Me and my fiance decided to stay at this hotel because the location was really accessible to anything, specially the mall just across the road, convenient stores and restaurants.

The security was so helpful and nice.

The downside was the smell and odour of the room, it was really sucks. From the time we enter the room til’ the time of checked out, the chlorine-like scent at the room was didn’t disappear.

Will double think to stay again here!

All we were looking for was a no frills, clean, and cheap room within close walking distance from Walking Street. The room was clean and we had a good nights rest. The staff was very attentive and quick to answer questions and any requests we had.

Going downhill???
I stayed here before and it was like 3.5 stars. Now like 1.5~2.0

This last time, room safe was not working and the TV remote was also not working. Called them, and they said they would send someone up. No one came for over an hour. Called again, and still no one came.

The toilet had no seat. They put that ribbon/strip of paper with the hotel's name across the open toilet, so whomever cleaned up the room KNEW that there was no toilet seat.

I went to the front desk. They asked if they could help me, and I said : Well, there are three things : 1) No toilet seat...2) Safe is broken...3) TV remote not working. Manager recommended to store my valuables in the hotel safe in the lobby, and they'd send someone to fix the remote control, and that way there's no need to change rooms....

I reminded them again, in a nice way, that the room had no toilet seat, and I kind of got a look like "So what's wrong with that?"...I had to plead a second time, and then they conceded.

For the new room...
Bathroom was dim with blue lighting...why? I guess to make the flaws harder to see : Molding on the corners of the shower. Mold on the shower head. Really? I simple scrub brush and 1 minute of scrubbing would have cleaned up 90% of the mold that I saw.

But at least this had a toilet seat and the TV remote worked. I did not want to cause anymore trouble, so I just bought my own brush and cleanser and cleaned the shower to my satisfaction.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. ...walking distance to restaurants and nightlife....and the nice looking reception staff but that's it!
I booked the hotel via hotels.com as my friend did as well. He checked in the night before me and warned me that he did not get the room what he booked on hotels.com
I arrived there at 3 at night and they also did not want me to give the studio suite as booked. The told me that the information on hotels.com was not correct. Finally after insisting they did give me the room but I still had to wait for half an hour. (It was 3 at night! And ofcourse I had paid in advance for that night) .
Arriving in the room the safe did not have battery so did not function. There was no wifi and the hot water was just lukewarm and very dirty, even got irritation in my face.
Cockroaches were daily present.so imagine how the rooms were cleaned? Finally after 3 days repeatedly asking they changed the batteries for the safe.
Toilet paper was hard to get. When asking something at the reception it was maybe done after 5 times the same question. They looked so sweet but unhelpful at all!
Than the breakfast. As om European I like European style breakfast. As on my booking was mentioned ...."a la carte breakfast "
Unfortunately there was only a very poor Philippines style breakfast. Every day the same... plane rice...noodles or pasta and toast and fish ....and that as breakfast? So no plated breakfast as mentioned in my contract.
By the way....rooms were very small too...
Many hotels in neighborhood for better price/quality.... This one for me never again.

Below expectations! Breakfast is very bad, rooms are dirty. Will never stay in this hotel again! Also, it is really difficult to believe their claim that this chain is the number 1 businessmans hotel. Must be just a self declaration and not from any certified hotel rating site/agency

Would have been bummed had I paid full retail price. The Eurotel in Angeles City is overpriced. The thought of someone paying a regular price of over $60 for a tiny studio room is totally outrageous. Having said that, the room although small was decent.

Amenities in the room that are nice:
1) hair dryer.
2) cr slippers.
3) tooth brush kit with shampoo & comb.
4) small flat screen tv.
5) safe in room.
6) air conditioning.
7) free wifi.
8) convenient location.
9) BPI ATM in front of the hotel.
10) friendly and respectful staff.
11) breakfast included.

Not so nice:
1) only two bath towels.
2) no foot towel or mat for outside the cr.
3) no hand towels.
4) found long black hairs on the floor.
5) very gross dirty mirror.
6) no hot water in shower.
7) no where to set your soap or shampoo in the shower.
8) poor tv channel selection.*
9) no refrigerator. **
10) no mini bar.

The breakfast omelette station was very good; however overall the breakfast buffet was not all that appealing. The facillity is clean and the staff are very friendly. It's J ust not worth paying full retail price though.

* The hotel's brochure states "in-house movies available 24/7," but I couldn't find a movie channel (in English that is). I even reset the auto channel select button to see if perhaps some channels had inadvertently been deleted.

