The newly updated rooms are fantastic. Very spacious and the bathrooms are great. I'd say this is probably the best 'bang for your buck' in Vegas. I love the location, the casino holds its own and the check in process was a breeze through the app. I get that all of the hotels are charging the resort fee. So it is expected at this point. The problem I have is that I check in at 5pm right. The horseshoe pool is closed (apparently for remodel) but I'm offered to go to the Paris pool. But it is dinner time and I'm not really wanting to go to the pool during sundown. Why are you charging me the resort fee for my check in day? That is the problem. The rooms in the resort tower are subject to the noise on (I think its Tropicana street) or whatever street just to the North of the Resort towers. I was on the 5th floor and bugs and moths were getting into my room through the outside gap in the patio door. The gap also made it louder than normal. I decided at 4am to go to the front desk. They only had rooms available in the same tower. I took the one they had on the 11th floor. The noise was a little better but not quite enough to sleep except during the hours of approximately 4am to 7am. By 7am you could here the leaf blower outside from the grounds crew. The other issue with the room is the temperature. The AC is programmed to only go down so far. But the issue is that when it blows, it is super cold and when its off it gets warm real quick. Maybe this was just noticeable since I had to toss and turn all night. But whatever the case I didn't like it. Jack Binions steak house was probably the most overpriced meal I've ever had. Not worth it. I think if they have newly renovated rooms available in a different tower that doesn't face that north street traffic I could probably recommend this place at 4 stars with a return visit. I only noticed 2 places to eat off the main casino path- Jack Binions and Nosh deli. I don't know if there were other options or not. There is a food court on the lower level that nobody goes to and they were open late which I appreciated. As it was I think 3 stars is about right. I've got to be able to sleep at least a little bit.

The check in process is so impersonal no one was at front desk, you to use the kiosk, so you don't have a real person to answered your questions (which I did have). I got a room on the fifth floor the view out of the window was the roof and a Wall. If wanted to look at a wall I would have stayed home. The least they website could have done is to lable the room with "an obstructed view" so people can change rooms when booking. The room was clean and spacious but I would not stay there again.

Housekeeping theft! We were at the casino 04/14 thru 04/18 2024. No cameras in hallways. No matter what security says regarding secure safes in rooms, do not leave cash in a locked safe, certain people have access to it and steal from you.

Mobile check is a total disaster- it appears you are assigned the less desirable rooms. Follow up with disappointing room and checking with guest services only brings more frustration- I will never check in with mobile again - I will have to stand in line - I felt nothing more than being a desperate customer. But after waiting in line the agent helped but had to incur an additional upgrade charge- questionable if I would stay there again

I stayed at the Resort Tower, newly renovated. Centrally located across from Caesar’s and The Bellagio. The room was large and clean. Nothing fancy but very nice. No complaints at all, in fact I have all good comments. Staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. After I checked in, I asked if my sister could be located close to my room. The rep at the front desk arranged for that. I also had to call for the locksmith twice. Not their fault. They were prompt and gracious. Dorian the locksmith and Pete the security guard helped me, fast, and always respectful. Thanks to the hotel for all of my experiences and at a reasonable rate.

Cleanliness is an issue. Bed sheets have that dreaded thousand-times used smell. Shower head is very old, hard to turn and looks dirty. I was on a business trip so I didn’t have to spend much time in the room, fortunately. They need to refresh their furniture, which is peeling off everywhere.

I went on business for the Cinemacon, where I stayed from April 6 to 12. When I went for work, I only came to my room to sleep, and the next day, at 7 a.m., I was leaving to return at 8 p.m. The first thing I noticed was that the cleaning people did NOT clean the room, the only thing they did was make the beds and put clean towels in the bathroom, but they did NOT clean anything in the room. They did not pick up trash; they left the papers on the floor where they were, etc. Due to time constraints, I was thinking of leaving a complaint when I left, but since it was running late on the last day, I did not have the time. It turns out that when I check my credit card, I see an extra cleaning charge of $566! It's crazy when they never cleaned the room, it's a scam. Of course, they will show a photo of the room that is a little dirty because they never went to clean it. I do NOT recommend this hotel for any reason; it is a terrible option; the cleaning people DO NOT do their job, and what is worse is that they try to get money from you for the same thing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

This was the worst experience I have had a hotel, ever. I was sharing a room with a friend and we wanted to split the bill, and we both needed copies of the receipt with our names on them to submit to work for reimbursement. This seems reasonable, right? They messed up our check-in, charged us amounts that made no sense, and when I asked about a charge that didn't make sense at check-in, I was told to stop yelling. I was not yelling. At check out, we spent more than ONE HOUR trying to sort out the bill so that we were not overcharged and the manager never came out. There was one polite staff person, and multiple rude staff members that tried to explain math that simply did not math. I have never had such a bizarre, rude hotel experience. Oh, and the room was so bright, no blackout curtains. And the air conditioning was loud and annoying. The check-in desk, where we spent entirely too much time not being treated well, was filthy. Dirt all over the molding, counter, floor. Filthy.

The worst hotel. Great location but not worth it. Cleanliness is not good, plus had a non smoking room and coukd hear the loud AC. The cold air directly could feel and smelled like cigarette smoke when AC was on. Pool closed while all other hotels have pools now ready considering hot temps when I was there. Also, staff clueless of pool closed. Gave me directions to go to it and I got ready to swim to only find out sign closed. At night could not sleep due to loud noises. Was coming from hotel back window and sounded like a vacuum. Called hotel 3:00 am as tried to sleep but couldn’t. The staff front desk very rude and told me to come grab ear plugs not their issue as not in their hotel. Not to forget to mention being on hold at 3 am to speak to front desk told they can not hear me either. Hung up on not once but twice and no one bothered to call room line directly back. Very frustrating and not a good experience. Since they could not hear me got dressed to speak to mgr directly at front office. Let me tell you was even worst. Instead of helping asked me “ what do you expect me to do?” Really they showed now respect or understanding/ consideration I was a guest. I gave up and went upstairs and tried ear plugs and didn't work. Had a rough night and was up again at 6 am checking out to get to airport. Good thing I stayed only for 2 nights. Other hotel I stayed while here that week were amazing in making me feel valued as a guest. Anyways, i will never stay at this hotel again and will remember this horrible experience. Rather pay a little more next time with the better hotels and be happier and rested as usual. Tried saving money on this trip and stayed here as was solo traveller. Really bad impression left and staff behaviour towards guests and even mgmt is not acceptable.
