First our GPS couldn't even find this address. I then entered "Quality in on the strip" into google maps on my phone, and it took us to the wrong location. Therefore be aware that there are 2 Quality inns on the strip in Branson, at different ends and on opposite sides. This one is across from Gettin Basted. We had reserved a smoking room with a jacuzzi tub which they conveniently just have "coming soon" in the images section for these rooms, so I took my own. The trashcans outside the elevator on every floor were overflowing with trash all over the ground the whole time we were there, same trash. As soon as we walked into the room, My husband said hurry up and flip on a light because he saw something run across the floor. It was a roach! As you know, the smoking friendly rooms are also the pet friendly rooms. There was pet hair all over the top of the very tiny mini fridge in the room. It was also all over the bedding including sheets and pillow cases. The extra security latch on the door was broken. The faucet and handles of the jacuzzi tub seemed to have a leaky seal because water would seep across the top of the tub when we ran water in it. There was hair and black specks in it, So I cleaned it myself with bleach before use. There were chunks of flooring missing, paint was chipping, and oh more roaches. Good thing I travel with raid. The shower head was pretty grimy looking, and there is a step up into the tiny bathroom. We didn't bother trying to go eat any of the breakfast, but on checkout day my husband went down to get a cup of coffee because all they put in the room was 7 packs of decaf and some tea. By the time I went to the office to check out and return the keys, there was a sign on the door saying they closed the office early and a number to call if assistance was needed.

Motel is very conveniently located. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Pool was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kim at front desk was particularly helpful.

The motel was ok. The rooms were clean. It has nice beds and hot showers. People were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The motel has a very good location on the strip and is conveniently located about a block from a street to get you off the strip and to other theatres.

Chose this hotel because of its location which is excellent for local attractions. I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is dated which was expected and I was OK with that. What I wasn't expecting was to wake up with bed bug bites on my arm and foot. The room appeared reasonably clean otherwise but for what lie hidden in the mattress. I was in room #217.

I was embarrassed to have my family stay here the trash was piled up everywhere! The outside is run down and nasty! Carpet in our room was stained everywhere!! Place is a dump! For $165 this was a BIG LETDOWN!!!!

Our stay at Quality Inn on the Strip was fine. The room was good although the second TV wasn't working right. Breakfast was great. We stayed late on Saturday night after a Garth Brooks concert with another couple. When we checked in, the desk clerk said she was upgrading us to a three bed, two bath room because the hotel was overbooked. The two queen rooms were full. I booked the room through my Choice account way back in August when we got the concert tickets, but the upgrade was appreciated with two couples staying. We got up early, ate breakfast, and went to Silver Dollar City. The problem came a few days later. I did not receive credit for the stay or my points. I'm trying to reach Platinum status this year, and I need the night stayed in my account. I tried to contact the hotel manager several times and haven't received a response. I contacted Choice. They said I'm showing in the system as a no show. The system shows no charges to me even though I paid full price for the room. They also said the system shows someone else in my room that night. Something shady appears to be going on and it has cost me an important night in my Choice account! To this point, it hasn't been corrected. This is completely unacceptable. It spoils what otherwise was a good stay.

Our stay at this hotel was truly a memorable one but not in a good way. I booked the room online through the choice app. The photos were completely deceiving. The rooms may have been recently renovated but they must have left the original carpet of not the carpet was completely ruined. The bed felt like an old couch bed mattress. There is a weird step up to bathroom. It appears people live there. The exterior is old and dirty with trash everywhere. The hair dryer did not work I called front desk they said they would bring another one and no one ever showed up. My husband examined it and noticed it was the plug that was faulty. Not the reset but the actual plug was bad. We left that morning and found a room at the comfort suites at Branson meadows, which was amazing.

Clean room, great location, and friendly staff. I wanted a microwave in my room and they had one delivered immediately. Breakfast was good and pools were nice and clean. We also needed additional towels and they had them to the room very fast. Will recommend to friends

I met some friends from Illinois that had unfortunately booked at this run-down hotel (Stay next door at the beautiful Clarion Inn or at ANY other Choice hotels in Branson). If you don't believe me after you get there, drive around to the Clarion and you'll immediately see a dramatic difference! I found mold on the ceiling of my bathroom when I took a shower late at night and notified the front desk in the morning. They had the maintenance man come and clean/paint the ceiling (his name is Troy, and he, and the breakfast attendant at the hotel, were the only good people I encountered). I was going to check out, but I was assured by Curtis, the front desk attendant, that I would receive compensation if I would stay the second night of my reservation. I made the mistake of trusting him and the Manager (Awayla - who also uses the name Brittany??). After several phone calls Awayla/Brittany said the Owner was going to credit my first night of $117.32 and I personally spoke with the Owner who said she would put the credit to my credit card the next day. Several days later, the credit still did not post! After DOZENS of phone calls to the hotel (The front desk clerk is Curtis, who is married to Awala/Brittany, also LIED saying he would call me back after he contacted the Owner for a status of my refund). I got so frustrated that I called Choice corporate who tried to contact the hotel with no luck (They frequently don't answer their phone!),and offered me some unacceptable resolutions. I finally got through to Awayla/Brittany who had the nerve to tell me the Owner now stated that since I called corporate, that she was not going to refund the $117.32 that was promised (and was supposedly done several days earlier!). I ended up accepting points from Choice corporate but told them I would spread the word about their Branson Quality Inn on the Strip - OWNED AND MANAGED BY LIARS!

I don’t normally choose any Choice Hotel brands, however our go to place in Branson was full. I chose this Quality inn because it had leisure rooms that offered 3 Queen size beds. We are traveling with 2 teenagers and that is more comfortable for us. Check in for this motel is later than most (4:00). It was raining so we stopped in to see if we could check in earlier at 2:40pm. Was told there is a $40 charge for early check-in. Nope, decided to do something else and come back. Checked in later to a room that should/could sleep 6, there are 2 bath towels. I had to go to the office and ask for more. Gave me 2. Next morning realized there was no bath mat and didn’t have a spare towel. Back to the office. They were clueless, tried calling housekeeping on the walkie-talkie trying multiple channels. In the lady’s defense I think she was the breakfast attendant and not necessarily the front desk person, but there wasn’t a front desk person. She did take down our request and room number. Ran into house keeping and asked for bathmat or towels he too took down our room number but was unable to provide anything to us at that time. We made do, everyone showered and we used a small hand towel for a mat. Left for the day. There were 2 extra towels in our room when we arrived so at least it was better the second day. The room seemed like it was newly remodeled but not finished. Large full length mirror just leaning against the wall, drywall missing next to air unit. No table between the 2 Queen beds, son plug ins or outlets handy to charge devices. Room felt moist the whole time we were there. It had rained the 1st day. Bed covers were stained, I just removed them and piled in a corner. Floors weren’t carpeted but a nice laminate, but repaired strangely in the doorway. Also after only 5 minutes of my daughter walking in her socks, they were black! We wore shoes after that unless we were in the bed. I will say the sheets appeared clean and the location of the hotel was great, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. That’s it. We paid $435 for a 3 Queen bed room for 2 nights. Never again. We probably won’t ever stay at a Choice hotel again and I for sure won’t ever stay here. Ps. I can’t speak to the breakfast or pools. After seeing the condition of the room, we were afraid to venture to other parts of the hotel/motel.
