Great older motel! We had a triple queen room which was amazing for our family of 5. Lots of room and space to spread out! Within walking distance to food, grocery, souvenir shops and the west entrance to Yellowstone. Had no issues and would definitely stay here again!

Accommodation is very expensive in West Yellowstone. This place costs approximately $180 per night and you get very little bang for your buck. To actually get a good room in a nice hotel in West Yellowstone will probably set you back at least $400 per night. So if you are on a budget or you do not want to splash out for several nights, at $400 per night, you end up in a place like this. The first thing you notice is that there is no fridge. This could be quite disconcerting when temperatures can range from the 70s and upwards during the summer. There is, however, plenty of free ice and you can fill your cooler with bags of ice and keep your perishables cold. Otherwise, the room is very basic and relatively clean. This hotel is a deed centrally located within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. As for the service, it is quite abysmally. One of the evening receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. However, one of the morning receptionist was completely unhelpful. Bottom line… You get what you pay for. And at this particular town, you pay quite a lot to stay in a dump.

Made a reservation with cost of $135.00 was charged $190.28. This motel is maybe Motel 6 quality at best. Very out dated stains on carpets. Evening clerk was very helpful and informed us that wifi was limited at best and gave us number to call if we needed help getting it to work was to tired to bother. The next morning we slept in and while waiting for hot water for my shower over 5 minutes and it had one of those single handle type controls so I turned it to all options and never got better that icy cold water. When you stay at a motel/hotel you want 2 things RIGHT a comfortable bed and a shower with hot water. I went to the office and asked for a discount the girl was unable to do anything so she called the office manager and I talked to her over the phone and she was RUDE from the get go. Implying I was only saying this to get a discount. Telling me she would get the maintenance person over when she got around to it even though I was will to go wait for him right then and there. She also said the best discount I would get IF she determined it was appropriate was 5%. I refuse to bath in icy water. I have muscle problems and stress and cold only aggravate them. Wow. Do Not get a room from this place.

This hotel is a 2 star hotel, no frills and basic, but it is clean. Only a coffee maker, no micro or fridge. The few small issues we had were fixed promptly and efficiently. Location boosts this hotel to the top of the list. Literally right outside the west gate of Yellowstone. Plenty of restaurants within 1 block of the hotel. It was perfect.

We stayed in the Round-Up section, Room 114. The entire room is large, with 4 double beds total in 2 separate bedrooms, with a bathroom and storage space in the middle. Room was dated, but clean. We parked right in front of room. There was a door in the front and back. Each bedroom had a tube TV…my child thought they were epic!!! 🤣 Pros: -Clerk was pleasant upon check-in and recommended a restaurant for breakfast. -Fridge and microwave in room -Big, updated bathroom -Soap dispenser in bathroom…no slimy bar soap to deal with! -Fan in bathroom -Hair dryer in bathroom -Curtains kept out most of the light -Garbage can right outside our room -Area was quiet Cons: -WiFi doesn’t work/is non-existent -TV in back room didn’t work…needed a new connecting cable -Trim boards, while rustic & attractive, are rough and could probably cause splinters -Bathroom could use an extra towel rack -Hot water in shower doesn’t last too long Nothing in West Yellowstone is cheap. This was the best value and size for our money. I would stay here again. We needed a clean place to sleep and shower, not a luxury hotel. This worked perfectly for my family.
