The place is a Hot House, no airconditioning in the hallways or elevators which are very slow with the entire staff of housekeeping and maintenance all using the same elevators and taking supplies and inventory to the rooftop restaurant club. Prepare for a wet shirt waiting for and riding the elevators. Very little parking because of their busy pool hall bar on the first floor. The condos are really cheap with a cheap mattress on a frame only no box spring set. No carpets and no hot water in the kitchens so the doors bang from the echo chamber of the uncarpeted rooms and halls. You can search on You Tube and Philippine Addicts and PI at night about all the muggings and robberies with one even resulting in murder less than 2 blocks away by kandi tower. Do yourself a favor and rent a apartment or condo on AirBnd on Clark where the air is clean and its quiet and safe. The 5 little pools on the rooftop that are supposed to be jacuzzis are not heated or even hooked up so no bubbles because too cheap to pay for the electric.
