No breakfast of any kind available. Pool Closed. Tub did not drain. No cups or glasses. Management refused to offer any discount on the stay. Covid notice on website did not say that the facilities were not available. Website very misleading.
We came from out of town for a family emergency and paid for 3 rooms for about 7 days. The LaQuinta inn has the Best accommodations and the Staff was AMAZING!!! The rooms was clean, the exterior is inviting and the Location is perfect.
If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. This place may seriously have the biggest ethical issues going. We had asked to cancel and they said that we needed to within 48 hours or we lose our money. We said ok then leave as is and we will be there. We get there and they say that they do not have reservation as it was cancelled. And they charged our card but we can’t have a room. We could however pay for a night because they have a room. What???
Very clean facility, staff was very helpful and friendly. Quiet location for a good rest location near the mall and restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy as well. CDC guidelines are been follow at this location.
Being a business traveler I need to receive packages for work. I was staying at this hotel so I had a package sent here for a project I had the next day. I was checking out after my 3 day stay and spoke with the front desk person to let him know I will stop back this afternoon to pickup a package I am expecting. I wanted to make sure they did not turn my package away, and I told him I am working all day in the area and I am 5 minutes away. I will pick it up when I get the alert from Amazon. The front desk gentleman told me if I am no longer a registered guest they will turn away my package. I begged him to bend this rule for me, he would not budge. He told me to sit out front and wait for my delivery to arrive if it is that important. I then went to my car and called the corporate number, the cs rep called the hotel and he told her that is against their policy to accept my package, the cs rep told me they are a franchise so she could not help me further with the issue. So after sitting there for an hour waiting I saw 2 well dressed men arrive, they looked like they worked for the hotel. I spoke with the member of the group and he told me he would have the hotel accept the package and have the manager call me when it arrived. The package arrived and the manager called me and I picked it up within minutes of arrival. As I waited to pickup my package a gentleman wanted to check in an hour and 15 min early, the same gentleman who would not help me wanted to charge the gentleman $15 per hour for early check in $30 total, he told the guy if he comes back at 3 pm, there is no extra charge. The guy wanted to cancel his 3 day stay because of this and the guy said he will be charged because he did not give 48 hours notice, the customer said how could I when I just booked it at 8 pm last night. The customer left very upset. This guy working the front desk is costing this hotel business. I spent 3 nights there 3 weeks straight, and I still have to stay in the area another 3 days for each of the next 2 weeks. And in 3 weeks I have a crew comming to take 6 rooms for 2 weeks, but we will not stay at this hotel because of the guy at the front desk. I never saw more than 5 cars in their parking lot the 9 days I stayed there. I wonder why?…
