The Waldorf Astoria was the Mandarin Oriental until recently and some of the signs, particularly on The Strip still point to the Mandarin Oriental.

The bar has wonderful views of the strip and make wonderful cocktails. Note the room wraps around the bar so don't forget to follow it around to catch views of the strip to the north and south. Very friendly staff.
