Stayed for 5 days in the 301 section building 41. Party had both a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The units were nice, clean, good bedding, and the building had a nice view of one of the waterfall/creek features on the property. There was an adults only pool just at the end of the unit (closed due to Covid unfortunately) that would have been very convenient if we could have used it. Kitchen had everything we needed. One big problem was significant noise from unit above. The floors are hard surface (faux wood) and heavy footfalls from above echoed like a herd of elephants. The upstairs neighbors kept us up past midnight and started up again before 5 am. I'm sure no fault of the neighbors, they were not doing anything unusual, just walking around, but the sound carried quite a bit. The property may want to consider leaving alternate floors empty when the complex is not at capacity to avoid noise issues.

The complex is small but well maintained. The landscaped creeks and waterfalls are pretty and they have a nice paved walking path that allows you to loop around the scenery. I was told there were 5 pools on the property but I only found 3. Small playground for little ones. Several nice grilling areas and spots to sit and chat. All very clean and well maintained. The only pool that was open due to covid was the biggest central pool. Reservations could be made to visit in the morning and in the afternoon in 3 hour blocks with a break for cleaning from 1 - 2. Stewart, the activities director, was very helpful and accommodating. The staff is limited as to what they can do but they were eager to help make our stay enjoyable. We did enjoy the pool, although it is a very simple small pool. Good for little ones, not great for older kids who got pretty bored with just paddling around.

The location is pretty good and most activities are within a 15 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants nearby and several grocery stores.

My Wife and I arrived Friday 7/17/20 at 1:00 pm. They are in Full Compliance of the Social Distancing Guidelines. You pull up the the Reception Area and stay in you vehicle. We were Greeted by Danielle. Our room was not ready she would call us when it was ready. She sent us to the Members Center. That's where we met Derek, he supplied us with wristbands for being on the Property. Of Course they want you to join the Time Share Program. He was Nice enough to let us go without any Hassle. He said to check back in anytime. if we changed our mind. so we left and Cruised the Branson Area. We came back at 4 pm, ( Without a Call from Danielle), We were Greeted by Steven. He got us our Room and it was Heaven from there. Our Room was Awesome. 1 room with a Toilet and Shower, 1 Kitchen, with Washer/ Dryer off to the side. A large Balcony, Family Room, Bedroom with a Jacuzzi and Sink with Mirrors. the Bed was Awesome and Slept Well, Elevator to the 4th Floor. The Pools open at 10 am. Open for 2 hours and closed for cleaning for 30 minutes, The Pool Attendant keeps tract of the amount of people that enter. Very Secure Property and Everyone is So Friendly. I walked the Resort Every Morning, Just to see all the Different Licence Plates on the vehicles. We Loved the Time we Spent Here

I have stayed at Wyndham Branson meadows several times and love the rooms (very comfortable beds), the pools indoor and out and the amenities. Have also stayed at the Falls location and don't like it as much because that campus doesn't have an indoor pool or any other amenities you have to drive to one of the other campuses. Our favorite campus is the wyndham Branson Mountain Vista! It has the biggest indoor and outdoor pools, game room, movie room etc. We have had a 5 star visit every time we go. The only negative is don't leave ANYTHING you will not get it back. I once left 2 silver dollar city cups in the dishwasher after checking out and turned around and went back to get them less than an hour later and they said they were gone. On our last visit this month my son left his 2 stuffed animals on his bed and I called a couple of hours after we left and they said housekeeping would turn them in to the office at the end of the day and I have called back every day for a week and they just keep saying if they find anything they will let me know.... I am surprised they haven't cleaned that room in the week since we left... and as any parents know it is extreme hard to replace a special snuggle stuffy with an exact replacement...

