I stayed at the 4th floor, rooms were spacious but not maintained well, and the amenities were not changed everytime the room is being asked to be cleaned, I mean I prefer a small clean room, and staying In a big room without having the table dusted and the bathroom has yellow patches on the wall is really awful, for me. As for the food it's not that bad and the fact that the money changer is also located at the same building with good rates, and security guard a protection against beggars is good.

Well I have to say I stayed in many places in AC and this is by far the best room for you $ ! Rooms are huge and it has a bathtub!! I am staying in 601...for 1850php with breakfast not bad at all , everything is close the rooms are clean , furniture a little old need some upgrade but the rooms him self makes it up for it , even a balcony!air come wroks great , TV is good , room service are friendly..no pain in checking in ....saying all that let go to the minus of this place ....the reception are the most ignorant people I ever seen in the hotel business ,they give you the dirty looks when you try to ask them something , screaming and shouting behind the desk between them self ...I sit right in front of the for 10 min to order breakfast no one give a s....t !! Made me very mad like I was no one ! Honestly if I was the boss ! I'll fire the front desk and start new ! Cause this place has lots of potential to be known well because of the big rooms and the prices but like I said stuff ...horrible! Not professional at all ! If you wanna have a good stay for cheap but don't care if the stuff is useless this is the place to stay ! Of not I will success other places with smaller rooms but much better and friendly stuff .... I will come back sty here for sure but hope they change the stuff or at least have a serious talk ! Thanks for reading and hope this helps :) have a good and save stay :)

The hotel location is great. The breakfast is good. The staff not all of them are friendly but if they know you they will laugh and make jokes with you. The rooms are big. The bathroom is not that good and not that clean. The house keeping are lazy. The internet service is free (Wi-Fi); sometimes the internet become out of service and it takes time to be fixed. I hope they will do something to fix those problems.

I was happy to book in this hotel:

- Situation is excellent in middle of Fields and close to the mall
- Price are fair and rooms are large
- Furnitures Basic but correct

But..... after few days it discover the horrible managing:

- Rooms were dirty and not cleaned (bathroom: bathtube never cleaned, mushrooms in fridge, dust on furnitures...).... Some empty food plates in the corridor during more than 12 hours...

- Staff unfriendly and lazy: Never heard "Hello Sir", never a smile, Security Guard who sleeps in night, Room service Guy sleeps on sofa during all night even some work/clean could be done...

- Internet Connection out during many days (Wifi) and not fixed even I requested it.
Many little things in hotel are not repaired and abandonned..

Even when I left I paid, there were not able to be nice and friendly. I didn't hear a "goodbye"...

Well you can choose another hotel if you want a real service ..... A real disapointment for me ....

Each tourist is different when coming to Angeles, but if you are looking for a place near Fields Ave hotspots and affordable, this is a great place. No gimmicks here, just a discrete and convenient place to bring back your date for the night and the staff is very accommodating. Rooms run from 1900php to 4000 for the presidential suite. Not much difference between the deluxe and executive rooms so I prefer the deluxe. Great "stabin' cabin"!

I stayed at this hotel for one week. What a dump not worth the price. The room had roaches, toilet and sink linked. There are cheaper and nice hotels in the same area. The only good thing was the free Internet and the location.

I checked in here as a last minute thing and looked at both the regular and executive rooms. The regular was OK but the air-on was so close the bed it looked like it might be a problem. As a result I chose the executive on the 6th floor and it turned out to be a good choice. A large room with plenty of space, a couple of chairs and a good view across Angeles. The price was about 2,200 per night and with the money. Would have preferred a pool to but that's for next time.

The check in and out were very easy the and room service was great too. The hotel also helped to ensure I had a taxi ready for an early start and made sure all my laundry was done on time.

This hotel is in a great location on Fields Avenue and the bars just outside and Walking street about a 5 minute walk. The staff are friendly but hotel could do with modernising. Decor and furniture looking dated the balcony room I had was a very good size.
Ok for the money.
