We stayed with PH for a week, we have stayed several times before, but the reviews I was reading made me concerned about what had happened...... Firstly we arrived quite late, our choice of a KS bed was unavailable the first thing the young lady did was go check, come back offer us a room with 2 queens for the night with a promise to move us between 12 & 2pm the next day. We agreed.....next day before 12 we had a message to say a new upgraded room was ready and wow just wow did she do good. We ended up on the 23rd floor with lovely arched windows looking out onto the fountains, the room was huge, and we were very pleased with not only the young ladies promise but the roommate gave us. My only complaint like others is a lack of housekeeping, we got a knock late one afternoon to which the chap cleaned the bathroom & new towels, my husband was asleep so no bed change. After that we never got any housekeeping, managed to collar a housekeeper innthe corridor ask for fresh towels & toiletries that was all, no fresh cups, no cleaning, no rubbish collection nada. As for parking, never a problem, those that say its 20 mins to reception from parking garage..,really we timed it at 6 mins and I didnt rush just steady walk. On the first exit we used out hotel key after that it recognised us including the morning we left, eventhough reception left me with a key incase it didnt, it was never a problem. Wifi also never a problem. There are works going on in the casino, cant be helped ins 24/7 354 days, there are notices apologising. All in all we had a fabulous time, yes we would come again, mall the staff were polite, and again a big thankyou to our receptionist night of 29th Nov, you did exactly what you said.

The hotel room was filthy. We booked a premium room, but we found trash on the bathroom floor including used toilet tissue! The bathroom floor was really dirty and the furniture was trashed, we tried to get the front desk interested in the problems, but they are completely disinterested, we found this hotel and the staff to be the worst that we have ever experienced. There are far better options on the strip. We moved hotels after the first night (because we had no choice but to stay the first night). What a difference the new hotel is, main thing it is clean

Sarah at the front desk is amazing! She is courteous, efficient and expedient. We arrived late and the only king room available was next to the elevator which is noisy. She advised us to take another room for the first night and that she would arrange a better room for us the next day. She got us an amazing room overlooking Bellagio fountains! We went back to thank her but didn't see her again before we left. Thank you Sarah!!! You're the best. PH is the best value on the strip and location is fantastic.

Very disppointed with the pool. In order to get a chair near the pool, you have to pay - this is seriously unacceptable. You already pay exhorbitant resort fees, you need to also pay for chairs? Especially if you buy food and alcholic beverages which are alredy extremely pricey.

No bottled water in the room. Not even bottles of water for sale. Also, my room had two mini fridges but both were empty. I ended up drinking faucet water from paper cups. There was no room service available when I checked in either.

Stayed 4 night at Planet Hollywood in early November, some good points and a couple of not so good ones: Good: Great Position in the middle of the strip, also having Miracle Mile shopping centre handy is great. Great sized room and bathrooms, comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing and we had a mountain view not a strip view. Not so good: During out 4 night stay our room was only serviced once, this was disappointing. Water pressure in the shower is dreadful. No coffee makers or even an electric kettle in the rooms. As an Aussie I found it very strange that smoking is still allowed in the property and it did make the stay less comfortable for me personally, and yes I do know this isn't just Planet Hollywood. All in all I would recommend Planet Hollywood if oyu are going to stay on the strip.

Don’t stay at Planet Hollywood. They have construction going on inside the casino lobby. During check-in, they upgraded us to a room that had no wifi connection and broken a/c. When we told Brian the manager, he advised he couldn’t do anything. He has no customer service experience and shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a Vegas strip hotel. Got charged over $200 for resort fee, after a piece of crap stay. Management said they couldn’t refund the resort fee, despite the pool and spa being closed during our whole stay during the week. The parking situation was an absolute crapshow as well. Hotel guests can self park on the other side of the mall, then walk 15-20 minutes thru the Miracle Mile shops and casino to get to check in or even the hotel elevators. Parking tickets were required each time entering the super far parking garage and I had to double pay for parking in addition to the resort fee. This hotel stay experience has been the worst ever and I feel they absolutely stole my money by refusing to refund the absurd resort fee. We weren’t even able to access half the resort dude like who closes a resort pool? I’m never going to stay here again and I assure every platform will hear of this experience. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET HOLLYWOOD.

The positives: Great location, good price, good room Negatives: Room we booked wasn’t available, the room we got was deemed to be an upgrade, was nice and large, had a view of the fountains as paid for, unknown if would have been better in a different room Lack of room service….so many people have commented, and we experienced the same. Wasn’t told at check in we had to ask to have the room cleaned and we were staying for a week, Monday-Monday. Thursday, called down to ask for the room to be cleaned, was quizzed on whether I had the do not disturb sign on, which we didn’t….nothing was done and on Saturday went down to reception and they logged it. Came back to find the room cleaned later that day. Although room was dusty and beds not made properly, so not overly sure what they did. Given a 3 due to the price and location. Not what a 4 star hotel should be, but the hotel is in such a great location and was great value when we booked it. Some of the staff were great. Left our luggage on the last day and they were so friendly. You get what you pay for here

I had read some bad reviews about the hotel and was a bit anxious before going. The check in was speedy (bonus). We had an upgrade and were really happy as our room overlooked the strip and the Bellagio fountains. There were four of us sharing a room but unfortunately only had 3 towels. We asked for room service the next day and 4 towels. When we arrived back later that day we had still only been given 3 towels, to add insult to injury an expensive bottle of perfume had been stolen. Speaking to the manager he was not at all apologetic saying things happen. Beware lock everything away .!!!!
