⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.
I rented the poolside Lagoon room to fulfill my swimming workout needs - and that was a mistake. Like the title states, the once pristine blue water has a tinge of green, indicating lack of maintenance and algae growth during the pandemic. I did not risk swimming in it for the possibility of acquiring some kind of parasitic disease. Very disappointed.
The pool is why you stay. The staff are nice but the manager does not do anything except act as a greeter. He has no level of helping or resolving things. The food is ok. Fresh. Make sure you get a bell or you will not be able to get a waitress attention. My daughter got bit by a bed bug. The cleaning staff said the Managment knows but refuses to fix problem. They gave us a can of bug spray. My daughter had a swollen eye for three days including her birthday. It’s an old hotel. Not updated. But the lagoon pool and the second pool are why you stay. My suggestion is to spray your ron and bed each day and enjoy your stay.
