We stayed a couple nights ~ mid-September 2020. Pros: 1. Close to YNP 2. Toiletries were given at the check in desk/check in staff wore PPE masks 3. Parking right in front of your door. Cons: 1. Not clean; sheets at check in were soiled/stained and they still put it on the bed (we asked for new sheets and were given them); we did our own cleaning and disinfecting upon arrival at the room 2. Noticed housekeeping staff does not use PPE when cleaning rooms (no mask & no gloves) - maybe that is Montana covid protocol (?) 3. Rooms are dated with no microwave or fridge (but with Covid you might not get these anymore); toilet seat was off center and slightly broken 4. Over-priced but paying for convenience; other properties nearby are newer so would expect to pay less at this property but that was not apparent 5. Tea/coffee - available at the mobil service station but it didn't seem clean or friendly to make tea/coffee during non-breakfast hours. Hope this business can improve the facilities. I cannot imagine being here in the winter.…
Stayed here two nights while visiting Yellowstone. Large comfortable rooms. Very clean. Very close to the park entrance and within walking distance of restaurants. No in room coffee or ice machines but you can go to gas station next door for complimentary ice and coffee.
Charles at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean. I will say that. BUT.. No soap, shampoo or any other little helpful toiletry......not even a bar of soap. You can get them but have to ask for it at the front desk. Asked for an extra garbage bag for trash can. Nope. Didn’t have any or was too “inconvenient” to go get one. No mini fridge. So room was fine and people were nice but for 150 bucks a night I would have expected a bar of soap
1) stained bed skirt 2) 2 broken lamp shades 3) loose toilet seat 4) rusty bathtub surface 5) dim light bulbs 6 have to go to the Mobile gas station for ice/ coffee 7) heat from heater by front window does not reach the bathroom AND Rate charged $139.00 was higher than qouted when reservation was made...
It met expectations for West Yellowstone for one night. Check in was a breeze. Natalie was amazing! Roomy room, hot shower, comfy enough bed. Easy checkin/check out. Parking. Wifi. Great for a motel. I booked with a few days to spare. I would stay here again under the same circumstances...price and availability chose this.
