Staff was friendly. The room was nice and very spacious. It’s a one bedroom with a huge living room. (Pipeline) Room was clean, smelled good. Bathrooms were spotless. Fireplace and duel zone in the rooms, was perfect as I like the bedroom a bit cooler. The furniture was a bit low for my taste but everything else was perfect! So close to everything and the beach was so nice. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The shower and tub were a great treat after a long day out and about.

Great hotel - exceptional staff! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so chic. We had a problem with our air conditioning and the staff came up immediately to fix it - and did fix it! The only negative is the key cards kept de-activating but the front desk was quick to create another one. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in The Lil Pipeline, the only room with a balcony. It was clean, spacious, romantic, and perfect for an anniversary over-niter. Front desk staff was very friendly. Short walk to the beach, and right near Pier Village.

We stayed two nights. Bed was comfortable, room spacious. Details make a difference. Free breakfast was almost unedible. No Napkins or Paper towels. The walls are thin, foot noise from above annoying.

My family stayed here recently. The location is fabulous, rooms are spacious but in need of updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. The issue we had was the air conditioner stopped working in my daughter’s room. The manager was able to change her room (the asst mgr on staff was not helpful at all). The manager said we would get a credit, as I had booked a spacious suite with a view, and her new room was a basic room with no view. The night before checking out I inquired about the credit. They knew about the situation but said they needed to check the new rate. The morning of checkout I asked again and same story, even though they had fully charged my credit card. I have called 4 times since, and the asst mgr just hung up on me. It looks like I’ll have to have my credit card company fight this, as no one will help with the credit I was promised for the room tupe change. For years I traveled about 40/52 weeks a year, and I’ve never run into a situation like this. Very disappointing, as we overall liked the hotel. The floors in the rooms are in bad need of refinishing. The air conditioning in our room leaked but worked fine. The furniture is very uncomfortable in the rooms ( low, very deep couches). But the staff was friendly (except one mgr), the rooms were clean and the location was perfect.

Truly such a great experience from beginning to end. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Not only were me and my mom upgraded for free, but the staff was extremely accommodating. Free parking, room IMMACULATE, and very friendly staff. This hotel is right in the middle of everything, just a walk from the beach, great food and music. They even have bicycles you can ride outside (my mom and I will try that next time). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice little getaway that is peaceful and relaxing. We really had such an awesome time.

I came here for one night on a work retreat. I loved this place. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. One block away from the beach. Full access to Wave Resort. Everyone on staff was SO friendly. Will definitely return.

Very cute, small, romantic hotel with nice staff. Great room with fireplace. Air condition could be little bit better. Of you like European bedding like me, this is the place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and wine bar (great place, WINE LOFT)

Great room. Front desk staff was very friendly and thorough in explaining all the charges. We parked behind the building at the 30 mins sign then checked in. The lady gave us a card to go in and out of the parking just across. If you lose this card, they’ll charge you $75. Room was very spacious. Comfortable bed and with a loveseat sofa in the side. Bathroom is huge, great for families. Plenty of storage space

My husband and I stayed at the Bungalow hotel for several days to visit family and go to New York City. The check in process was extremely easy and stressless. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a warm 'Hello' and 'How was your trip?'. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. There were not many places open to eat, but the girl at the front desk gave us a few recommendations. The hotel manager Alicia Guidetti was so attentive and professional. Very good at her job. She made sure we had everything that we needed and that our stay matched our expectations. She advised us that we can visit their sister property "Wave Hotel' which was down the boardwalk. She advised us of restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will definitely be back!