On Father’s Day weekend 2021, we arrived at the Meadows late afternoon afternoon after a long drive only to discover, after midnight, that the shower was in such deplorable and unacceptable condition. Being late as it was, it was to our advantage, being upstairs with so much personal stuff, to use our COVID Cleaning Supplies to make do. The next morning, the situation was brought to management’s attention and we were assured that at least the dirty laundry that greeted us outside our door upon arrival would be immediately removed. However, it took multiple reminders before it was partially done.
Being a long time owner, I was floored; I pay too much in maintenance fees for shower doors to be off track and to be greeted by such filth. Yes, I could have relocated; however, having a two bedroom and having already spent one night, it was too taxing and time consuming to do so. Utilizing my minimal time for the short stay was not feasible to repack and relocate. Even though we’re living in the middle of a pandemic, it is wise to check out units for cleanliness and maintenance before going through the trouble of hauling belongings in and unpacking. It is wise to do a detailed check before acceptance.
We’ve stayed at this location before, but never witnessed such deplorable conditions.
In addition, a salesperson at the update was so unprofessional and rude when the right questions were asked for clarification, that he demanded I shut up and listen to him. I chose instead to walk away; NO ONE has such a right for me to pay for such rudeness and disrespect.
Therefore, Be Aware of unsuitable units and rude and demanding salesperson(s).

Upon checking into the room, we found dried poop on the commode and hair in the shower. We called the front desk and reported this. The underwhelming response by the front desk person and their supervisor could leave one to believe that this kind of thing was not uncommon. A cleaning person was sent to the room. The cleaning person removed the poop and the hair in the shower. However, given the circumstances, we were afraid to touch anything, sit on anything, lay down on anything etc. We asked the cleaning person if they could clean the rest of the room. She only wiped the bathroom counter sprayed deodorant said all is good since it smells good. We called the front desk again and tried to get a room change and they indicated they could not change our room. Given our limited options at that point, we went to Walmart and bought all the cleaning supplies (chemicals, mops, brushes, etc) and performed a full and thorough room cleaning. We reported the issue to higher-level personnel at Wyndham while we were getting their sales pitch for a timeshare. The individuals that we shared the experience with appeared as horrified as we were initially but seemed to be less concerned as time went forward. We were told they would investigate and I provided my contact information to them. We were never offered any form of refund, partial or otherwise that would recognize our unfortunate experience, cover cleaning supplies, time in cleaning or anything else. Although I provided my cell phone number so they could follow-up, we never heard anything from anyone. Given all the events and the way they are handled, I would highly discourage anyone from buying a timeshare with Wyndham. This experience leads me to believe that this is a cultural issue at Wyndham. We will not stay at The Meadows again and will likely avoid Wyndham properties going forward.

I brought my family here for a Long Weekend getaway and We were very Disappointed in this place! We had seven children Ages 6-16, my husband and myself. We Reserved two condos next to each other, the beds were decently comfortable however the pullout couches were so uncomfortable the younger kids would not even sleep on them. We called before we made our reservation to make sure the pools were open and We were told Yes. We get to Branson after a 7 hour drive and only one of the pools was filled in the entire resort! Not only one pool open but there were only a handful of guests allowed in with reservations that were booked for the pool our entire four days. The kids had planned on spending much of their time in the pool as we had fishing planned for the older boys. Instead we had to spend money finding other activities for 5 of the kids to do. I would have really appreciated if they would have been honest about the entire resort being shut down due to Covid. All of the other resorts we drove by had their pools open. We ended up meeting a family at Big Cedar Lodge & they invited my children to swim the last day of our trip. All of their resort pools were open. In Addition, Both of the condos we rented neither of the washers worked in the units. We were told there was grills behind our unit & those were removed due to Covid too. We found a couple grills that were open but it was a distance from our building.
I have stayed in many Wyndham resorts and I was always satisfied, However the Branson Wyndham Meadows was a complete disappointment!

We have a large family (six children 4 to 21 years) so we asked a few times if this would work for us. The staff insisted that the room could accommodate 8 guests. The room was fine the staff are the problem. When we asked for bedding for the sofa they informed us all that we needed was provided in the room. We looked (again) for additional bedding and found none. Called again and they told us the would have to see if anything was available. 1 pillow,2 sheets and a flimsy blanket arrived. The toddlers ended up in bed with us the first night. The next day we bought additional bedding at the store. We registered 8 guests. Why are there only 5 sets of towels? Called again and 2 more sets of towels were unceremoniously dropped on our doorstep. The kids tried to go to the pool the first 2 days but were turned away due to COVID overreaction. They finally got in on the 4th day so I called for some pool towels, same reaction, "We only have a limited number for our guests" We registered EIGHT guests. We paid for EIGHT guests. Why are you not accommodating us? If you arrive after dark on a weekend plan on parking on the other end of the complex. If you go to the hard sell time-share pitch (they call it buying points now) they will ask you if you would rather stay here or at a hotel with smaller rooms. Ask me. I'll take the smaller rooms and maid service, thanks

