Stupidly loud. Otherwise an average hotel in a good location. But constant noise. A few customers drinking and playing loud obnoxious music at the entrance. At all hours. One complaint stopped it for a few hours but it returned early the next morning
Starting with the Manager, and the front desk, the rest of the staff, they're all great, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I apologize for having posted a review late, but I still want to get it out there that this place is amazing. I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed for about 3 weeks, and enjoyed ever day I spent there. I can't complain. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you all for the hospitality.
I know the Philippine hotels tolerate a lot from the customers, but this place is too loud. Guests play their music on cheap speakers while spending the day drinking and smoking in the common area. Otherwise the staff is good. The rooms are small but comfortable.
We stayed for almost a month here, location is great. Near to the airport, terminal, mall but far from the noise of the city. Room with the kitchenette is nice. Staff are kind and always helpful. Friends could come over and hang out.
I stayed at Rishan Villiage Residences for 3 nights. It is more a condotel as units had kitchens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was okay at best. Walk to hotel is down a street with few people around so safety was a concern. Wifi was awful. Mostly unusable during my stay. I used my phone as a hotspot at times. Room was clean. They provided bottled water daily.
The staff are accommodating and very helpful. Had to really say from the Operations Manager (and the rest of the team) to the Housekeeping guys and the security guards, we felt very homey. Always ready to serve. Room is big, nice and affordable. Loving the kitchen part as we needed to cook our own food. The only downside we experienced was the noise from the neighboring rooms and the smell of burnt bread at around 2am to 4am. Nonetheless, are we coming back? Yes, definitely!
Room was large with a King Sized bed, internet service fluctuated often. Friendly staff with well maintained rooms, overall amenities were great. Location is relatively close to the action but far enough away not to be hassled. Their was a little confusion with the utility bill (lost in translation) at checkout, be sure to discuss at length prior to booking. The amount for 23 days was more than double the amount my relatives pay in a month.
The one-bedroom suite I had was at the rear of the property... not great views but was very quiet and comfortable. The front office staff were always very friendly and warm. The security was good and "no ID, no entry" policy. Wi-Fi tended to be very erratic. Some long-term residents tend to sit in the public spaces and play loud music on their speakers... rather disconcerting for other guests who are trying to get some sleep. Room safe needs to have the instruction manual placed next to it as it's a bit tricky to figure it out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. Norma's moneychanger is just around the corner and the best place in Angeles to exchange money.
Hotel is in an excellent position. Close to the Fields Avenue but far enough to avoid the noise from bars and clubs. Room is very nice and spacious. Bed is big and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
The hotel would be a good alternative to many run down, overpriced other hotels in AC. But a near by continuously crying rooster makes it hard to find good sleep and/or sleep a bit longer than 6 am. Beats me anybody is allowed to terrorize a whole residential area with such a noise producer ... This isn't farm land after all! The rooms are small and cheaply built. No elevator. Small ant problem.
