The GM and his staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I asked for a wake-up call and got one both mornings! I've stayed at other hotels where they forget! The rooms are very clean. The parking lot, which to some guests might not matter, is important to me--it reflects self-respect, professionalism, and good customer service. It also adds a feeling of safety and security---this Super 8 is ver clean!! It's the things guests take for granted that I notice-- clean towels, soap, cups for drinking, lighting devices work (lamps), etc. And let me finish with their breakfast both mornings! I thought I was in Switzerland! That's a compliment! The choices they offer--my gosh. I felt like I was eating at a great local diner--that too is a compliment! I was expecting a good/decent continental breakfast, but it was much more than that!! Next time I visit Branson, MO again, I WILL stay at this Super 8. It was super wonderful. I debated given this hotel 4⭐️, but here are the reasons that I only gave it 3⭐️. #1 The hotel breakfast wasn’t very good. Each day there was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, 3 types of cereals, make your own waffles, apple and orange juice, and coffee. There is only 1 waffle machine and the biscuits were hard. There was yogurt available some of the days and some fruit also. At least one of the mornings there was no milk available. The breakfast area was very clean each morning and coffee was available all day. #2 This motel has no elevator which makes it difficult to get around the complex, especially if you have mobility difficulties. Breakfast is right off the lobby, but the easiest room access for a person with mobility difficulties is actually on the lower level. This makes getting either to your room or the breakfast area challenging for some. #3 The front desk area is surrounded by plexiglass with little open and shut doors at the bottom of it. Though this isn’t a huge deal, it does make interactions with the desk staff less inviting. Maybe the plexiglass was installed during the height of COViD-19 and never was removed. ??? #4 The bathrooms are tiny. The bathroom door barely clears the toilet when closing and the tub is smaller than average. #5 The AC/Heater can not be set to keep the room at a certain temperature. The temperature dial is the old style (colder to warmer). Think of a refrigerator dial. Also, if you need noise to sleep at night, there is only one constant on fan setting (not a fan only hi or fan only low). Otherwise, the AC/Heat cycles on and off as needed. Now for the positives. #1 The hotel seemed clean. #2 The staff is nice and seemed accommodating to customer needs. #3 The hotel is located off the main strip, but is easy to access. By taking the alternative routes (not the strip) you can get to restaurants and activities quicker. #4 This hotel chain offers a rewards program. Points are easily to earn. By using earned points my husband and I got a room for a very reasonable rate. Overall, I would stay here again, especially for the price. Every traveler has their preferences though. Just know that this hotel isn’t going to offer accommodations that a high-end hotel would. This is a good, clean place to rest your head.…

RC helped me get this behemoth in the parking lot. The rooms are clean & the continental breakfast was excellent & and their attitude was gracious & friendly. Pricing was reasonable, so we decided to spend another day. It's not outside pool weather but there is one here. Outstanding!!!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit quiet! Manager welcoming and staff friendly. When I arrived home, I found I had inadvertently left an item in the room. I called the manager, and he contacted housekeeping, found the item, and arranged to ship it to me. I was so appreciative that he would go the extra mile!

The heater was too too noisy to run at night, lamp didn’t work, terrible breakfast. Making a reservation through central reservations was difficult. Didn’t receive the confirmation and then when I called to have it resent, they had no record of it. When I wanted to modify the reservation, it was also challenging.

We just stayed here Nov 3rd-4th, 2023. Very clean, comfortable beds and free hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Mgmt/Owners very friendly and cares for your needs. Excellent value. Would definitely stay here again!

3 day stay multiple roaches found. Live roaches and dead roaches Food was subpar for the breakfast was limited time frame, cereal was stall and no fresh fruit of any kinds available. We chose to eat out Had to go home & fume agate our belongings so not to take roaches home.
