parking space at the back 4. Commendable hotel 5. Very nice event coordinator Ms. Ren for the function hall. 6. They are flexible to meet your demands 7. Very nice environment
Used to be a good hotel, but has deteriorated quickly. Rooms not as clean, towels turned grayish, breakfast is tasteless, and parking is very limited. Too bad as this hotel started with potential, hope they improve. For now, I’d stick with hotels inside Clarkfield like Park Inn, Widus, and The Mansion. Their rates are almost the same anyway.
Premises: The location of the hotel is strategic and just a few hundred meters away from bars (which seemed like a red light district) and other commercial establishment. The hotel is packed with a roof deck pool, a bar and function rooms. The steepness of parking is quite challenging for sedans. Place: The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels and complete with amenities that you thought you won't even need but you will though. The room provides a luxurious effect. The WiFi password located on your key card is a smart move. . Passion for Service: Check-in and check-out time was a breeze. They provide shuttle service to and from a mall and Plate: The breakfast buffet is what you'll have on a normal morning breakfast but what really astounds me is the breakfast…
We checked in to this hotel thinking about being rated 4 Star , I practically have mix emotions when it comes to the reviews. But we chose to give it a shot and stay at least for few days. Checking in and out was easy . The employees are very friendly and courteous. Our room has a decent size bed at least. No slippers, no lotion and only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel in the bathroom , and only 2 pillows for 2 Queen bed . I asked for extra pillows and front desk told me that it will cost me 50 pesos per pillow. So I decline to pay. But eventually the Manager allowed to send us extra 2 pillows at no charge .Kudos to the manager and the front desk that night . I will give credit to 4 small bottle water that was left in the fridge. There was a small pool at the 6th floor , as well as a…
