I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was hesitant to book my accommodation due to its location, but my concerns were quickly put to rest.

The hotel offers 24-hour security and free parking, with staff even assisting with traffic until your vehicle is secured.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was greeted warmly, and the cleanliness of the entire establishment was immediately apparent.

My room was impeccably cleaned daily. The delicious daily breakfast was a highlight, offering a delightful start to each day.

In the evenings, the non-smoking pub opens at 7:00 PM and features live music. You can enjoy your favorite drinks and snacks while listening to personally requested songs.

This hotel is truly underrated. Out of 5 stars, I would give it a 6! I was tempted to give it 3 thumbs up, but I only have 2 thumbs.

Give this hotel a chance; you won't be disappointed.

I extended my stay for an additional week, and as General Douglas MacArthur said,

"I shall return."

although set back from hustle of downtown angeles city centre i found this hotel exceptional value for money compared to the likes of nearby abc which is twice as expensive.
the staff are very friendly and curtious and the rooms are more than adequote size and as for the pool wow this is really big kidney shaped and never really over crowded, the only downside i feel is the breakfast for only 1 superb buffet but if 2 staying then you will have to pay for 1 person but what the heck for ÂŁ5 all you can eat cannot be that bad a deal.it was my 4th stay at the oasis and will always go back again and again.

My wife and 4-year old son watched the 18th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta at Clark last Saturday (Feb.23). After a very exhausting day from the festival, we finally arrived at Oasis Hotel. The first person who greeted us was a very "warm and cheerful" man who was the driver of a nice golf cart going to the hotel entrance. I think he was the "right man for the job" because he was very courteous, polite and fun to talk with. First impressions really count and I think he does his job very well, I salute him.

No need to take the elevators or stairs because all the rooms here are single-storey which means it is very "elderly-friendly". Our room is very cozy, they put a lot of attention to details here: the wall lamps, the nice carpet, the relaxing bed, the soft pillows, the large closet with vault, everything is perfect. They even have a hair dryer on their bathroom and a nice bath tub which my wife really loved. Later at night, we availed of their free shuttle service going to SM Clark so we buy some things. Then the same van fetched us at SM Clark going back to the hotel. We felt like we were VIPs since we are the only ones inside the luxurious van.

The next day, we were greeted by a wonderful breakfast buffet! They have some nice pancakes, garlic rice, tocino, longganiza, sausages, congee and a whole lot more. Fried eggs were made-to-order so you can have it sunny side up, scrambled or whatever you want. You can eat it inside their cozy restaurant called "Maranao Grill" or you eat it outside while having a nice view of the swimming pool.

Outside the room, you can find a small koi pond and lots very nice landscaped areas around. The swimming pool was very enticing, it has also a billiard table and a small gym area.

Thank you so much for the staff of Oasis Hotel who are very warm and always there to help. They would help us on our luggage when we arrived and when we left the hotel. A nice staff also help us so that we can have a photo of my family together near the koi pond since I didn't bring a tripod for my camera.

This place is far away from all the "bars and girls" making it an ideal place to stay with the whole family. It is literally nestled like an oasis in the desert where you can relax your tired body and mind. When you are in Angeles City, Oasis Hotel is the place where you can find relaxation and peace of mind. We will surely come back here again!

Very disappointed tonight at the Oasis restaurant. Our service was very slow and unprofessional. The main courses very extremely slow coming out and only came after we ask the waiter. Then they were wrong and cold. So they must have been sitting there but waiter never brought them out. My friend and I ordered baked potato but got cold mashed. The fish was cold and over done.

I think the problem is they add 10 percent tip onto your bill so the waiters don't care because they will make money without providing good service.

Made a reservation via Agoda and specified and non-smoking room. The reservation was made a day before we checked in. However, we were told that there were no non-smoking rooms available. We had to check out immediately without any chance of reimbursement.
Another reason we checked out was we saw several foreigners and Filipinas at the lobby. The foreigners were haggling with the ladies, some of whom were embracing the foreigners and begging for them to be "chosen." Afterwards, we saw them go with the foreigners to their rooms. This all happened in the lobby, in full view and within earshot of everyone. They weren't being subtle about what they were doing at all. Disgusted, we just checked out.

The place seemed lovely upon arrival, but unfortunately my room was surrounded by a group of 39 (!) men that had a party inside and outside their rooms, bringing in hookers all night long until the morning. It was loud, people were screaming, running around, it was horrible and I felt very uncomfortable. I called the front desk many times, went there in person, asked to speak with the manager, but the worst things is that they did nothing to help me. I asked for another room, they promised me to place a guard there, that the girls would be removed, but they did absolutely nothing and then finally the operating manager told me they were allowed to do this and I shouldn't judge them (??). After two nights without sleep and seeing more hookers then I ever did in Angeles I packed my bags and left.

I have been staying at this hotel since i have to visit family in Angeles at least every other month. For the past few times i am wondering why i keep on staying here, well, NEVER AGAIN!

I can say honestly that the amenities are ok but they charge at some stuff , the customer service is definitely HIT AND MISS.

