Great attention to detail in the superbly appointed suites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The strip and mountain views were breathtaking. Complementary limo shuttle from/to airport was a nice touch.

I’ve been traveling for 3 Months I’m 73 Decided to go back to Vegas after 30 Years. I Got At Aria at 1230 At Night Because Plane Problems . The Staff Was So Helpful. I Really Enjoyed everything about This Hotel and Staff
I returned to the Aria Sky Suites from June 5 to June 9, 2022, after not being able to travel for the last two years due to the Pandemic and was yet again amazed, just as with my previous visits. As usual, the Management and staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The service is top notch and the atmosphere presents a sense of comfort and class. The suites and rooms have been refreshed with a new look of elegance and sophistication, which is quite impressive. All the details, from the high tech I Pad in the room that controls everything from the lights and curtains, to the TV and temperature, makes your stay seamless. It can also be used to place food orders or set alarms for wake up. For your convenience, there is also a Keurig machine in the room. Housekeeping is done twice a day which includes an evening turn down service with water, chocolates by the bedside, fresh towels and bathroom amenities replenished and ice in the ice bucket. There is a private lounge, that serves coffee, water, juices and small bites and wine and cheese in the evenings. A great place to relax. A very special thanks to Melissa B. for accommodating my requests, which made this another memorable visit for me. Aria Sky Suites is highly recommended for an unforgettable experience or any special occasion.…
What a wonderful stay we had at the Aria Sky suites. The staff is courteous and professional. From the driver, front desk, Sky Suites lounge and housekeeping, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful. We enjoyed the nightly turn down service. It was a plus not coming into a dark room, but an inviting space.
Aria Sky Suites was wonderful. We stayed at Aria a few times however this is the first time we stayed in the Sky Suites. Best experience we had thus far since frequenting LV the past 30 years. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Room is very clean and services were excellent. Will definitely frequent Aria Sky Suites again in Jan 2023.
Here for a work conference. The good: Comfortable limo ride from the airport, gorgeous one-bedroom penthouse suite with an amazing bed and a spa-like bathroom with steam shower and a jetted soaking tub. The views are stunning. My suite was ready when I landed at the airport at 1:30 pm. I had used mobile check-in but the digital key wouldn’t generate, so stopped by the front desk for keycards. The folks there were lovely. The bad: Requested no housekeeping for my 2-night stay via mobile check-in, but walked in this morning to find my room. being serviced. (Normally no biggie, but it’s one of many things in this case.) Booked through AMEX FHR and got a message from the hotel that confirmed my reservation, but the info ran counter to my FHR benefits. My reply requesting confirmation of 4 pm checkout and other AMEX perks was never replied to. Had to have AMEX travel call to confirm because of wait times dialing Aria directly. I had emailed Sky Suites concierge a few days before arrival with a request to have my favorite rose champagne delivered to my room for night 2. I included a few alternatives in case my #1 wasn’t available but never got a reply that they would deliver one of my picks. Called today (day 2) to get an update and the concierge said she’d get back to me. I asked her to cancel the request if it wasn’t in progress. She called back to say that it was not being worked and she canceled the request and put a $100 food and beverage credit on my account as an apology. Speaking of food, I used the room tablet to order room service breakfast. It never arrived. Later in the day, I ordered a lint roller via the tablet and it also never arrived. Too busy with the conference to chase those issues down. Tonight I was desperate for no crowds or noise and managed to get a human on the line to order room service. Thought I might get lucky. The wait time was 60 minutes and I was fine with that. So, at an hour and 15 minutes, I called to check the status and was told my order was actually on its way. 10 minutes later, they called back to say it had been delivered to another room, that they were so sorry and they were making my order again for express delivery. It finally arrived and was delicious and prepared as requested….except for a glass of brut rather than the brut rose I ordered. We’ll see if that food and beverage credit gets honored without my intervention. I’ll be having a chat with the hotel about this experience before I check out tomorrow. I expect a few bumps as hotels rebuild their staffs post-COVID, but this was a pretty turbulent stay. Sadly cannot recommend this property.…
Upon arrival valet was very professional courteous and very knowledgeable of the casino layout we made it into the sky view registration we were treated like royalty explained the many cool options we had Suggest a pool for our side only free wine and cheese and the room was absolutely 100% unequivocally spectacular!!!
If you’re looking for one of the most exclusive accommodations on the strip, this is it. The service is extremely well defined and very accommodating to requests. I was on a long trip in Vegas and was actually staying at the Bellagio before checking-in to Sky Suites, I had quite a few large bags. The concierge was still able to send a luxury car service to transfer me between hotels. Complete white glove service even escorting me to the front desk for check-in. I stayed in a 1 bedroom penthouse. The suite is extremely modern, comfortable, spacious, and all the luxuries you can imagine. I didn’t have a strip view but Aria in general doesn’t really have a strip view. In Sky Suites, you’re so high up, the Mountain View’s are really nice. The corner panoramic views in the master bath were absolutely prime. Bed was comfortable, and there was house keeping plus turndown service. My only gripe in the room was the design of the tub makes it easy for water to spillover. One thing I did not like was that smoking suites were on the same floor as non-smoking, I’ve noticed walking in hallways generates a lot of static, at least for me. I would get a pretty jumping static shock just pushing the elevator button or grabbing my door handle. I didn’t have the same issue at the Bellagio or when staying in the standard Aria rooms on last night (had to extend my stay one more night and they were sold out). As for the rest of the Aria property. It’s in a good, fairly central location on the strips with easy access to neighboring properties like the Cosmo. As of this review the buffet is currently closed, however all of the restaurants on property, except Salt n Ivy are good. Breakfast at that place was awful. Getting around the property and accessing transportation is pretty easy. The price is steep for Sky Suites but that’s what preserves the exclusivity aspect of it and I would happily pay it again.…
