I needed a lil staycation and decided to go to Oasis to get away and Jeme went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing! Such a sweet soul and I hope to see her with a well deserved promotion next time I visit! The actual stay itself was lovely as well, but make sure you ask for Jeme when you come!

The room had the basics (no fridge or microwave) but was clean. Beds were very comfortable. It is right by Fremont and close to many restaurants and activities. For the money, definitely worth it and exceeded my expectations.

I have stayed here 3 other times and each time I am very satisfied. The room we stayed in was the pool view which has a modern decor, comfortable bed and the air works great. We love staying here for edc because the shuttles are so close.

I will never stay at this hotel again. Check in early, go to room 5 flights up open door and room hasn’t been cleaned, go 5 flights down. Finally get another room 2nd floor no elevator or helping with luggage. No fridge, microwave or safe. Going through all this we only got drink ticket worth $10(1 drink). Construction woke us up at 430 am. We had asked for the early check in and partial room reimbursement. Never again. Zero stars.

Dear jessicabL6837MZ, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, Johnathan Bishop Assistant General Manager
