I decided to stay here because of the good feedbacks i read on TripAdvisor. Even if my husband wanted to stay in another hotel i still insisted to look for this hotel. That day we have been to three different places (dino island, paradise ranch & zoocobia) so it was a tiring trip. After about 30min of driving around angeles we finally found Diamond Spring hotel. I never booked a room in advance but we were lucky there was an available Superior room.

The room was clean & spacious enough w/ 2 side tables, a dresser, a wardrobe cabinet & a mini-vault w/ lock. Lots of area to put ur things on. A/C is working well.

Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee. Their choices were tocino or ham w/ rice, egg & coffee or hot choco. We thought it was okay enough to make us quite full. But wifi connection in rooftop resto was very good so that's another reason to stay longer.

Location is good. Near to most establishments - resto, spa, mall, etc. In their hotel building, there was actually a korean shop, salon and spa already.

ISSUES

The guard was nowhere to be found when we got there so it took us a while before we were able to park at the back of the building.

The room says it has hot & cold shower but i dont think there was no hot shower even after turning the faucet in all ways. Also, it would be better if there is a separate bidet beside the bowl so it would be easy to wash after and not to get the bidet from the other side. They should also fix some water holes in the main shower. When we turned it on, some water went outside the shower area so the floor was a bit floody.

Aside from the minor issues, i still think this is a good hotel - simple and decent & in a good location.

We checked in at Room 309 so my comments would be from my experience from that room.

The Good:

1. This is a nice hotel to spend the Christmas. This is perfect to attend Misa De Gallo since the Immaculate Conception Church is just 2 minutes away.

2. The hotel has their own bar and restaurant that is located on their 5th floor. It is also near BPI and 7 eleven that are really helpful since most restaurants and banks are closed during Christmas. A 24 hour Mcdonalds is also nearby.

3. A nice view of Mount Arayat can also be seen since this hotel faces that mountain.

4. The staff of the hotel are really nice and would help you a lot. From asking the nearest church up to asking for the location of famous longanisa store, they will really do their best to have your needs addressed.

5. There's a parking lot!! One in front of the hotel, which is along McArthur Highway and another at the back of the hotel.

The Bad:

1. Lights in the rooms are too dim. There is a lampshade nearby, however, there is no power socket near it so it is totally not useful.

2. It could also be really noisy at night since this hotel is located along the highway. Very noisy motorcycles can be heard from the hotel room.

Stayed overnight on a Superior Room during a business trip. The room was quite spacious, clean and with mini bar/ref. since it is along MacArthur Highway, it can get a bit noisy if your room is on the side of the road. There's wifi in the room and lobby but weak signal.

It comes with set breakfast. There were only 2 choices: corned beef or ham. Served with rice, egg, coffee or juice. Both coffee and juice were the instant kind. 👎

In the morning, woke up to find out it was brownout. They dont have a generator. Power was out for 15mibs or so and will continue for the next 2 hours till we checked out by 930am.

Staff were nice and friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for less than 2 weeks in total. The members of the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The place is very easy to find and surrounded with restaurants, bars, a mall, a big supermarket and etc. When I come and visit Angeles City in the future, definitely I will be staying here again.

This hotel is surprisingly good. The façade looks ordinary, but Customer Service is superb! We arrived two hours early and were politely reminded of the check-in time, which was ok. We were just trying our luck. :) We came on one of the days for the Hot Air Balloon Festival and almost all hotels are jam-packed, but not a trace of irritation or tiredness on the front desk offices were seen. They were very accommodating. Our room has very strong Wi-Fi connection. My mom and husband were raving about the cleanliness of the room. I found few hair strands on the bed and in the bathroom, but it didn't bother much, I was just OC, I guess. The slippers provided are in different colors, I mean, I am not sure if they are the right pairs. We have our own, so again, we didn't mind. The location was good since it's right next to Puregold and just right in front of BPI. To the left is a theater spa, which I would've tried if I wasn't with the kids. We got the room at the 4th floor and people at the corridors can get noisy and the bar at the rooftop can be heard from the outside of your room. We had the TV on almost ALL the time, so this wasn't an issue. Also, it wasn't audible inside the room. Great job in providing toiletries sans toothbrushes. Most people would bring their own, so this isn't a big issue at all. We tried the bar at the rooftop and the waiters were polite and attentive. Big servings and had a great view of the city. Interiors may be improved and with its great location, this bar has a lot of potential. It offers videoke with two TV screens. I didn't like the ambiance, but the view and the Al Fresco set-up will compensate for the lack of design, very affordable too.

Hot and cold shower is best in the morning, I am not sure why. When we arrived in the afternoon, the heater wasn't in full operation, but was enough to make the cold water bearable. I requested for an electric kettle and the front desk officer willingly provided me with one.

Over-all, we were well-taken cared of and I'll choose to stay here again when in Angeles.

Stayed at the Diamond Spring Hotel during our job fair in Robinson's Place Angeles and our experience was nothing short of pleasant.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Angeles City making it extra accesible to business establishments, restaurants, and of course bars. It's also about 5 minutes away from Robinson's Place.

We stayed in room 402 and it was one of their newer rooms as the 4th floot was just added a little over a year ago. The room was laid out in a way that a spacious comfort room separates two sections of the room with twin-sized bed in each section. The room had two televisions, two personal refs, and two separate a/c!

The linens smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a tiny veranda where you can smoke while having a partial view of the city.

The hotel staff are all polite and courteous and they offered us 20% off our room rate.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel and we highly recommend it to any traveller who wished to experience the charm of beautiful Angeles City.

Amenities:

1. Strong WiFi
2. Free Parking for Hotel Guests
3. Botique shops within the hotel building
4. Hot and Cold Shower
5. 24 hour security

Rating - Perfect 10!

Good location, there is a supermarket near by the hotel. The hotel is on the main road, so it's too noisy all day.
