Great place to stay , friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice location close to old Vegas and accessible to the hustle and bustle of the main strip yet far enough away to chilll our and relax. Fire pit is a nice addition.

From the people at the front desk to the housekeepers everyone was respectful and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The newly remodeled room had an amazing bath room and cool kitchen. I was so satisfied with my stay. I can't wait to go back.

DISGUSTING is the only word I have for this place. And they are LIARS, they state on the website that the rooms are renovated and they are not. They have serious smoke damage, bugs, and the "jacuzzi's" were absolutely filthy. After driving 9 hours to relax and enjoy Las Vegas, I come to a front office that had no one present except a security guard. I couldn't stand the stench of that room just by walking in. Cigarettes were put out leaving marks on the table, and they state on their paperwork that you have to smoke outside the room. There were bugs on the windows, probably termites, and I didn't even want to get close to the bed after seeing the filthy jacuzzi. Do NOT get trapped! I can't believe we are in 2021 and there are still places like this. It is unsanitary. I didn't even stay the night and they charged me for it. I wanted to meet in person to get my refund and they didnt even come, when they said they would meet with me at a certain time. On top of that, they said I received the service, please. Do not be fooled by these false reviews, any decent and clean individual would not stay at a place like this. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff are warm and welcoming, the room was clean and had had been partly refurbished - including a nice TV.. However the underlying quality of accommodation is poor and I was left with a sense of insecurity. Every Uber driver warned me about the area, the door was flimsy, no safe for valuables. The room was ok as a basic bedroom (I was just after a bed to sleep in) but the images on the web present a falsely positive view. The quality of the underlying building, furnishings and facilities was poor - curtains didn’t cover the window properly, there were no coffee facilities, the door had a gap in it… and whilst it was cheaper than being in the city centre you need to factor in $40+ each way for an Uber

Desert moon motel told me there a 50$ deposit for non smoking room, which I don’t smoke cause I have stage 4 kidney disease and the manager told me that my room smell like smoke or weed , which I was targeted for the deposit which I lost cause of false accusations, beware of this motel or you might be the next one that lose your deposit

At a glance, the room we had was kind of cute. You can tell they made an effort to upgrade and modernize an old motel, but you can also tell it was done by a handyman. Wouldn't have minded staying here except the room was absolutely disgusting and I have pictures to prove it! First of all it was very hot so we turned on the window AC. It was cold, but filthy as hell and noisy too! The adjustable vent was broken so it kept spinning. We had to grab some trash and wad it up and wedge it in the slats to stabilize it. Furthermore it looked like it had never been cleaned, EVER! There was also dried up food stuck to it. So gross! It was very loud and noisy making an annoying whizzing sound. The window sill had dead bugs in it and the windows were very dirty. The nightstand was old and covered with cigarette burn marks and water stains. It looked like old furniture someone left on the side of the road. The bathroom sink was gross and not only had cigarette burns on it but there were also ink or hair dye stains. There were also hairs in the sink! It is customary to leave a new extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, they left a half used roll sitting on the tank. The mirror was dirty. The shower was dark with no light source and the fixtures were dirty and not wiped down. The bed was a foam mattress with a cheesy velour blanket and the pillows were old and flat. The pillowcases were disgusting and had a stain on one of them. My first impression when looking at the roughly folded pile of towels was,...well, these don't look very pleasing to the eye as they were not neatly folded, but when looking closer at each towel, they were stained!! Looked like these were used to scrub the floors or wipe down a dirty car. Please look at all my photos! What kind of place of business in the Motel industry puts these types of linens in a guest's room??? The TV asked us to sign up for Roku and we couldn't watch anything at all. The walls were thin and we could hear the people next door talking. Unfortunately after driving for hours to get to Las Vegas, it was too late to go anywhere else and we had no choice but to stay here. Thankfully, I had a container of Clorox wipes in my car as well as a couple of pillows and blankets. I have no idea what some of these reviews are talking about regarding "very clean rooms." Our room was filthy and disgusting! I would've asked for a refund, but upon check out, I knocked and knocked on the unmarked office door and nobody was there. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. There are also families that live here with kids riding their bikes throughout the parking lot.

I stayed at this motel recently and it was a horrible experience. Yes, they are trying to upgrade the rooms but (a) they smell smokey, (b) there are people literally living in some of the rooms--like an SRO hotel, (c) this is in a *very* sketchy area--don't let the Fremont Street location confuse you, this is a very bad part of Fremont street. Definitely do not take the family here to save money!

I felt extremely welcome and comfortable when I stayed here....felt like I was at home immediatly....Gina welcomed me when I arrived and already knew who I was....the house keeper even noticed that we had an extra person and ran to get us an extra towel....I love to feel comfortable wherever I stay and here I feel very comfortable no stress....also....NO RESORT FEES.....NO DEPOSIT!!!!!!!....so if u want to stay at any other hotel in Las Vegas and be harassed by security and pay ridiculous deposits and abide by stupid rules....go right ahead....but I've stayed at most of them and this one deserves 10 stars....not five....thanks Gina for the welcoming stay!!
