We have only stayed in the villas, so I cannot review the regular rooms. The villas are 100% the way to go. We have stayed in a few of the villas and have loved them. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal. Our one bedroom had an awesome double sided fireplace and amazing bathroom with a jet tub. The shower was super nice. They have a nice pool outside, mini golf, and a water slide and pool inside. It is in a great location. Not directly in all the hustle bustle, but just a few minutes to the strip. Would stay again!

The staff are very friendly. The kids had a blast at the Splash-A-Torium (indoor/outdoor pool with water slide). That is the extent of the positive. Everything was in disrepair- even the pool. The floor in some areas of the pool was so rough that it cut up my feet. The mini golf was so old. The restaurant was closed. The room was TINY and so hot. The beds and pillows were terrible. The breakfast buffet was a joke. PLUS the time-share sell is too much. I reserved through Branson.com, turns out it is owned by Welk. They tried to pay me to go on a tour of the timeshares and were rude when I refused. Then it took my husband 30 minutes to get our parking pass because they tried to pay him in dining credits to go on the tour. So annoying!

We stayed here a year ago and was pleased but it has went downhill.Only one working elevator, bugs on the curtains in all 4 rooms we had,no daily housekeeping, and no microwave in the room to reheat any food. Front desk never offered even a discount due to jumping bugs found in all 4 rooms. Swimming pool is fun and nice but actual hotel needs major remodeling.Mini golf course was in terrible shape and run down.Humid rooms even with AC on at all times.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures! It’s much older and the rooms smelled old. The beds sucked and there was ants coming in the window! After checking out four other rooms , I settled with a two bed room with a working air condition. All the rooms are old and worn, they truly need an upgrade! The resort is mainly for timeshare people ! The clubhouse, game room and nicer areas is to timeshare owners. The indoor and outdoor pools are the highlights. I would never visit this place again!! Not worth the money!

The rooms were very dated, and the beds were absolutely horrendous. Seriously the most uncomfortable beds that I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The craters in the mattresses were visible. Additionally, there is a woman in the foyer who try’s to sign you up for a tour to get a time share. She’s extremely pushy and persistent, and became quite rude when I refused the two hour presentation (which required a $50 hold on a credit card). The only saving grace was the pool. My kids loved it. Definitely would not stay here again.
