It was an okay stay. At least there was a hair dryer in the room. Saw one spider in the bathroom I left the spider alone. Breakfast was okay. Not sure if I would stay here again but for one night it was served it’s purpose.

I had reservations for this hotel for several months. We arrived on the date of the reservation to find a sign on the door stating they were closed during the week, only opened Friday through Sunday. I am a member of Choice hotels so they have my email and my phone number along with the reservation I had. I spent 45 minutes, yes I checked my phone to confirm this, on the phone with Choice hotels trying to get another hotel and my points returned from this hotel. Needless to say I was not happy. They did rebook me at another Choice property but I had to use 4,000 additional points for the same night. They did offer me 6,000 points for my trouble but with the additional 4,000 used I really only gained 2,000 points and I feel my time on vacation is worth more than that. I think if a hotel decided to close the door for whatever reason they should notify all those with reservations. What would have happened if the other choice properties had no availability? Not happy with this situation.

Price good but older hotel...sheets and some towels a bit worn. No coffee maker...was told Choice Hotels told them to take it out. Moved to different Choice Hotel next night...$20 more but much nicer, cleaner and had coffee maker. Last week Choice Hotel Joplin MO and had coffee maker. Think maybe this hotel has just not been maintained as well but not bad, just average.

Disappointed. My key to the room wouldn't work. Hotel understaffed. Arrived after show not being able to get into my room. Office was closed. Finally reached someone to get in. Then toilet wasn't flushing. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Checked out early. Would not recommend.

We stayed 3 nights here and had a great time! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all amazing! The outdoor pool was fun and relaxing we swam a couple times and enjoyed it. The breakfast was great there were lots of options and the lady at the breakfast area was so sweet and fun to talk to. We would definitely stay here again the rates were great and friendly helpful people were available anytime, we loved Sheena and Michael!

Stayed Thursday night. Room was was musty and full of mold. Place is nasty!!! Sleep in your car instead. We will never be back. My daughter and I are still dealing with the mold exposure. Wife booked using points and was told that if we wanted to come back we would get $10 off a future stay. No thanks!

We stayed for two nights and was treated so well and would recommend this hotel.. It was clean and they made you feel welcome. The Manager Shenna English was so attentive to our needs and our puppy Sammie Jo while we were there. The breakfast was a togo with an apple, breakfast bar and bottle water. The property was clean and well lit for our safety..

We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and there was plenty of coffee and food for breakfast. The location was within easy driving distance to the main downtown area and near several of the theaters.

For the money and location everything here is perfectly fine. If your sensibilities are offended by anything below luxury go to a luxury hotel. Floor was a bit cold (it's below freezing outside) but the heater did its job and breakfast tasted fine. People where nice, had no issues. Would come again and would recommend it for anybody who's just looking for a place to hang there hat and go out of the hotel to do things instead of being in the room all day. WiFi was fast and functional for hotel internet. All outdoor facing units with stair access for higher floors.

We like to stay here since it is a pet friendly hotel. Nothing special but nice and clean. Hot breakfast but again nothing special... just eggs and biscuits and gravy. Close to all attractions and off the busy roads. Keep a map of alternate routes so you don't get stuck in traffic. Friendly staff and helpful
