We stayed at this hotel because their were no rooms available. This hotel is great but a little too expensive. It was better than not having a place to stay at all. Mark was excellent in valet! And the front desk was kind as well. Thanks for having us!

What a treat! This new hotel star, perfectly placed in the heart of downtown Missoula, is everything you could hope for in an urban hotel, and so much more! The hotel was thoughtfully and lovingly designed, paying architectural homage to the location’s rich heritage and contributions to Missoula’s evolution. This thoughtful design, including reclaimed wood and bricks and fantastic local art, already makes it unique. Add to this visual appeal thoughtfully designed suites (a kitchen, techno connections, blackout shades for those bright Missoula summer nights), a great fitness center and pool, free breakfast, laundry facilities on each floor, and amazingly friendly staff, and this will now be our choice for every visit to this great town.

As we have found in most Residence Inns, the operators here have anticipated almost every wish and need an extended stay traveler could want. As a downtown hotel, parking is by valet at $22 a day as the lot is across the street operated by others. The open spacious lobby is great for social distancing. Masks are required for those not vaccinated and at the self serve breakfast bar. There is only one bank of elevators in this 5 story hotel so, depending upon the room assigned, it can be quite a hike to the suite. There is no housekeeping service inside the suites during Covid precautions. The suites are sanitized, dishes washed and stored inside the dishwasher, pots and pans are sanitized and in a sealed box. The mattress and bed package is the most comfortable that we have experienced in any hotel on our 10 day trip.

We had such a great time at this hotel! It was so nice and there were so many restaurants nearby. Marc and Solomon helped us with valet services and they were so prompt! Our car was always waiting for us by the time we made it down to the lobby. Overall it was an amazing stay and I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
