The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was great for a large suite rented midweek. The suit was huge and we only paid $120. The breakfast was good, and again, the service was excellent.

Our biggest complaint would be that noise comes through the ceiling. The people in the room directly above us were walking around a lot after midnight, and the walking makes a loud sound that comes right through the ceiling. Our room had a slight musty odor. They should use some febreze or lysol spray, or maybe shampoo the carpets? The indoor pool was nice, but was pretty cold. If it were heated it would be better. There were also lots of plastic bristles floating around on top of the water as if someone had used some cleaning brushes in or around the pool? The game room was also not good.

Very clean room, better than average breakfast with biscuits and gravy sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, sweet muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt. The staff was attentive to the breakfast room by keeping food stocked and cleaning tables. I am a motorcoach driver and needed a bucket to refresh the bus latrine's water and the staff cheerfully and promptly assisted me so that I could better serve my passengers. There was ample parking for the many motorcoaches that parked in the large parking lot.

The hotel sets atop a hill and is right on the Red Line so it has easy access to all ot the areas attractions without being located on the main drag. Very quiet rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very nice. The heat and air in the room worked great and easily maintained a constant temperature. We did not get to use the pool area but we did look at it and it was very nice. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will return in the future.

One roll of toilet paper for four nights. Housekeeping never restocked our toilet paper, our styrofoam coffee cups, our shampoo. Never vacuumed our room. Did not change sheets or even make up our beds ( due to Covid-19) they said. Very poor housekeeping at this hotel. However, our two queen size beds were very comfortable and great pillows too. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing to write home about.

Dear Guest, I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We are currently providing only limited stay over service. We will replace the towels and take out your trash. Should you need anything else you can contact the front desk and we will do our best to provide this for you. The whole country has been short staffed so I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are all working very hard to do our jobs so that you can visit. We hope to see you again. Have a Blessed day!

We just back from a long weekend stay here. This is a very mixed review though. The first night was great and to be it is a nice hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi in the room itself and it was a pleasant room. The issue we had was on the second night. And the real issue we had was not the problem that was not the fault of the hotel but their lack of response to the situation. We had spend the day shopping and enjoying silver dollar city. We return from our day at the hotel at about 930 and went to our room and used the facilities. I then went to get ice and when I returned my wife told me that there was no water and when she went to call the desk the phone didn't work either. So I went to the desk only to discover that supposedly all of branson was without water ( which the all of branson part was false since we just returned from dinner 10 minutes earlier). They also suggested we could move to another room for the phone. Well we were tired and dirty and the phone wasn't a big issue. They didn't have an eta for the water ( that I believe knowing utility services), so while we were in the above condition and was really wanting to use the jacuzzi, we just went to sleep. The water finally came back on around 230am I believe it was. We woke cleaned up and check out, but without any acknowledgement of the previous nights issues. Here's where the rating comes into play. I don't blame the hotel for the water issues, but I do fault their response to the situation both that night and the next morning. They could have gotten a case of water for occupied rooms ( while I could not have cleaned or flushed the toilet I could have had a drink) and let us know as we walked thru the lobby, put up signs, or a notice on or under our door. It may sound minor but I would have used the lobby bathroom if I knew the toilet would flush but once. Also some acknowledgement of the issue when we check out should have been offered. We paid extra for the night for an amenity we could not use ( the jacuzzi) and couldn't even use basic amenities ( shower, toilet, tap water), yet nothing at check out. Had we had some acknowledgements i would have given a 4 or 5, but the total lack of customer service made it a 2.

When we arrived the cleaning staff had left the ozone cleaning thing on all day instead of just 1/2 hour to an hour. Caused immediate respiratory distress (coughing and burning lungs). No other rooms were available. The maintenance men were awesome and did everything they could to air out the room. Still had chemical smell in the linens all night. Was told when they said they didn’t have any other rooms that they would discount the room. During check out was told since I paid through Expedia that they wouldn’t discount the room. Seems as the managers don’t have any integrity or stand by their word. The place is a little outdated and in need of a remodel (carpet was coming up in some places). Advertised amenities that they did not have.

When I'm stressed and/or burned out, Branson is my healing place and Branson Towers is simply the best hotel to help me relax. Not expensive, yet completely top quality furniture in their rooms, and the lobby is absolutely enchanting. The quality of their free breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts you find on the road.
The pool area is clean and the water temp is almost just right. During my stay, which was in late May 2020, the hot-tub was off-limits due to the COVID-19 situation so they do have one and hopefully, they'll be able to reopen it soon.

This hotel was one of the most reasonable price for a hotel in Branson during the memorial day weekend. The parking is free. As you enter, you are impressed by the open staircase in the front. The reception is friendly and helpful. We had housekeeping every day. The rooms are clean and the bed firm.

There is a good breakfast every morning. Good for families to save on breakfast and it is free. There wan an free ice cream social every night at 10 PM. Perhaps to time with the closure of the shows.

The swimming pool is indoor and well heated with a jacuzzi. The hotel is not far from the main strip. There is a gas station and some restaurants next door.

This was our first stay and won't be our last. Everything was great. Fast check in and check out. Good breakfast that was served by attendant Large breakfast room so no problem being within 6' of anyone. We were at breakfast each morning 6:30 so not a lot of people eating at that time. Coffee served in lobby anytime of day.
Off the strip which we like but still close and very little noise.

Very clean rooms. Quiet and Restful. Good breakfast.
The location is a plus because you are away from the noise of the busy streets of Branson but close enough to all the attractions. Everything we went to was within a 8-10 minute drive. Very convenient. No views. No balconies. Nicely decorated and updated.
