We stayed in a "one bedroom suite" for two nights. Staff was pleasant but my overall impression was cheap, cheap, cheap. NO ELEVATOR! To start off, the mat at the front door is very ragged and tattered and a serious tripping hazard, especially for the mobility impaired. I told the clerk at checkin and the ragged hazard was still there two days later. When I asked if the problem had been reported to the manager, "Yes", was the answer. The "suite" was merely an elongated room with a kitchenette. The "living room" furniture was so small as to be almost unusable. The bed was so cheap that it squeaked and rattled with every movement. The aircon was low capacity and very noisy. The building construction was definitely "contractor grade." The entrance door to the "suite" was improperly aligned so the deadbolt lock wasn't functional. The housekeeping staff blasts pop music in whatever room they are cleaning making noise up and down the whole corridor. When I complained to the desk clerk, she immediately called housekeeping and was told "we're not playing music." It's an okay place if you aren't expecting much.…
The hotel is very nicely managed with very reasonable hotel policies. Had the 2 bedroom suites, and it was great! the bed was very comfortable to sleep in the in room amenities of large fridge and kitchen is quite nice. my minor complaint is the table inside the bed room is a bit too low so it was kinda hard using the laptop. Parking is limited unfortunately. they also have a mini convenience store with cold alcohol and drinks, snacks and personal hygiene products at very reasonable prices!! I was only booked for 1 night, but they seriously made me wish i was booked for longer nights. this was a really great hotel experience. PS.. the a/c vents did have a build up of dusts, unfortunately and need to be cleaned.
Booked my studio room for 3 nights. My room is modern and clean. Shout out to Jen for the hospitality she showed me during my stay. She helped me find a transportation going to my appointment and going to the airport also. They also responds to my request immediately. One of the best studio rooms in town.
The location is accessible to main road, bars, yet the place is quiet and safe. We got the two-bedroom suite and the rooms are big complete living room, kitchen with so pots and pans and bar counter. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean. There is no elevator though and we were at the third floor. Not so senior or PWD friendly. Upon entering the room, it smelled like food but after turning the AC on, the smell subsided eventually. The place is good for more than a week stay. It’s like living in an apartment or condo already. The staff are friendly and there is a small but clean swimming pool. There’s also a mini marketplace where you can buy cup noodles, drinks, snacks and toiletries. The place is quite new so everything looks clean. All in all, we will definitely return and recommend this to our friends.…
