A great hotel located on one of the bypass routes in Branson, Missouri. We like the location because it is in walking distance of the Aquarium At The Boardwalk and some great restaurants. The hotel has ample parking, an indoor pool, and a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms have two sinks. One sink is in the bathroom and one is outside the bathroom. We have chosen this hotel for there no pets and no smoking policies.

Hotel's Favorite
We chose this hotel because we had stayed at the Comfort Inn Branson Meadows previously but it was full so we tried Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills since the pictures appeared to have somewhat similar appearance as Branson Meadows so we thought (hoped) it meant it was operated by the same family. Upon arrival we noticed the same decor and then, there it was, the family photo, so we knew for sure it was the same family so we expected our stay to be good. There are advantages to this hotel for those wanting to go to the Highway 76 events since it is less than a mile (about 0.6 to 0.8 depending on direction) to get to the strip, tough be aware it is a hill whichever direction you go, so it will feel like a mile gong one way. Wear comfortable shoes. The hotel itself has the lobby on the 2nd floor though that is the floor you enter on. The first floor is the pool. The main reason to mention that is the main thing we noticed were many people that forget that so they end up going to the first floor, primarily keeping he elevator business than it would otherwise need to be. The stairway was very nice and wide, well lit, so people with luggage could easily be going up or down past others going the opposite direction. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit on the third day of our three night stay but it was extremely hot outside so it is likely all AC's had a similar challenge. This hotel does not provide daily in-room service which is actually fine due to health concerns. They provide hanging tags you can indicate what items you want or need and they will bring them tied up in a bag to keep it sanitary, and you can also go to the desk to get additional items, or call them and they will bring them to the room. If you want to get rid of your used towels, you can just place them outside the door. As far as trash is concerned, you can tie up the bag and leave it outside the door and they come pick them up or they have nice large trash containers near the ice machine and vending areas where trash can be deposited. They seem to have pretty regular pattern of picking up items left outside the doors as we never saw any towels or trash bags left outside any doors for long periods of time. We were fine with that at Branson Meadows and it was fine here. We needed a couple items before they delivered the sanitary bag requested items and they happily provided them at the desk. The staff are all very friendly, from the people at the desk at all shifts, to the ladies in the breakfast room (sadly we do not know their names, but they all helped and were friendly) and we were blessed with a very nice conversation with (Brandy?) who had greeted us upon our arrival the first day, was smiling every time we saw her, and we were able to talk with her a bit on a day she was leaving work for the day and hoping for some rain later that night for her cucumbers. We did not use the pool as I am allergic to chlorine but it was very visible from the dining area and it appeared to be nice and clean and many people were using it. The breakfast was a nice variety, a couple days the sausages were patties and one day was links. The eggs were perfect insofar as they are pretty fresh so are still moist, not dry. Other items included 3 fruit flavors of yogurt, cereals, oatmeals, hot chocolate (actually available 24/7 like the coffee and tea), waffles, various breads and muffins, apples, biscuits and gravy (the gravy had a very good taste) and a few other items. The ladies working in the dining areas were constantly cleaning things, brining out more things, and conversing with guests. We did notice there were no potatoes of any type during our stay so some people may want those if they are used to some the of potato - no problem for us, just an item of note. This hotel, same as Branson Meadows, has their soft drink machines priced at $1.00 so seem very budget friendly for families. There was a sign that said there were sandwiches available at the front desk and we did not even get to ask what those were about though are curious, even though we probably would not need them ourselves but would expect them to be good and priced decently based on things like the soft drink machine. Might be nice when wanting a sandwich and not wanting to leave the hotel. One final comment regarding the towels and laundry, my wife wanted to point out that the towels and everything always smelled very fresh, not with an odor as is sometimes noticeable at some places so it seems they do a good job caring for the towels. They all looked new. We look forward to staying here again.

This hotel is quiet, just off the strip. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but clean. The breakfast was good, and they have an indoor pool which was nice. The only negative thing to say was the mattresses (at least in our room 218) have seen better days and need replaced. Would stay here again!

This is a terrific hotel with a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. It is just a minute from the main strip but is also down a quieter street. The room was great, with clean sheets and comfortable beds. The staff, too, was outstanding, from the nice check-in people to the nice ladies who work the breakfast room. The amenities, too, were solid. The pool isn't huge but is well-heated and a nice respite at the end of the day. The breakfast room is also small (it got crowded our last day) but the food is good and the staff does a great job. This will be our go-to hotel for future Branson visits.

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, nice linens. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast area overlooking the indoor pool. Good location (quiet, off the strip but close to everything). We stayed at the same hotel in Branson for 30+ years. They changed owners and the hotel went downhill. We’ve found our new favorite hotel!

Stayed here for 5 nights for a military reunion. I highly recommend this hotel to other military reunion groups. Meeting room is spacious and has a refrigerator and microwave. Hotel rooms are nice. There is an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom. The customer service is exceptional! Thanks to Trent and staff for making our reunion a great one!

We didn’t like our 2nd floor (main floor) room as it was stinky so the kind front desk lady got us a 4th floor room that was amazing! The breakfast was good and all the staff was very helpful. Pool area was warm and beautiful! The parking was good. We were close to the strip and Walmart which was nice. If you like weed the dispensary is next door but we didn’t go there so I don’t know anything about it. It was a clean hotel with great service. We were very happy once we were moved from original room. I would like to note: I didn’t ask to move. I was walking down the hall and the sweet front desk lady asked if everything was ok and I told her the room was stinky so she volunteered to move us to make our stay more enjoyable. We really appreciated it. Thank you nice lady! It was the one with 2 colors in her hair that works evenings. :)

Still due to covid-19 there is no cleaning of rooms unless requested. If requested your towels lay out side your door until next day when you take them down and ask for replacements yourself. Also your request for room to be cleaned goes undone, so far we are here 4 days and the room hasn't been cleaned. When asked about it they are apologetic about it but still no service. Hotel use to be nice but has gone down hill recently.

From the time I called to see if I could get an early check-in (phone call included "what may I do to exceed your expectations?") through 2 days' stay and check-out---they were awesome. Clean hotel, very courteous and helpful staff. There were plenty of luggage carts when needed. Great location about the middle of town where all the action is. I liked the fact that they do not go into your rooms, but give you an order sheet to put on your door to order additional room items that will be dropped at your door wrapped in plastic---what an idea!!! I just can't complain about anything about this hotel!! We will certainly try to stay there again if we go back to Branson.