** Refrigerators are only provided for suites (not for studio, standard or deluxe).

While staying in this hotel now in January, 100 euros was stolen from the safety box inside my room. I have exact bookkeeping and I know exactly how much cash I keep inside the safe, counting the money every time when checking in to a new hotel on my travels. This seemed like an inside job because only the supervisors have or should have access to the safety box override key. The thieve(s) only took one 100 euro note so that I wouldn't notice the difference. They didn't take all the cash. I had been using peso cash and hadn't used any euros for 4 weeks when travelling in the Philippines. But now in this hotel suddenly 100 euros was missing.

One of the supervisors offered me 4 free nights in an upgraded room to compensate. Since I have flexible travel plans, I cancelled my next booking and stayed here for the extra days to sort of get my money back. But I stored every valuable to the safety box in the reception after this incident (and there were no further problems).

I also contacted the manager of the hotel but after initial questions he never got back to me regarding this issue and what actions they have done to prevent this happening to other customers so I'm writing this review to warn other people. Store your valuables in the reception (if you really want to stay in this hotel). The hotel has no CCTV on the floors and apparently no bookkeeping about who uses the override key and when.

First things first, this review takes the price into consideration. As such, it should be expected that this is a basic hotel - a place you can sleep and shower in and nothing else. I have to be realistic with the expectations and review, right?

If you want the frills and pampering, then this is not the hotel for you, nor any hotel outside Clark Freeport Zone compound because most are small local hotels. The only exception is Radisson which is within SM compound but expect to shell out money.

I initially wasn't sure what to expect as this was the first time I booked a hotel this cheap - Php 1300 with breakfast (book online on their site as it is the cheapest rate). I was pleasantly surprised though and my stay was satisfactory considering the price. I won't mind staying here again if there is an unplanned need to stay in Clark area.

Pros:
- clean and decent hotel
- i ordered adobo for room service and it was tasty and well-cooked. Expected from a Kapampangan cooking. Food was reasonably priced.
- wifi was reliable
- for the rate, I was surprised it included buffet breakfast (but very basic and very limited options - 1 dish each: meat, fish, veggie, noodle, rice). Nothing fancy nor remarkable but decent enough. Again, price point will not justify huge buffet.
- basement parking and valet available
- service was fast and courteous
- located practically across the road from SM, convenience store and banks a few steps away
- jeepney terminal is right outside (incase you commute)
- they have central reservations office since it is a chain of hotels (useful for assistance etc)
- the street seems safe

Cons:
- double check the sheets as there may be stains/dirt. I had to request mine to be replaced. (Would've rated 4 stars if not for the dirty sheets)
- bathroom gets flooded because of how the bath area was constructed (floor was leveled hence, nothing to stop the water. I used the bath towel instead)
- limited channels on cable
- no coffee making facility and safe inside the room (studio room) which should be part of the standard in-room amenities already

Stayed here for Maundy Thursday with the fam. We got the Euro suite which i was suprised to see that it was bigger than expected. There's no minibar since i assume that this is a hotel for businessmen. Their slippers are really comfy! Good staff, good location and nice rooms! Couldn't complain. This is better than the one in baguio since i guess this is new. Please keep it up!

I did not have any reservation for any hotels when I arrived in Angeles City and so street walked hotel by hotel and finally had to decide on Eurotel and it looked more decent than the others I had looked at.

I had booked the Deluxe room which was of decent size.
TV was large enough and enough channels to keep away boredom.
The air-con worked well.
Front desk was friendly.

Those are the positives

The floor was disgusting and never swept or vacuumed in its life.
My feet would be stuck with yucky dirt as I walked about.
I had noticed a pistachio shell near the dresser floor and as test decided use that as a gauge if the room was ever cleaned.
And to no-surprise, the nut shell was still there until I checked out. Who knows ... it may still be there as of writing this.
The flip-flops provided kept becoming loose.

The comforter hardly looked comforting. On the first night I asked for 2 sheets to cover myself instead of the comforter.
The security safe also did not work.

The bathroom was also dirty especially the bath-tub. I came out more dirty than going into the bathroom.
The soap holder was just hanging by it’s last threads of the screws to the wall.
The mirror was disgusting.

Obviously I didn’t used their glasses and had my own cup.

The included breakfast included just plain rice, alternating between corned beef (or could have been fish as I didn’t try it i) and some vegetable dish, and scrambled eggs every day.

Thankfully I had nothing missing from my bags as other reviews and written.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any traveller. It is definitely not worth the money spend.
