So disappointed in this staff. They don’t treat you good if you aren’t rich. 1200 for 3 nights and I’m left regretting my decision for picking this place. Spend my hard earn money and was left feeling like I didn’t matter.

OK, so I almost changed my reservations based on the other reviews- glad i didn't. Some context for you. This is not a hotel for those who are traveling on a dime. It is was not build to please the locals- it is an upscale hotel in a semi-low rent area. So the ID scans... in place to ensure the vagrants do not enter. the scan ensures the ID is valid. Remember your fake IDs in high school? Just flash your room key and you are good everywhere- you need it to ever get on the elevators- its a pain but my lady was grateful for the extra safety. Those sketchy folks walk in and out of all the hotels on Freemont- a few approached us at dinner elsewhere - not Circa - Thank you for that. Rooms - outstanding. Big and roomy; a Murphy bed folds up for an extra seating area. You have to req room service; but we just grabbed extra towels and had them clean just 1 day of our 4 night stay. The workers there were all very pleasant - not one bad interaction. They have charging ports bedside which are great. iPad is fine - place a few request for things thru the iPad and got calls back. The bellman explained everything on the way up...parking, the things to do, etc. Place was spotless...cleaning all the time. We didnt eat a lot meals on the property. Sandwich at the deli, Victory burger and a feast in the cabana. Food was expensive but good - if you prefer cheaper walk out the door and you have 100 other options on Freemont. We did do the taco place at the plaza,,, was really good. Higher table limits at night - no shock there. But again, walk to the other places and you can get your $10-$15 fix. Bars there are great inside fun!!- Sports book is a beast - Pool is awesome and worth a few hours even with the expensive drinks there. Was $$20-$40 fee for non guests - so it was never jam packed. A big big downer was we could not get a refund or downgrade on our cabana. We had 4 folks who had to leave early due to a death in the family so we couldn't use our minimum spend; despite buyer pitchers of drinks for nice folks at the pool. I had a feeling the manager of the pool, Alexis, could have done something based on what I was told by the front desk. but they held firm on the 72 hour notice to cancel or change. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility. Also check in took a while - partially because we had requested adjoining rooms. One was ready on time, the other was not. but when we put the bags in the one room, the other room was not being touched. We tried to explain we believed the room was ready, still made us wait another 2.5 hours to get into that room. Spoke with the service folks on the floor and she said the typically run at 50% or less of the staff needed to turn the rooms. The music was painful at times. Full bass at the pool all day long. You actually could notice when it was down even a little, and you didn't have to scream at each other to be heard. Circa, lower it PLEASE - there's loud and there's stupid loud. Also loud in casino- but manageable. Freemont St was fun but only the first day. The crowds, the sketchy folks, overwhelming smell of pot and cigs and the ability to wonder about add to the aura - but I was over it within an hour or so. Back to strip next time for a more controlled environment. Just my preference.

We found this to be an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. We especially enjoyed the adults only aspect, and the fact that they were providing real control at every entrance. The casino was crowded and lively, and the pools were pleasant and enjoyable. The room had nice high 10 ft ceilings, and the shower was extremely large and comfortable, with lots of water pressure and consistent temperature. One thing I'd like to point out is the modern destination dispatch elevator system, which provides a ride almost immediately and takes you directly to your destination with almost no stops. Even in a 50+ story hotel such Circa, the destination dispatch for the elevators completely alleviates all of the annoying stops and delays experienced in most high-rise hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a room overlooking Stadium Swim, the thumping bass of the music was a little bit annoying, but not too bad. I don't know if it was a product of the pandemic, but housekeeping service was by request only. After three days, we needed fresh towels and more toilet paper, and that took two requests. We ended up emptying our wastebaskets into the trash cans near the elevators. Thanks to all who alerted us about the outlet/charger situation...we brought an extension cord with us and that turned out to be a Godsend. Absolutely loved the dedicated elevator set up. That was amazing. Stadium Swim was really nice, but inordinately hot so we didn't spend too much time there. Really liked Victory Burger and Saginaw's, loved 8 East. Great stay, we enjoyed ourselves.

Circa was a lovely spot downtown, walked in right off of Fremont street and the Casino and Sports book experience was top notch. Everything was in great shape, all clean and sanitized; and everyone on staff was really friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on the hotel itself, but I would definitely find myself back here the next time I visit Las Vegas.
