Our biggest frustration was the amount of noise from the hallway we heard inside our room late in the evening made getting to sleep challenging (doors opening/closing frequently), it seemed to calm down for the overnight hours. It is also a bit of a trip navigating from the parking garage to the hotel, when I asked about luggage carts I was told some are typically available at the front door of the hotel and appeared to be in use as none were present. Having luggage carts stationed near the skyway would’ve been really helpful.
Cleaning service came in without knocking while my wife and I were taking a nap.
The only good thing about this place is the location.
The worst part is the thin walls and loud neighbors on every floor. My parents are on the floor below us and my sister and her family above us. Each of us had to call into the front desk to let them know there were multiple parties happening at 12 AM. I understand people are having fun but I also expect others to be respectful...
Will take my business to Embassy suites next time I’m in Lincoln. If you call the front desk there, they will have staff on top of parties in a few minutes and will do a check in again an hour or so later.
I’m upset with Hilton Garden Inn’s staff and their lack of taking care of these noise complaint issues.
I didn't stick around for breakfast, but look forward to a longer visit next time.
