Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Fourth time staying at Prime Asia and although it is still a nice place with lovely staff they no longer have a workable gym and now they dont even have sunloungers around the pool. It caters to purely Asian clientele and if you enjoy relaxing in the sun you will need to lie on the floor or sit in a chair.
Disappointing. Will stay elsewhere in future sadly.

Hands down from booking to check out process! Kudos to Ms. Rebecca Tan for assisting me starting from booking a room and through out our stay she has made our experience seamless and memorable. The room was indeed clean and spacious there was a bit of problem with the A/C at first but got resolved in minutes. The housekeeping and engineering team was very accommodating and swift! My favorite area was their swimming pool! It was clean and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful! Clear water and nice interiors too!❤️ Feels like you are in Bali which is a plus! We will definitely come back with our baby this month! Staycation in this property is addicting I must say! The staff and their service is really an asset to your hotel! See you soon!

The hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to requests. Despite short notice/booking and late check-in, our family was well accommodated.
The hotel room was good and spacious enough for a family of four. The beddings and sheets were comfortable. Basic toiletries were provided. The 24-hour restaurant was also a good thing. My kid also enjoyed swimming at the pool. The price was reasonable, too.
Our stay was good for the most part. We’re grateful also to the courteous and accommodating hotel staff.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or booking.com and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go.
Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have.
Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

Affordable yet neat rooms.The pool area also is very instagrammable. I will never forget my experience in this hotel Just cause I got engaged on my hotel room. the staff were so nice to let my fiance set up the room and they also looked excited for us. Will definitely stay again

We celebrated our 5th anniversary last June 12. We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel for one night. The kid loves the pool. We really our stay since the room is clean and comfortable. What we love most is that they have a superb customer service. My husband left his wedding ring at 307 room bathroom. We call the hotline and message the page. So grateful to Mika and Becca who assist us, especially to Mr. Toni, the housekeeping who kept the wedding ring. I highly appreciated their honesty. Thank you so much.

Hi there, Front desk & HK stay are courteous enough to attend to our needs. Forgot their names for I would have mentioned. I would suggest having nameplates on their uniforms so they'll be better remembered by guests. Overall, we loved our stay in our hotel, especially my kids. Indeed a pandemic getaway! Nice and clean room at an affordable price. We'll definitely be back here soon. 😊

We stayed in May 2021. It was a nice room, clean hotel and pool. Services were a bit down because of the pandemic back then but still had nice meals.
Not a whole lot to do at the hotel so would recommend for a short stay.

Excellent bar and restaurant service Room is very cold with only a sheet for cover. The front staff are excellent and the coffee shop is good. The staff are good and friendly I refuse to sign the paper from reception with a long list of Do not. In 50 years all over the world I have never had a disclaimer to be signed

Whatever you do do not stay at the prime Asia hotel in Angeles City!! This hotel is a complete rip-off. They have a room ready for us and we requested an early check-in when booking but the hotel manager Juliet will not allow us to go into our room without paying an extra 1000 peso fee for a two hour early check-in at noon instead of 2pm!! Even though the room is ready they want us to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. I have never heard of anything like this in my life!! Unreasonable and insulting. She even lied telling me this was a department of tourism rule! Nonsense!! There are many hotels to stay in Angeles City for this price and less that know how to take care of their customers. If they're going to have an early check-in fee they should notify you of that when you are booking and request an early check-in. This hotel is absolutely unacceptable and to top it off the rooms aren't that nice. BE WARNED... STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THE PRIME ASIA HOTEL!!

Good day. Thank you for contacting us. We allow small breed dog and cats.
PET POLICY:
Only small breed dogs and cats are allowed inside the hotel.
Pet brought in and kept in a cage. Pets without a cage are not allowed inside the hotel.
Pets must be wearing diapers. Pets without diapers are not allowed inside the hotel.
Pets cannot be removed from the cage outside the guest room. Pets can be released inside the room only. Pets should remain in the cage if brought outside the room, including the lobby, corridor, public area, restaurant, gym, or the pool area.
Pets may not be left in the room unattended.
The Guest is liable for the health, safety, and welfare of their dogs at all times.
Dogs must be clean, fully house-trained, parasite free and disease free (i.e. ticks, fleas, Parvo, etc.)
Please do not bathe your dog in the bathtub or sink. Failure to abide will result in an additional cleaning fee
Guests are responsible for their pet’s actions, including but not limited to hotel property damages caused by the pet, or any form of attack on other guests, staff, or other pets.
Guests should ensure that their pets are well trained not to cause noise, especially after 10pm, which will disturb other guests stay. Guests with pets agree to move rooms, and pay the room rate difference, if their pet causes disturbance due to noise. If there is no other room available, guests agree to either keep their pet in their cage, in the hotel secured back area, or to check out without having the right to claim any refund.
