For the price we paid, we shouldn't have to deal with noise from the next door rooms. The ac/heater leaked water onto the floor. This should be draining outside and not into the room. The trash cans need to be cleaned out more often to keep them from overflowing.

Well. Booked a room for emergency overnight Hotel is overall very nice But the issues I have I booked on hotels.com It showed the incidentals $50.00 a day The normal customary amount Well here it’s $100.00 a night This was never disclosed before I looked online To be told we are not responsible for third party. Well this will be the first last and only time I stay here Plenty of better places to stay here in cherry hill

Hotel requires a security deposit for rooms and then doesn’t refund It. Rooms are dingy & dirty. Find another hotel to stay at. They are remodeling but in the meantime, it’s a mess. Check in took forever and I had to stand outside in the cold to distance.

we had a good time in this hotel. we were there for 10 nights. Breakfast was very little: a muffin and an apple, every day. thats not because of COVID. The staff was friendly. Sheets and towels were changed in time.
