My stay in this hotel is very BAD!!! The ambiance is sad and horrendous. Staff is not hospitable. They all pout and they seem upset. They Always spend time looking at their phone even at the time of duty. One even shouted at me thinking that I was one of the employees. It is his job to know their guests. They dont even smile. It is as if they only receive a 100 peso per day wage. There is no water and electricity at night. Poor owner of this hotel, your employees maybe angry at you.

Nice and comfortable hotel with great staff who are always friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy, great value with a nice pool to enjoy during the day of relaxation. There are many options in Angeles but this place is good for travellers on a budget who are looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
