We love staying here. We owned here for years and have never been disappointed in our stay. We always stay in the condos that is fully furnished, clean, roomy, comfortable and pretty. If we've ever needed anything or if something isn't working right, someone is there no matter what time. Maintenance staff is the best especially when the AC wasn't working right at night and they were on it. The AC guy that came the next day was the kindness, professional and knowledgeable person you could meet. We went during spring break and the resort was busy which we like seeing. The pool area and property is very well kept. The front desk staff is top notch as well as the concierge staff. They are not pushy and very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, we ate breakfast in the restaurant which we don't usually do because I cook a lot, and the breakfast buffet was delicious as well as having a great staff.

Family vacation, stayed 4 nights at the Lodge/Hotel with a 6 & 8 year old.
Kids loved the water park, mini golf. We didn’t make it to the Escape Room, but it looked interesting, too. Overall, the water park was great for the kids and us. It only has one slide, but plenty of pool areas, plus a splash park area. It was perfect for us. It was not crowded at all, which was a bonus! The pool area allowed for us to hang out, maybe consume an adult beverage or two, and the kids run free, yet still in sight. The slide was fun for us, too!
Just to set the right expectations, this is not Great Wolf Lodge when it comes to slides and activities, but it’s about 1/3 the price. At $86/night, I’d call this an amazing value. We did add the rise and shine breakfast option for an additional $21/nt. Basically this gave us a $120 credit which paid for all our breakfast. And the breakfast was not a standard hotel bar with powdered eggs and warmed up prepackaged stuff, they had a buffet with REAL food on it. All of it was good and worth the added cost, especially when you factor in the convenience of it being on site.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was average. It was clean, comfortable. Some things could use some normal maintenance and upkeep, but not worth criticizing.
Location was great. Very convenient to the rest of Branson attractions.

This was not at all what we expected, given the price and the advertising. We have stayed in so many resorts, many of which were time shares, and this did not compare.
The room, spacious with a nice kitchenette (including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop), was sadly not taken care of. It was worn down and falling apart. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and maintenance told us it would be at least a 5 hour fix (after talking to the front desk they worked with us on this). Also, the carpet was wet in a large area by the kitchen when we checked in - wet enough it stayed wet for over a day.
The pool was ok but nothing to write home about for a "resort." There is 1 slide. It was a fun one.
Activities was basically a big room full of stuff...not clean, stuff just everywhere. The activities staff were nice but did not seem invested in what they were doing- deadpan, slow moving..kind of just there.
They asked repeatedly if we would do the time share presentation, and I wish someone higher up would realize the REAL presentation is in your room and your experience while staying there - and we would NEVER buy into their timeshare given what we experienced.
We would not stay here again.

Booked through Chase Travel at a discounted rate of $150 per night for a standard King room. Pictures and reviews were good. Needless to say we were disappointed.
Our room was basement level with a small window that was fogged up. Shower was a small “navy” stall that hadn’t been cleaned. Air conditioning didn’t work well and the room remained humid. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and there’s construction going on in the main parking lot.
The only “perk” we got was a couple of sodas on the house for choosing to stay there for our anniversary.
The hotel is under newer management from last year. Staff tried to hype up amenities, only to be given a paper that says we don’t have access to those amenities due to the management change,
The room safe didn’t work, and the refrigerator has a note on it telling that it is a cooler and not a refrigerator due to not able to keep refrigerator temperatures.
One lamp didn’t work and several of the electrical sockets were very loose.
We DO NOT recommend this place.

The bedroom furniture was trashed. The lamp had a tear in the shade. It took 12 minutes for the water running in the shower to get warm enough to use. No housekeeping allowed in room during a 3 night stay so we had to collect our own trash bags & set them in the hall. The staff failed to “line “ our small trash cans, even after we requested they do it in the hallway. They left the bags sitting on top of the cans. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. Worst experience I have had for a $200/night room. Do not go here!

Thank you for your review. We apologize your stay fell short of exceeding expectations. Since we are a Vacation Club Rentals resort, we do not operate like a normal hotel and do not offer daily housekeeping. Thank you for giving us a try!

