Picture this: 2 moms, 4 kids (not from the area) in Branson when a terrible flash flood thunderstorm rolls in . We pull off 76 into the Hampton Inn parking lot. We could no longer see the road and had planned to wait a few minutes and check the radar to see if when we would be able to make it to our destination about 20 minutes away. When the tornado sirens started going off. Crying kids and all we make run for it to get inside. Michelle at the front desk was amazing when she was giving guest directions for where to shelter in place. I explained we were not staying at the hotel but needed a place to shelter and she directed us to the nearest stairwell. She was kind and calm during an emergency and provided us updates as the storm hit. After it was safe to exit, she even helped us figure out when we were out of harms way to make our way back to our final destination. Michelle was wonderful and a great representation for the hotel.…
Great location to everything ! Decent rooms, standard for your Hampton Inn. They had a night light in the bathroom, which was nice for those who had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Fitness center was open and had cleaning products available for before and after the workout. Pool was open, small pool but the kids enjoyed it and didn’t complain. The breakfast was good ! They had lots of options. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay again.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and did an excellent job. Cleanliness was a priority for us and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The head housekeeper, Cheryl, was extraordinary. Very friendly and always ready to assist with any and all requests. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff here was great! They were informative and kind. Rooms were clean, comfy and good size and breakfast was quality. The location is close to everything fun to do in the Branson area. 15 mins from Branson landing and right on the strip.
I suggest staying somewhere else if you have dogs. They charge you $75 for your dog to stay in your room. I believe they do this cause I really don’t want you there with a dog who is the most we’ve ever had to pay we had to fill out a form never of had to do that either anywhere else. Made me fill out a new form every day for the dogs names not sure what that’s all about. Also was told they filled in the hot tub with cement because people didn’t like following the rules. They used to have a really nice hot tub.
This is an above-average Hampton. We had a mini-suite which was very roomy. It had 2 bathroom sinks, a sofa, dining table & chairs, microwave, and fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the room was very clean. The rest of the hotel was also very clean.
The hotel was fine. It was just An older "hilton". The rooms were older. Our room had a smell to it. It was clean. Everyone was nice. For the price was expecting a littler nicer. I would stay here again if it is alil cheaper. I think the prices might have been higher Bc it was the Christmas season.
Hotel has no maid service. Must bring dirty towels to front desk for exchange. Must pickup any paper products or toiletries at front desk. Been here since Sunday and no maid service yet. Today is Thursday. Breakfast has been sparse. They are serving less than usual.
Fantastic time and stay. Friendly service and very impressed. I would highly recommend. My family had a great time and would come back. Branson is a great place and this Hitel is great hotel. Check it out.
I was very unhappy with my stay ans so was my girlfriend. I always stay at the Hampton inn in Branson but this time it was unpleasant for the price I paid. A refund on my credit card will be greatly appreciated and maybe I’ll stay there again with hopefully a better stay.
