We visited St. louis for 2 days to meet up with family, our friends and stayed at this location and the service was immaculate - our entire stay was seamless. Any request that was made was handled promptly by TJ (Tammy) and Deanna. They were very friendly and inviting and always eager to help. My husband went to the desk multiple times to get info and each time, he was greeted by Deanna and TJ with smiles - they were very accommodating. These 2 ladies were a power duo in their work process and ensure service was prompt and seamless. They complimented each other in the way they worked . Thank you ladies for a great stay. We could not ask for a better stay.
Hotel was well kept inside and out. Close to St. Louis airport. Location was great, near food places and stores. Rooms were spacious and clean and prices were very affordable. Michelle - Housekeeper that cleaned our room was amazing. She did a great job. We will be returning this summer to St. louis and will be staying at this hotel again. TJ and Deanna are an examplenary to others on what it means to provide immaculate service and ensuring families are satisfied and happy with their stay.

Lovely hotel - Delicious morning breakfast (just recently added we understood), comfortable, incredibly clean, nice remodeled room with lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee pot, charging stations, etc...), reasonable rate and easy access to everything around Saint Louis. We came for a concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. The best part however, is the staff we encountered on our quick stay. Wonderful ladies at the front desk and breakfast bar! We'll stay again next time we're in the area.

We were headed back east due to a funeral and stayed here for the second night. We checked in to a very empty hotel, the front desk agent surmised due to the county's COVID protocols. Which were fine with us as we were just looking to put our heads down. Asked what was good for dinner in the area and the agent told us her favorite place however after heading to it it was close to 20 min away and down 2 interstate roads. On the way back there was "everything" within 3-4 miles of the hotel. Getting back to the room, no-one in the hallways were following property COVID guidelines and also my daughter pointing out the ants in the room. I did point this out to management of the property and they were able to correct things.

The location is great- near the highway, restaurants and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms are fine. The lobby restaurant and breakfast were fine.
We were only staying for one night, so it was ok for the purpose. However, we experienced major billing issues over a week after checking out. We used points for our one night stay, however, 7 days later we started to receive daily charges for full room rates which continued for 11 days after we checked out. I called every day and was told the manager was the only person who could help me, but he was either not working or would call me back. He never called me back. The charges went over $2000 and it wasn't until I called Marriott corporate did they stop charging my card daily. The fees have not been retuned to my card some 14 days later. It seems they didn't check me out properly or something. I just wish someone from the property would have called me back or at least acknowledged what was going on.
Beware! Make sure you get a receipt at check out!

management needs to get it together. this place is a disaster. bathroom had dead bugs, broken toilets, not enough comforters. i was given one of those thin blankets that you have for backup when someone stays on a couch. this is not a three stay hotel. not to mention - it is in a sketchy area of town . i'll be avoiding this chain entirely.

The only reason I gave it a two out of five is because it has a nice lobby and outdoor patio area. The rest is very dated, the rugs are stained. The room did not get serviced for 2 days even though we asked for it. When they did, it was not done very well. The AC started to leak left a big puddle on the carpet. They dry vacuumed it but I know it has happened in other rooms since we had friends staying there too. Would have checked out the first day, except hotels were booked in the area due to a concert and some tournaments.

After a horrible experience at the Sleep Inn hotel in Saint Charles, Missouri, this hotel helped us secure two rooms at 11:30PM. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and suitable for our family. We are truly grateful for their help!

The one night stay at this location was just OK initially I tried to check in a little early and was met with the Cold reception from the lady at the desk, On the second try later that day, the young man was more pleasant. The room itself is nice and clean, but the mattress is probably at the end of his age, even with the topper it was just fair. I did not use any of the other amenities on this stay.

Front staff was very nice. An older hotel but clean and worked for the few hours we needed before and after our trip. We flew out of St Louis airport. Shuttle wasn’t running at the times we needed it and it was kind of expensive to Uber/Lyft. We parked our car there while we were gone and it was safe when we returned.

This hotel is SUPER tired. It needs a complete gut and remodel. There is a hotel next door - choose that one! The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were flat as pancakes, and the shower had a curtain (gross) instead of a glass door. Choose somewhere else!
