Our stay was horrible! The fact that I had to move rooms twice because of the HVAC, had a housekeeper disrespect my sister and I for taking two towels and then when I requested a call from a manager NOT ONE PERSON CALLED ME IN THREE WEEKS! I Am assuming they don’t care about their Titanium Elites nor showing respect to their guests! Three weeks passed and not a compensation for my issues nothing at all! There are plenty of hotels we could’ve went to and I’m wishing we did because for the lack of accountability by the managers here is baffling. Not family friendly and nothing to eat in the area!

I checked into the Townplace Suites on December 16, 2020. At first glance, everything looked good but I ended up playing musical rooms. The first room(545) I was assigned to had hair in the bed. I called down to let the receptionist, Norma, know. She apologized and gave me another room (547). To my dismay, it had hair in the bed too. She then upgraded me to a one bedroom suite(532) which appeared to be clean. At least, the bed was fine. The curtain in the bedroom had debris on it that looked like a dried booger. Then, water was leaking from the ceiling above the shower while I was showering. It was one thing after another. The breakfast buffet is no longer an option because of the COVID-19 pandemic. They did provide a bag breakfast with water, fruit, muffin, yogurt, bagel and juice. The attendant prepared my bag in a timely manner. This is not what I expect being a loyal Marriott member. I appreciate the receptionist’s pleasant demeanor and her attempt to address the cleanliness issues by providing me a different room. She said she would forward the emails and pictures I sent to the general manager. I never heard from them. As I was checking out, I let the housekeeping supervisor know about the hair in the beds. She said she wasn’t notified. It was strange that the housekeeping supervisor was temporarily attending to the front desk while the regular person was taking a break. I asked for a printed copy of my bill after checkout. She checked out the wrong person and had to go back to the GM to fix it. Finally, she came out with my correct bill. Although the location was convenient to the airport, I have no intention of staying there again.

I stayed here on my first night of a week trip to the near by National Parks. Matthew at the front desk is an excellent customer service representative. He assisted me with my stay and was set me up in a Gorgeous room with a big comfy bed. The last night of my trip I decided to go back to the same hotel because it was so nice. Again Matthew and his coworker took care of me. If I’m ever back in Vegas I’ll definitely go back to this hotel

Was in Las Vegas for 9 night and wanted a suite with a kitchen. With this hotel being new, we thought we’d try it. Checked in on a Friday evening and was greeted by the male FD manager. Very friendly and check in was quick. Got to the room, nice room but smaller than what I expected. I’ve stayed in suites before at Marriott and Hilton and expected something larger. The kitchen area was ok. 2 burner stove and with dishwasher and full size fridge. Bathroom and shower was pretty large which was nice. And nice tv with access to Netflix etc. The next day, we went down for breakfast. They had someone serving it which was expected. Only hot items were waffles and oatmeal. Had the standard continental items as well. It was just ok. Tried to use the dishwasher that day and it wouldn’t turn on. Just kept beeping. Engineering couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Offered to move but all of our stuff was already unpacked. Said someone would come the next day to check it but no one ever did. Throughout the entire stay, breakfast remained the same. No variations at all which was a little disappointing. However the girl at breakfast was very nice and friendly. I can’t say too much about the girls at the front desk. Not very knowledgeable and does not follow thru with things. Didn’t even know anything about the grill outside. Housekeeping is another issue. Day 3 we asked for towels and trash to be taken out. Actually had to ask twice. Day 6 I asked to make sure we got full service. They cleaned, however our sheets were not changed. I only know cause there was a small stain on the sheet and it was still there when we arrived. So all in all I’d give this place 3 stars.

I booked this Hotel for 4 nights, I love to stay in a hotels out of the Strip, first time in a Marriot property in Las Vegas, my expectation was very high , I got 5 floor king bed studio , room 544, one king bed and one sofa bed . When my wife set up the sofa OMG the mattress cover has many stein brown and yellow colors, immediately try to call to reception but nobody answer, try 4 times no results, my wife and my daughter went to the reception and got a clean liner, apologize from a guy in front desk, after that no one from the manager team called for apologized . The room looks modern but is not functional, breakfast is provided as a bag with water granola bar and yogurt. I don't think I will book this hotel in the future.
