We loved our stay here. Totally different to staying in caravan park. Jenny welcomed us and we also booked in for the evening homecooked meal. Met some great other travellers, we all sat together for dinner. It was friendly and really interesting. Well recommended.

2 nights în a "family" cabin. Basic comfort, but ok for a break on the way up to The Tip. Helpful staff. Met very nice and interesting people at dinner, as all guests, workers and family of farmer eat together.

We camped overnight at Merluna Station which is run by the owners. Pleasant grassy camping area with large trees providing shade. Facilities are basic but adequate. The showers had plenty of hot water. The owners & staff are friendly. The 8km road into the station...More

8kms from the main road is Merluna Station. Good maintained road to the campground. Green grassy camp spot, nice change from the the Cape York dust.Friendly helpful staff. Clean amenities with basic camp kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.
