Loved this place family that DOSENT always have change to swim in pool loved it. Was a great place and will stay every visit. The price was good and the room Was clean. Was close enough to enjoy the mall and all the other places and things to see. With hotel taxi available for drop off easy to get places and not get lost in the way. Breakfast is self serve and very good. All in all a great place to stay.
All rooms shown to us had the smell of cigarettes. They had to change our family room since the airconditioners were not functioning well. The TV area is soooo hot with just a ceiling fan. There are many parts of the hotel that seemed "abandoned" because of dark halls, unkept floors, and dusty decors. Unfortunately, we were transferred to a room in this type of area which was a creepy experience. The gardens have not been kept, too. Yes, the weather is really hot but that's not the reason for all the dead plants. The hotel is also undergoing a renovation, so there's too much dust everywhere. There's also no parking place. We booked to another hotel after the first night.
A good, clean and well presented hotel in the Korean district. A bit off the beaten track, but pleasant with decent sized rooms. Good service and well priced. It is in direct line of the runway so at times it feels as if you might have an Airbus visit you through the window. But that in itself is a fun experience. The staff are pleasant and courteous. The food is good and traditional Korean. The grounds are well kept and spacious with an Egyptian theme. Definitely sad that it is not supported better. They deserve support from the tourists.
Pros: large complex, friendly & helpful staff, large breakfast, van service, spacious room eith refrigerator and complementary bottled water. Large pool, wifi. Cons: lots of ladies of the evening visiting customers of the resort, breakfast arrived 25 minutes late.