I travel alone with two small kids with me (5 and 2) and there are times where there's nobody to help with the luggage and no valet service. They tend to foreigners pretty good but are VERY hesitant to help a local. They do it but with hesitation! Really? You guys are standing around there looking and staring at me unloading the car with my 2 kids in tow, at least one of you can get your butts working and help. No tip then.

At the pool, the bartender will try to ignore you as much as he can, you'll end up coming to him at the bar to order.

Don't ever ask this hotel to do something beyond their norms here, it confuses them. After staying here many times, i asked for late check out ONCE and was told they cannot do it because their system wont allow them and it will automatically charge me for late check out. I am sure if there is a will there is a way but NOT IN THIS HOTEL.

This hotel will charge for everything if they can, they will charge toothbrush, shavers, etc. From the amount you pay, i think this should be FREE OF CHARGE! The breakfast is awful, and if you are bringing kids, forget about it, just eat somewhere else, because they will charge your kids from 0-12 a la carte breakfast from the buffet!

DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY HOTEL , considering all the sleazy people that comes in and out of this hotel. I overheard a sleazy couple (old foreigner with a very young filipina girl) talking about "filming" something and it makes me wonder if other guests are using this hotel for other means!

Bottom line is, this hotel will not go beyond their means to provide customer service, the employees are just ok on doing their daily routines, DO NOT ASK a favor, just check in and sleep and check out and pay, that's how they want it.

Rooms apparently still under construction with grout running into the bath tub. No hot water. No parking dedicated for hotel guests so had to park near perimeter road and drag my luggage 200 meters under the rain to the hotel lobby. Unwelcoming front desk. Pathetic gym. With so many choices in the area why return?

This was the first time taking my mother to Philippines, I wanted a family environment that was safe for her and my family. That is why I choose Oasis.
The Good:
1. Swimming pool - but please be careful that the shollow end is 5ft deep so please watch the children.
2. The food was excellent and prompt service either by the pool, in your room or resturant.
3. The staff - you are always greeted by every member of the staff with a smile and a greeting.
4. The room - I had the King standard that was enough for myself, wife and child in a king single bed. The room was clean (well until I mesed it) but everyday the cleaners would come in and clean up. There is a safe in the room, a shower/bath combination. And a flushing toilet.

It is far away from Angeles City night life of GoGo Bars so it is safe to keep family there, and it is off the busy roads so it is peaceful and quite. I recommend taking the tours that are available at the business centre.

One thing that I would like to see there is more shelter from the rain, not just for customers but for staff. The bar is outside near the pool and barmaid needs to rush accross in the rain to return with drinks, which I felt sorry for her.

Anyway, fo a safe and family orientated atmpshere, this is the place for you.

Arrived at the hotel on the 25th January at 7 am in the morning only to discover that my hotel room wouldn’t be ready until 2 pm and that if me and my partner wanted to check in earlier we would have to give a deposit of 3000 pesos as collateral (absurd). We sat around for a few minutes to discuss this and decided to take our complimentary breakfast in the meanwhile but not before we had to listen to their nonsense about how we would not be able to have the breakfast on the day of departure.

Nonetheless we carried on to have breakfast and honestly, it was terrible. The food in this place isn’t suitable for human consumption but I’ll touch on that later again. Few hours passed we decided to check in and pay the collateral. Upon entering our room which to be fair was quite decent overall, the air con seemed to have its own brain making all sorts of weird noises. We were too tired to kick up a fuss so we left it. Took a nap. Few hours later we went to the lobby to enquire about the destination we really came to see which was Mount Pinatubo. The staff attending to us said she’d get back to us this morning as we are still here to confirm something for us but we didn’t get any response.

Went out to the city centre a little to a pretty good mall and had a walkabout and some dinner. Came back to the hotel. We were a bit peckish again about 1230am so we decided to order some room service. Ordered some fried rice, it tasted like mushy peas and something out of an army concentration camp. Frankly I’ve eaten better food in the military but I digress. Canceled the order and complained, well know if we’ve been charged for it on Monday morning cause I’m damn well not paying for it.

Went to the lobby after lunch at about 3 pm today to ask the same person, what’s going on, only to receive a response like, “Oh, didn’t you get our message this morning? Basically complete rubbish and laziness on her end. Spent the rest of the day running around trying to book tickets with various agencies to go to the volcano but it seems like all they end up doing here is trying their best to cheat you in some way or the other. As it turns out we were right and we’re now back in the hotel after dinner and came back to a room only to find that they won’t give us any bottles of water for consumption as we have to pay for it even though they insinuate it’s free and each room gets 2 bottles a day.

Anyway today will be our last day here and I’m sure some issue is going to occur. Oh wait, the wifi here doesn’t work unless reception puts in their own IP address even though the key card is supposed to be useable upon check in but before that just make sure that if you end up staying here, stay here knowing that you’re in for a strange ride.

I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. It’s not that the place is bad, it’s just that it’s not good. I would have given it 3 stars but unfortunately majority of the staff aside from 2 of them seem happy to be here at this hotel. I guess that makes 2 of us as well.

Yes they have a shuttle to and from the Airport. You can also call a GRAB pilipino version of UBER . Less than a $1 to the Airport depending on the traffic.
