I'm sure this hotel seen better days . on entering the lobby the place is dark . there is no Aircon . the front doors are left open , mosquito are everywhere. making my way to our room , the carpets are like a red colour but are so filthy they are almost black .on entering the room there was a musky smell. there are lots of mosquitoes already in the room . there is a small fridge . everything look extremely tired and unhygienic . they ask for extra money if you want a extra towel .I wanted to buy a bottle of water . I called reception and she said we don't have any drinks or any food .my first night stay all I could hear was the cockroaches , it was unbearable.i had already been bitten all over my body by mosquitoes.my friend in another room was experiencing pretty much the same.after 2 nights we moved to another hotel . my friend was sick with fever from the mosquito bites for 4 days . maharaja hotel could be something great as its in a nice location if only they change the management and spend some money bringing it top to speed .

Booked the hotel via Hotels.com 8 days of relaxing. Nice pictures on the website, so was really looking forward to the stay. Omg, i dont know when thoose pictures where taken, but i dont beleave it was from this century. The room was excactly like a prisoncell, green emty walls, no balcony or terrace, just the room with highly placed windows. The pool located in the centre of the prisonyard, sorry hotelyard was in desperate need of water and the area around it looked like a wilderness of leaves. 8 days in this place was more than i could stand for, but lucky for me, Hotels.com cancelled my remaining booking, a thing they was not obligated to do, so thanks to them. It was not all bad. The staff was extremely friendly and did what ever they could to make me happy, sorry to say this was an impossible task, but they really tried. Ofcourse i had to take a taxi to center, since this hotel i placed in the middle of nothing.

This is now a fairly old Hotel quietly situated off one of the main entertainment streets of Angeles. It would benefit from some upgrading. Nevertheless the two pool areas including the gardens are so relaxing. Plenty of secure parking. Since my last visit two years ago nothing much has changed other than the Hotel is now catering more for Korean visitors than in the past. The Staff are friendly and helpful and I will certainly stay there again.

We stayed overnight with my family. we booked royal twin rooms.the rooms has personal ref, but they don't have electric kettle, you need to go to cafeteria to ask for it. the waterflow is very weak so we end up requesting for pail and dipper and they gave us a cracked pail and when we requested for the replacement they gave us a very old pail, take note the dipper is as old as the pail.on the following day we requested toiletries, then the hotel staff didn't bother greet us and gave us a poker face look. when i asked her to map the restroom she even gave us an attitude, she seems mad at me.overall, this is not a place to stay if you want to pamper yourself. most of the staffs are rude including the receptionist.

Beds are big and comfy. Staff are friendly and cheerful. Downside is no hot shower. Cable channels are limited. Bathroom sink is very old. Hotel is quite old and hallways are dark. If you're going just "to sleep" this hotel is recommendable.

well, we were here and i forgot my paperbag with 2 lunchbox inside it and the following day, i check for my things if it was still there, and then one guy told me he just put it on the front desk and the receptionist said she didnt saw it and the guy told me to wait for it and he ask for other staffs, the other staffs told me that they also saw the paper bag i was claiming but they dont know where they last saw it,,and yeah the guy stop searching for it and just watch a movie on his cp while we we're talking to him. oh god,,that was very disrespectful and unproffesional , it seems like dont even care with their customers and then thhey told me that they might have been put it in the trash because their reason is "if someone forgot something here we put it in the trash so that the place will stay clean" and i was like really? they could've put it in the front desk oor some sort of lost and found and wait for someone to take it right and so when we were about to go the girl in the front desk said....". we didnt saw your paperbag,,, it might have been put on trash the one with two green lucnh box..".. well that was being dishonest shame on you,,,,,pls put some peopple who can be trusted and take charge in this place ..its really frustrating besides that lunch box is just cheap but has sentimental value for me but the mere thing that they are dishonest ...thats the thing i just cant take

We always stay in The Maharaja if we are visiting Clark Duty Free. Its very safe and secure here. The room we stayed in this time was a little tired but still perfectly adequate. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. The pool area and gardens are very beautiful , quite and peaceful, a perfect place to relax. We did not eat in the hotel this time so am unable to comment on the quality but I am sure it would be good. Inexpensive compared to some of the newer establishments in Angles and really a great place to stay. Negatives ? The available TV Channels are very limited but very few guests go to Angles to watch TV.

This has been our 2nd stay here at the maharajah. We enjoy staying get here because of the friendly and helpful management and staff at this hotel. It is off of the main road which, in our case we like. Very private dining and pool area. Food is great and very reasonable. Rooms are nice and very affordable. Transportation is available and very reasonable priced, since there are no taxi's in this town. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Weather with the room or if there is a problem with the food, they want to make you as happy as possible. The swimming pools are very clean and well kept. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay at Maharajah. Service was not only fats and super polite, but impeccable. Joanna, Mike and Chuchi run this great Hotel, and they are always on hand to solve any needs. The room servicing was first class. The pool and grounds always neat and tidy. Internet speed is the best I have experienced even compared to Manila's 5 star hotels! Shame on you Manila! Food at restaurant and its service was always fast and tasty; great choices too. I stayed 6 days and have been travelling around the Philippines for a long time and stayed in so many hotels from 5 stars to crappy hotels and to me, the Maharajah beats 'em all, including the likes of Shangri-la, Diamond, Pacific, Manila, Heritage etc. Thank you Mike, Joanna and Chuchi and all staff....

We stayed here for 1 night and for me it was close to ok. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it is inside a village or something, for security reasons it is very good I would say. The reception was friendly and the entrance is nice and unique. The let down for me is the actual room. Upon going to the room the hallway ambience is a bit scary for me, its a bit dark and no decorations on the wall at all. We stayed at the royal premiem room. First, the actual room is far different from the photos on their website the floor is very old and weary and lots of marks on it, dust on the table and the worst part is the blanket on the bad has lots of holes on it! I just cant believe that they use those old as in very old sheets / blankets! No bar fridge, no hair dryer and the TV signal was pretty bad - to make things worst we ordered our dinner to the hotel restaurant and took then like 1 hour or so to deliver (take note that I need to go there myself and follow it up) So definitely I will not stay here again, there are far more hotel better that this. Sorry
