Bad experience. They overcharged you for extra guest and they don’t have the beds to accommodate what you paid for . The room it is dirty and it is not a king size bed they said. Also they overbook and they are selling rooms in different websites do you are stuck with what ever is available even if doesn’t not accommodate all your guest.

The roof was leaking, there were stains on sheets, hair on the pillows and the whole place was disgusting. There is no reception area and no one speaks English or picks up the phone. Had to leave and look for a last minute booking. The hotel refused a refund as their policy with regards to “my issue” is to deny.

I had a wonderful experience when visiting Papelillo Lofts, the spaces are very generous, the location is unbeatable right in the center of Sayulita. You can have the windows fully open to let the sunlight wake you up in the morning or leave them with blackout curtains to rest. We had a full kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms. The impressive thing about this place is the urban architecture mixed with the colorful touch that characterizes the town of Sayulita. There were no problems getting to the beach since it is literally around the corner at only 3 minutes walking distance. They gave us towels for the beach so we could enjoy watching the locals and tourists surfing. The property manager is very friendly and willing to help us with anything during our stay. Definitely a unique experience that I would gladly repeat.

The place is nice, renovated, different... but it said it had premium bedding, ad it does not. Restaurant? Only for dinner. No parking, the windows are not sound proof, so you hear everything till late at night and then the activity on the street starts very very early. Definitely not my kind of place.. I thought is was nicer because of the price.. especially the bedding and the noise level...woke up tired ...

this place reminds me of my last girlfriend she was gorgeous and super cool but i just couldnt stay with her. The loft is stunning -- concrete and wood and plants right in the middle of town and its surrounded by windows And its surrounded by windows. which are not sound proofed and its above a restaurant which plays music from 3 till at least 10:30 every night loud you could not put kids to sleep you cant watch tv - you have constant loud music in your room all night long plus you hear everything on the street like its in your place in the end, I decided I had to leave and wrote about the issue to them and asked for the refund - they did not answer and I rented another room outside of center to finally sleep a full night. a So i had two rooms rented in the town As beautiful as the place is - I could not recommend it - especially for the price
