I had driven down from Chicago earlier that morning and I arrived ca. 10am. Having parked easily I went to reception to see if I could leave my bags with them whilst I returned my hire car at the airport rental car center (sic). I returned ca. 11:15 by Uber and I was really pleased that the two gentlemen at reception agreed to give me my room straight away. This was very much appreciated as it meant that I could settle in and watch some European soccer live!
Actually they had checked me into Room 334 on the top floor This was a large, clean suite comprising one large bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed looking out towards the rear of the establishment. There was a separate living room area. I had one smart TV. The Wifi was good and strong allowing me to do the necessary streaming to watch my soccer game. Oddly there was an additional room with no door. This was completely empty and of no real use. It was a bit spooky really.
The sink was in the corner of the living area. And then there was a separate toilet with a decent shower in the bathtub. All the other amenities were identical to what you get in this chain of hotels.
The free breakfast was also the standard offering you get with this chain.
During my brief stay I didn't really get the chance to interact with any of the staff. The indoor pool looked inviting, by the way. Pity that I didn't have my swimming gear with me.
I guess the only real negative was the location. It was quite some distance to downtown Saint Louis and as I didn't have a car I had to use Uber quite a bit to get around.

The staff here were very courteous and friendly. We checked in very late, and they were very accommodating.
The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

Stayed here this weekend. After traveling with two toddlers all night, they let me check in early which was awesome! The pool is crystal clear and isn’t overpowered with chlorine like most indoor pools - we spent hours in it. We travel to St. Louis often and will be staying again!

First, good luck getting ahold of anyone there. When i called, the phone would ring about 5 times then you would be disconnected. I tried calling for 4 hours before some hateful lady answered. All the staff are very rude. Staff could care a less that you were there. No smiles or hellos. Breakfast was garbage. All hot food was cold. When I ask if the biscuits could be restocked the attendant say "early bird gets the worm"! There was still 45 minutes left before they closed breakfast. Some young guy was just standing there not even attempting to restock. He actually sneezed in his hand and proceeded to touch spoons and other items without washing his hands. We did not eat breakfast there the rest of our stay (4 days). I had issues with the charges and was told they couldn't do anything about it, that I had to call my bank! The hotel is average with some needed repairs and updates. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I will never stay here again.

Service was great. Very nice people. We needed more pillows I text them and they brought them right up to our room! No begging or saying they could only give us one, they gave us 4!
I was not thrilled they said they needed to charge my card 150 dollars on top of the cost of the room. Then as long as no damages they return the fee.... When traveling this is very inconvenient! And now I have to remember to check and make sure they do actually return the money. NOT a fan of how they do this!
The room was pretty good. I was not a impressed with the door, it felt like it needed updated to make me feel more secure. There was a gap on the side of it letting light in.

Very friendly staff when checking in and when checking out. The lobby was clean the rooms were extremely clean and very much appreciated. This business takes pride in their service they provide to their customers and it shows. The breakfast provided had many options to choose from, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, sweet rolls, fruit and yogurt, juice, milk, coffee.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Lobby and dining area was very clean, breakfast was good, The suite was very clean and welcoming. I recommend putting actual blankets on the bed and the faucet hot water flow was very little to none but overall a great stay. Will use them again

The hotel overall was very good. However, if you have children or adults like me who watch TV, this TV system is not for you. The TV clicker does not have numbers on it and you must go through lots of the up/down buttons to change the channel. The rest of the remote is very difficult to manage.
Otherwise, the bed, a/c, exercise room, breakfast buffet and pool were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel. My stay was very nice. My room was clean and equipped with all I needed. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh. Parking was close. Very clean and quiet. The first shift worker was great and very accommodating. I will be back.

The stay here is really good the staff is helpful and will do anything to make our stay great. We have been here a while and it like being home. I will recommend this hotel to people. When the other hotel we were in caught on fire the Comfort Inn took us in and we have been here since the staff knows we are waiting on a home and they check in with us all the time. When I leave and go places or they just see us they speak and ask if we need anything and I get help to the car so I am safe because I am on a cane. I really appreciate that.
