We booked our room in October 2021 for the days of Dec. 29, 2021 thru Jan. 2, 2022. We used to stay here when we come to Branson because of location and rooms were clean. Our last time to stay before this trip was in September 2017. It was filthy that time. There were cobwebs all along the ceiling and dust balls all over the walls. Fast forward to 2021-22. I think there were cobwebs left from September 2017. When we got to our room there was long hair, and lots of it, on the carpet in the sink area. Yes, the did send housekeeping to vacuum the floor, but it should have already been vacuumed. The toilet had mold around the waterline in the stool, microwave was dirty, and dust all over everything, including the curtains. We won't be staying here again. I hate giving negative reviews, but this one is needed.…

This place was NOT clean. The shower curtain was nasty, there was mold around parts of the tub (forgot to get a pic of that), one of the babies found a fake eyelash on the floor, and the fridge didn’t work. Only stayed here because there weren’t many options that weren’t $200+ per night. Thankfully this was a family trip because I needed to store breast milk in the fridge. Would not recommend. Would have tried to get a refund and find another hotel if it hadn’t been such a busy weekend in Branson.

We were not very happy with this motel. I killed several spiders; the bathroom floor looked like there were mouse droppings on it; the toilet was for short people; and the sheets came off the bed every night. We left on Sunday morning at 6:15 AM and the office was closed and wouldn't open until 7:30 AM. I wanted to get a receipt of our stay and was not able to get one. I would recommend probably checking out the night before if you have to leave early the next morning in order to get a receipt.

We have stayed here many times before and they have never disappointed us. Rooms are always clean and breakfast is typical free continental breakfast. Location is great, right off the strip. A little updating would not hurt however it does not keep us from coming.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed slept very well. Our room was on the backside of the building which meant we didn’t get much to any road noise. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was as good as any that you get with these types of hotels that include breakfast. It was nice that the breakfast area was opened as many places haven’t reopened their breakfast since COVID. The outside of the building needs a littleTLC. The stairs are showing their age, need to be painted and repaired in a few places. For the money it was a nice stay.

Room was really funky which made us stuffy and sneeze a lot. Linens were dirty. Toilet, furniture and windows were dirty. Myself and kids were a little scared to go to sleep. Curtains didn't close all the way. Too unsanitary for me.

I like the fact they have white sheets in the room. We booked one room with two queen beds, one small-fridge. It's a quiet place close to The Grand Village, The Aquarium at Boardwalk, Wonder Works, etc. It's also close to Price Chopper and Walmart. Not bad for a room but breakfast, however, too basic although is free. Don't expect a view of anything other than neighboring inns. Panera restaurant can be seen from this property.

We enjoy staying here when we come to Branson. Our kids love the indoor pool and being close to the everything. The rooms are always kept clean. The free breakfast in the morning is always good. We love staying here.

Upon arrival to the hotel it looked like the hotel was a nice hotel to be staying at. However walking into the room we came to see burns in the sheets, paint coming off the walls, dirty towels and very dirty wall. We were very disappointed with the appearance of the room and most likely will not be coming back to this hotel. We went to talk to the managers to try and get our room changed because also the bed was broken and they gave us an attitude and acted as if they didn’t understand what we were saying to them and that they said they would solve the problem in the morning. If you choose to come and stay at this hotel make sure that you take pictures and videos to back yourself up in case they choose to blame all of it on you. We were disappointed by the room.

So far, this has been a very clean and comfortable stay! Centrally locates, very well lighted for safety, and pretty quiet! Ease at check in, bed is very comfortable, and room smells clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and price.
