Arrived around 10:45am, had asked for early check-in. Ready at 12noon. Disappointed no restaurant open for breakfast, coffee or even a Bloody Mary. Waited out by pool. Secluded, quaint area. Loved the canopy of trees as we were dropped off. Loved the architecture and decor of the building. Ended up getting vending machine snacks, but didn’t see any beverage machine. Once Lily got there to serve beverages things were perfect. So friendly, attentive, drinks were great. Then Gilbert from the restaurant came out and took our food orders. He was great too. The burgers were so juicy and flavorful. Calamari and shrimp excellent. He made us a delicious pitcher of Sangria. We enjoyed the pool, the drinks, the food, and reuniting with great friends. Lily and Gilbert were a memorable and appreciated part of our trip. Thanks!!!

This is probably the most underrated hotel in Las Vegas and one of our favorite places to stay. So many details from the curtained valet parking areas to the fountain in the lobby, it is all very impressive.

Absolutely love their decor and unique style of the whole hotel and the restaurant had great food and service, but that’s where it ends. I pre-booked our suite a month in advance with early check-in, at an additional costs. Their website says early check-in starts at 12. We arrived around 12:30, and our room wasn’t ready and she informed us it would be an hour or 2 before it was, but she would call us when it was. We decided to eat lunch in the restaurant which was wonderful, great fast service and good food. After our meal with still no call, we check to see if our room is ready, it is 2 now and regular check in starts at 4. We get checked in and charged the full early check in price despite the delays, head up to our room and when the elevator opens we are greeted with a large laundry cart parked length ways taking up the whole hallway preventing us from getting out of the elevator. We move it to make room to get by and the housekeeper comes around the corner glaring at us for moving his cart and mutters under his breath as we pass. Then as I am trying to turn our luggage cart into our room the same housekeeper decided I was taking too long so he was going to try to fit between me the luggage cart and the wall my door is on as I’m trying to maneuver the cart into my room causing me to almost hit him with the cart to which I get another glare. Then we get in our room. It looks nice at first and then as we take it in we can see all the dust on the wall and where whoever wiped it down had stopped half way up the wall. The tub was never actually wiped down they just sprayed chemicals and walked away, the chair had a broken arm that fell apart when we picked it up to move it. The mini fridge still had food stuck to the bottom someone had spilled previously. The water pressure was so strong it hurt. And to top it all off the walls were paper thin we could hear full clear conversations of every one getting off the elevator and walking down the hall and last but not least, I had looked forward to laying out and enjoying the pool however, they had 4 different party buses down at the pool from the time we arrived at 12:30 until well past 6 pm, and there was barely standing room with all the people that were there and their small scale pool, the only place to sit at the pool is at a cabana which were all taken by the people from the party buses as well. I wanted to love this place so bad, but it was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at from rude employees, dirty rooms and catering to crowds that weren’t even staying at the hotel. I highly recommend stopping by to check out the decor in the lobby, but find somewhere else to stay.

Its obviously an older property. Its off strip. Its a little dark, a little creepy, but all in a surprisingly good way. Its needs a little TLC. The artwork in the elevator was stained, same as in the entry area of the 5th floor. The entry area concrete was in need of a good power scrubbing. So let me start by saying there is some work that can be done in the up keeping department. So what mame this 5 stars? The employees!!!!! And the guests. The front desk was helpful and kind. The bar tender indoors made excellent drinks and was friendly. It looked like they have some from of entertainment nightly. The pool bar tender was gray only complaint. We asked about the cabanas, and was told we needed to spend $150 or buy bottle service. Let's be real on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday as it was. With every Cabana unoccupied why wouldn't you rent it out for a nominal fee. Do you not like collecting money. With most of the guests in the pool being couples who were staying at the hotel why make it so ridiculous to get a cabana and leave a positive impression. We're not talking about a Friday Saturday Sunday where there's an event going on we're talkin about noon on a Wednesday with nobody out there. As the bartender realized our tab was well over $150 she offered us the Cabana unfortunately it was to late. I was closing my tab and we were getting ready to leave for dinner. PLEASE FIX it know your losing customer's because of this. Ok enough about that. The pool is clean and warm. Most of the furniture was in need of some vinyl repair. But usable. The guests were cool. Some went topless, some did not and know one cared. Everyone seemed friendly and respectful to each other. The rooms were clean and in good repair we stayed in an older room on the 5th floor. The bed was comfortable, the shower head was amazing, and housekeeping will come anytime you put it out on your door. I chose to give him five stars because the employees did everything they could to make my visit memorable. And I really think this is a Hidden Gem with an abundance of opportunity. We're heading back in August so I will update my review if anything changed.

$19.95 resort fee plus $3.95 electricity fee $25.00/pet fee per night PLUS a $25 cleaning fee Early Checkin - $25.00 Late Checkout - $25.00 plus taxes It will be cheaper to stay elsewhere Taxes should be 13.5% but they seem to charge nearly 19%