This was our third trip to Branson and 2nd stay at this location. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when we called the front desk as we discovered different issues with our room. The biggest challenge is that it wasn't very clean. Dusty floors, long black hair left wrapped around a towel hanging in the bathroom, lipstick stain on coffee cup in the cupboard, no bedding for the two pull out couches (we had a 2 bedroom lock-off). Bedding for a crib was left in our room and crib sat outside our entrance the entire stay. No one came to take it down and put it away. The worst part was the smell coming from the laundry. It smelled like a rodent had died in there. They tried pouring Clorox down the pipe, which helped for about 24 hours. Then they gave us a can of spray to help cover the smell. (building 5, rooms 407-408) We spent most of our days away from the resort, which helped. We had our 4 teens with us ages 16-20. The activities on site are fabulous for middle school and younger. No bar or restaurant on site. Our teens didn't want to be in pool with little kids. Two nice pool areas for younger families. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Great amount of space for my adult sized children. Views from balcony were great. Just not much to do on the resort for teens and adults. Not enough space for running/walking, no mini golf just a tiny putting spot. Work out room was very nice and had decent options. Location is perfect though for drivability to amusement park, table rock lake, etc.

The 2 bedroom we had was very spacious and modern. Nicely decorated. Pools and grounds are very resort like and the pond has enormous koi fish. Several activities horseshoes, ping pong, shuffleboard and most everything open despite Covid. Our biggest issue and the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was due to the worst checkin I’ve ever seen in my 50+ years of traveling. I anticipated and was prepared for the sales pitch at check in but after a few “no I’m not interested” we were able to go to the next stage and actually get room keys. What happened next Id never heard of before. We lugged all our stuff to the 3rd floor in 95 degree heat, walked in the room that matched our coded card key and found it occupied!! We called the Wyndam # and they said a number was transposed you are in xxxx room we will send someone with new card keys and meet you there. We get to that room..... an entire building over, lugging all our bags again drenched in sweat and guess what? That room is also occupied!! So, we sit outside that room for 30 minutes til we get yet another room assignment. One of our party drives over to the check in, gets new keys to a 3rd room and we drag our stuff to yet another building. Fortunately this 3rd room was on the first floor. It was hot humid and between all the steps to check in and the wrong room assignments took close to an hour and a half!! Other than that bad start we liked the property. Really nice to have a two bedroom 2 bath with living area kitchen that’s fully stocked etc. My only other recommendation for such a nice property would be to have more concessions and vending. There was only 1 vending machine for drinks on the entire property which was in the rec center.

I had really high hopes for this resort since I’m a Wyndham member. Drove over 12 hours for my check in at 4pm. Got to the resort at 3:30 and they said my room wasn’t quite ready and they took my number and said they would call me. We drove around the town and came back at 4:30. I texted the number they gave me and nobody responded. I then called the number they gave me since nobody calumet back and got connected to someone from inside the hotel. I told her I was in “x” parking spot and ready for check in. She asked if anybody called me and I said no. She then said that our room wasn’t ready and they would call me when it was. I asked her what time check in was and told her that I thought it was at 4pm. She said it is at 4 pm “depending on availability”, this response didn’t set well with me so I asked her then is check out at 10 am or whenever I’m ready to leave? She said no it’s at 10 am. I asked her how much longer it would be before our room was ready and she said she didn’t know. I told her that we have food spoiling in our car and she said that they would call us. 15 minutes later they called us and we checked into our room.
We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it’s honestly the smallest suite I’ve ever stayed in. The fridge is about twice the size of a small dorm fridge. The dishwasher and stove are tiny too so good luck cooking any food. The kitchen counter is about the size of a cookie sheet—the bathroom counter is bigger than the kitchen one!
The couch is a pullout so someone can sleep on it if needed. However it’s quite uncomfortable to sit on.
The bed is comfortable as are the pillows.
The fridge wasn’t working properly for us. They fixed it but our ice cream had to be thrown out because it never hardened up despite the fix.
We were on the 1st floor and we could hear the people above us walking around so not sure about the soundproofing. Thankfully we couldn’t hear them talking.
I most definitely WILL NOT be back to this resort.