First off, when we got to the hotel it took 15-20 minutes to check in because you had to listen to the “concierge “ try to sell you every show ticket in town for a “great deal.” We stayed on the first floor and as soon as we walked into the room, it reeked like an out house. Come to find out, the first floor had just flooded that day due to a rain storm. The carpet was soaked in certain places In multiple rooms. Also, while trying to sleep the guests above us we’re running laps back and forth their room and it sounded like the roof was coming down. I called the front desk multiple times to see if someone could go upstairs and ask those guest to sleep quite down. Finally Jason said he would send security which did nothing. Those people above us ran non-stop until after midnight. The next day we were walking into the main entrance and there was vomit in front of the door. The splash pad is in a separate building and everything is so expensive. Overall, the experience was terrible compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Branson. There’s a high chance that we will not be back.

Don't. Don't waste your money. 3 weeks ago, they sold to Hyatt. I booked for both the indoor and outdoor water park. The indoor water park is no longer affiliated, & has been shut down for months. It isn't posted anywhere on their website. Place is run down. No room service, at all. They don't do that anymore. Had to ask for towels and garbage liners, which I knew in advance since I checked reviews again a couple days before we came. Also brought our own toilet paper. You have to put your garbage & used towels outside in the hall. 1st room, carpets were stained & left over wrappers from people before us. Skid mark on the toilet seat. Mirror still dirty. No freezer, fridge was too keep drinks luke-warm, & invested with ants, the shower faucet flew off the wall & hit me in the leg while I was taking a shower. They said maintenence would be up to fix it. 4 hours later, still wasn't fixed, so they gave us the room across the hall. 2nd room, still gross dirty carpets, cob webs in the windows, pee on the toilet seat, and someone's wrist band on the floor. Poop on my comforter, along with other stains. But! Shower worked, fridge (this time with a little freezer), and no ants. No drinks in vending machine. Workers were really nice, but you can tell they lost faith with the new owners because when I told them I booked due to both pools so my daughter could play for her bday, they said nothing we can do & speak to the GM across the way, who also isn't going to do anything for you. Oh yeah. I wiped up something off the bathroom floor, and the paper towl came up black. Wore shoes the entire time.

Despite repeated attempts to get me to sit through either a time share or vacation club presentation, I am giving this resort five stars because of the fantastic experience I had staying there. It was clean, quiet, spacious, convenient to all local attractions and offered residents great ammenities like an on-site escape room, miniature golf course and heated infoor pool and waterslide. There was a safe inside the room, and the A/C worked well. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was hot (although the pressure was very low). There was a sundries shop in the lobby, and a concierge who could help with attraction tickets. Very nice and helpful staff. I would definately stay here again.

Extremely disappointed. All the pictures shown are of the resort side. We were in a shabby room in the hotel with very little space. The hair dryer doesn't work. The outlets did not work. We had four women and one outlet very far from a mirror that worked. Nowhere to plug in phones or any other appliances. They were unwilling to help at the desk. They advertised free breakfast since wanted to charge talking to the decks Clerks was like talking to used car salesman. We could have use of the pool, but it was locked and we were not even able to see it from the inside. This might have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

We were very underwhelmed with this hotel. The photos do not match the reality of these hotel rooms in the slightest. The rooms are in dire need of maintenance upkeep and updating. There is no housekeeping at all due to Covid restrictions. We were asked to place all used towels and trash in the hallway for housekeeping to pick up. Imagine just checking in and walking down the hall to piles and piles of used, wet towels outside each door down the long hallway. That is what we arrived to and it was quite unpleasant. The beds/pillows were highly uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up each morning with a sore back from the poor mattress. Again, another area that could definitely benefit from some updating. I will say the pool area was very nice and our kids enjoyed it. Until a huge group of unruly children arrived that had no adult supervision inside where the water slide was. They were screaming and all piled in the small designated area where the slide exit was. The children would not listen to the pool monitor or security guard. Our children actually asked to leave because it was so chaotic. As much as we liked the pool area we will not return due to the poor condition of the hotel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and insight from your recent visit. We were disappointed to learn you did not thoroughly enjoy your visit with us, and wish your children had a better experience at the pool than what you described. We hope you decide to return and visit again with us one day in the future.
