The room is outdated~ bathroom “tiny” with shower head 2” from ceiling. There were not enough plug ins. Air conditioner ran continuously ~ auto feature was not working~ at times I thought air unit was going to launch!! Smoke detector needed new battery which I mentioned to staff. Parking was good. Location was OK. I requested a different room but they were all booked. Truly disappointing as I have stayed in another Angel Inn that was very nice.

The hotel was very nice the front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and I would stay here again. It was right on the strip and easy to get to the shows. I can't wait to go back again next year.

Nice accommodations Friendly staff There's nothing else to be said. Indoor pool and hot tub are a plus for my old aching bones! Good location and a bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main strip of hwy 76 ! Rooms are available connecting for a large group or family .

I'm sorry but when you see the price there are things to be expected. Yes the hotel is older, the room has a musty smell. Turn the fan on, it will be okay or take a small fan as well. I have been around hotels most of my life, Dad ran them for years. I have seen worse, but it was the ground level, noise was bearable, my vehicle right outside, well light property and close to everything. The bed was comfortable, had hot water, and the price was decent for the hotel. Did not care for breakfast, too small for the amount of people, sausage looked undercooked and was cold. Staff was nice and even extended my stay by a day. When Branson is all about tourism and you are paying for shows and attractions, I will look to save money on a hotel, just need a comfortable bed and nice shower, I don't planning spending my vacation in the room.

I’ll start by saying this was not our first choice to stay. But because Branson’s Best gave away our ADA room as we were on our way traveling to Branson, we didn’t have much to choose from at the last minute. The ADA room they gave us was absolutely as far away from the lobby, where breakfast is served, as is possible. We had to get my dad into the van, at the designated handicap parking spot by their ADA room, where there was no cut out on the curb for a walker/wheelchair, drive up to the lobby and drop him off, park the van. Then when done, get the van, pull up to the lobby to pick him up, drive back down to our room and get him out of the van again. And that is if you can find a spot to pull up by the lobby. One of the employees parked there 3 days in a row so there was only 1 lane of traffic left to get through, so if someone was pulled up there to check-in, you couldn’t get near the lobby door. There were 3 of us in one room and we had 3 bath towels. I went to the desk to ask for some more. I was told we couldn’t have anymore as we had 3 people, 3 towels. I said we would like one for our hair and one for our body. They told me that was what the little hand towels were for. Our last day, I figured out that if you go there and ask for pool towels, you can have whatever you want. There were 2 chairs in our room that the seats were not very “inviting”. One of the chairs I put outside and told them to get it as the seat was very dirty. Mom tried helping dad with a shower one day. The floor is level over the whole bathroom so the water was all over the floor, going way to the doorway/carpet area. She was terrified that he would fall on the wet floor as she tried to help him out.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The motel is old with a lot of much needed attention. It was obvious that they are short staffed. In the mornings there is one gentleman that is having to do everything from cooking to front desk to answering phones to helping guests with needs and information.

We booked our room in October 2021 for the days of Dec. 29, 2021 thru Jan. 2, 2022. We used to stay here when we come to Branson because of location and rooms were clean. Our last time to stay before this trip was in September 2017. It was filthy that time. There were cobwebs all along the ceiling and dust balls all over the walls. Fast forward to 2021-22. I think there were cobwebs left from September 2017. When we got to our room there was long hair, and lots of it, on the carpet in the sink area. Yes, the did send housekeeping to vacuum the floor, but it should have already been vacuumed. The toilet had mold around the waterline in the stool, microwave was dirty, and dust all over everything, including the curtains. We won't be staying here again. I hate giving negative reviews, but this one is needed.

This place was NOT clean. The shower curtain was nasty, there was mold around parts of the tub (forgot to get a pic of that), one of the babies found a fake eyelash on the floor, and the fridge didn’t work. Only stayed here because there weren’t many options that weren’t $200+ per night. Thankfully this was a family trip because I needed to store breast milk in the fridge. Would not recommend. Would have tried to get a refund and find another hotel if it hadn’t been such a busy weekend in Branson.

We were not very happy with this motel. I killed several spiders; the bathroom floor looked like there were mouse droppings on it; the toilet was for short people; and the sheets came off the bed every night. We left on Sunday morning at 6:15 AM and the office was closed and wouldn't open until 7:30 AM. I wanted to get a receipt of our stay and was not able to get one. I would recommend probably checking out the night before if you have to leave early the next morning in order to get a receipt.

We have stayed here many times before and they have never disappointed us. Rooms are always clean and breakfast is typical free continental breakfast. Location is great, right off the strip. A little updating would not hurt however it does not keep us from coming.
