Century Hotel Angeles City creates a new mark in the region’s hotel industry. With our dynamic management, we raised the facilities and services to fit the needs and taste of our favoured guests -- today’s corporate and contemporary travellers. The hotel maintains a 65-room capacity, which can house a total of 160 people in a night. With our recent upgrade, guests have the option to choose from rooms that are flexible in terms of accommodation. The hotel offers Classic Rooms – cosy rooms that exude a vintage and relaxed feel. There are also the Contemporary Rooms, which are newly smartened rooms that feature modern architecture, artwork and design. Not only did the rooms get an upgrade in design, it also got an upgrade in comfort. The hotel takes pride in lush beds adorned with 300-thread count linens and private bathrooms that have glass-enclosed showers with rain shower baths. All rooms range from single to triple occupancy.Aside from the comfort of the rooms, guests can also find comfort in the hotel’s convenient location. Because the hotel is located right in the centre of the region’s business district, guests can freely explore Pampanga with readily available public transport, 5-minute drives to shopping malls and entertainment centres, and 10-minute drives to the nearby international airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good air conditioning and a fast internet connection. My main criticism is the hot water (or lack of) in the bathroom. Each room comes with two complimentary breakfasts, which you order the night before and will be served to you in your room the next morning. If you are traveling alone, make sure to tell the staff when ordering that you only want one breakfast, unless you really want to eat a double breakfast. Another option would be to bring a container and take out the breakfast. Also, bring your own drinks and snacks to store in the bar refrigerator in the room. This saves you a trip to the grocery or convenience store.

Found this hotel to be a jewel. Located inside a narrow driveway just behind the Pagcor Casino away from the busy MacArthur Rd. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Had a great room deal which came with daily breakfast and buffet dinner. Service & food was excellent.
Staffs go out of their to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your review Dyan p. Our Hotel is currently divided into two kinds: Classic and Contempo. Contempo rooms are the rooms that was fully renovated just this 2012. However, Classic rooms are our old rooms. You probably have stayed on one of these old rooms. I have informed our Manager of the staff chatting you hear at times. This shall be addressed immediately. Again, thank you for your review. We hope you can try our Contempo Rooms on your next visit.

We had an overnight stay here with my family last Dec. 25 to 26, 2014. We rented two (2) Deluxe rooms, but upon our arrival at 1:00 p.m., we were informed that, only one of the two (2) rooms is available at the moment, since check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. We didn't mind much, as we were bound to proceed to the Dino Island anyways, so we just placed all our things inside the available room. The Deluxe room (Rm. 119) is a bit small.

Upon our arrival from the Dino Island trip, at around 4:00 p.m., I was informed that the other room I booked is now available (Rm. 120). We find this room a bit larger that the first one. But, the shower room door seems to be defective, and the television's reception was intermittent.

When we had our breakfast in the morning, my mom asked for a coffee. The buffet staff told her that the coffee machine is defective hence, no coffee or hot water is available for her. But, later on, when another guest arrives, she was astonished to overhear that the other staff offered her a coffee. Thus, she questioned the same, and later on found out that the other staff is just extremely lazy to inform her that they DO have coffee, only its an Instant 3-in-1 coffee, and not a brewed one, made from the coffee maker!

By the way, prior to our designated booking, I called this hotel to confirm the payment I made last Sept 2014. The receptionist, Ms. Nikki seems to be clueless as to my reservation and payment. As it seems, like Ms. Cey Punsalan, who is the reservation agent handling my booking, failed to informed them of my advance payment. Such display of incompetence could be extremely annoying.

Thank you for your review. We regret that you weren't able to check-in the two rooms upon your arrival around 1p.m. The standard check-in time is 2p.m., but if and when rooms are available, we gladly accommodate early check-in. I have forwarded your concern regarding the wait staff and the reservation agent. Thank you for informing us. This shall greatly help us in discussing matters on how to improve our services. We hope to see you again with a promise of smooth service.

I am here inside their old, smelly and noisy room while writing this comment. My beau and I had decided to stay here because we were enticed by the beautiful pictures they have posted on their website. When we came because of the long drive (Manila to angeles) we didn't bother to check the room first before paying in cash. Our BAD! The room is exemplary old, tainted dirts on doors and walls, hard bed cushion which is very uncomfortable!, and we are being suffocated by an obnoxious smell that we can't figure out where it is coming from and I am still wide awake for the reason that you will not fall to sleep due to the loud sound coming from the bar beside the hotel. The throbbing speakers just keep on kicking on my ears and head!
This hotel is poor value for money, far from good hotels in Manila and previous comments from sept 2011 is correct the room is like a cheap motel room.
It is not true that they have CHANGE as they told on the comments (2011) today is 2012 and everything I'm seeing and experiencing now is FAR from the change they are bragging.
Our supposed to be anniversary get away turned out to a nightmare for both of us! I can't wait for the sun to rise so I can drove away from here like a flash!

You booked in our cheapest and oldest room. Given the special occasion, you could have been willing to spend more and stayed in one of our newest rooms. It is clearly presented in our website that the room categories are divided into two: Classic(old) and Contemporary (new). When we say new, it is new. We will in no way claim to what we are not. It is not our customary to deceive guests, we present it the way it is. Yes, we have CHANGED and upgraded most of our rooms, which are now called CONTEMPO. It is sad that you chose to stay in the CLASSIC Standard Room only. Try our Contempo Rooms on your next visit especially if you are particular with the room facilities. Please note the comments of other guests who have stayed in our Contempo Rooms and have witnessed the upgrades done.

This location has great beds and great staff. If you need internet however you will find they have Kim Jong Un as the provider. Yes the Great North Korean leader has stated this hotels internet is something North korea is used to. In north korea they sometimes have no power but always have no internet and that is just the same here. I had asked the manager about it and they did come to my room but the internet would not run. I did not do this review in my room as well... the internet did not work there. I hope this changes soon but do not think I will return to find out.

The services are impressive. With excellent location: several resturants nearby, within ten minutes to the airport. Room is clean and neat. It will be perfect if an exhaust fan is installed in the washroom.
