Where to start? No problems with the actual parking at the hotel but one of the elevators is broken so had to walk to other side of garage to access it and still it lets you out in back of hotel at street level and then you have to walk around to get into building. I was told the elevator had been broken for over a month and nobody working on it and the working one was 120 degrees! Next, check in. I was going solo and reserved a King size bed. Well, on a Monday of all days they were out and she says she is upgrading me to a dbl queen but if I wanted a king to try again the next day. Who wants to stand in line to do that again? I should get what I reserved and especially on a Monday! I had to call to get my room cleaned every day. They did a good job but why do I have to call? No view in room but was quiet at least. 2nd floor as well-Some upgrade!!! Check out very easy. Casino itself was adequate for my gambling and the hypnotist show was great as well. My biggest issue is the parking and not giving me the room I reserved. Love no resort fee and itb saved me some money but they need to do better to get more than 3 stars!

Really impressed by our experience(s). Dimitri was above and beyond helpful at check-in the first week. However, the second week check in staff was not as friendly, maybe not enough staff to go around? We stayed in the South Tower, away from the noise of Fremont both times. Yes, rooms are old, but clean and updated. Would like a larger TV, a bit small for the room, but oh well. Bathroom is nice, but I would hate to drop a contact lens on the counter or down the sloping sink. Shower heads are wonderful! Bigger trash cans would be nice. Appreciated the option of not having housekeeping daily. Casino is smoky, but again, this is an older building and probably not built with flittering system. Liked the free parking-we self parked as not valet people. Chicago Brewing is great-good beer, good food and great service. Here's to Austin for making our trip memorable. Magnolia was good too, just very busy. Prices not over the top, just average and service was friendly. Don't gamble, so can't comment on that. There is no pool here, you can use the one at Binion's across the way...if you want to struggle through the crowds to access it. Bottom line, enjoyed our stay, both times and would stay there again, but only in the South Tower.

Don't believe the photos of this hotel. We were in the North Tower for 6 nights. The room is terribly outdated with old beat up furniture, matress sag in the middle, carpeting was gross, trash pails were rusted out & the bathroom was very run down & small to. The casino had poor ventilation & the smoke was awful. I could barely walk through the place without gagging. We didn't eat there bc the restaurants were very expensive. The fitness center was closed? The Queens said bc of covid yet none of the guests were masked. The parking garage although free was filled with litter & the elevators were everywhere were filthy. This place needs imploded. One positive the shower was powerful.
