My family and I stayed a few nights here for a softball tournament in Branson. The hotel has more going against it than going for it. I'll break out the specifics below. First the good: - room was relatively clean, which is the most important thing to me - we were given a decent group rate for the team, better than we could get at the other locations we checked - it's relatively close to activities, while being off of the busy main strip - beds were relatively comfortable Now for the bad: - the hotel is REALLY outdated; looked like the last decent update was in the 80s or 90s. - the rooms have a lack of plugs, with no USB plug ins - towels are dingy and look dirty / stained - need replaced - shower is too short for the average sized man... I had to duck and squat to wash my hair - there is no outside door key lock, so people can walk right into the hotel through the back door - speaking of locks, the room door lock took 4-5 times of running the card each time to get the door handle to open - the walls and floors are paper thin, heard every footstep above us - the AC unit did not cool properly, we had to set it to 60F just to be comfortable - we had bugs in our bathroom multiple nights, looked kinda like silverfish - my daughter got sick on the way home from the breakfast she ate at the hotel, not sure if it was the eggs or the milk - but something was bad - the hotel couldn't find our reservation when my wife checked in, then proceeded to get rude when my wife expressed frustration - desk chair was uncomfortable All in all, cleanliness is my biggest issue with hotels - and this one was decent; but fell through most other secondary issues. We will be looking for a different hotel on our next trip to Branson.…
Great space. Great customer service. The pool and spa seemed a little dirty but it was constantly full of families having fun. We loved the indoor pool and spa. Beds were comfortable. The only problem: room was super humid. Great breakfast!
Quiet, clean. Great breakfast choices. Second time staying here. Just minutes from anything in Branson. It says I need 200 characters in order to review so hopefully this extra line will do just that..........
At check in, the clerk gave us a room and room key. We got a luggage cart, loaded all our luggage, got on the elevator, and headed to our room. We tried our key in the room number they gave us, but it wouldn't work. I was just about to head back downstairs to tell them when someone answered the door in the room we were trying to get into. Shocked??? You bet we were. We gathered our luggage cart and went back to the checkin counter. They gave us another room and key. We went back upstairs, put the key card in the slot, and walked in on the people that were living in that room. Gee, so glad they were at least dressed. Went back downstairs, and, WOW, third time's a charm. Got an unoccupied room!! It wasn't the cleanest place...the staff didn't do a very good job, but we did have clean towels each day and had our beds made, but not changed. They did change the bed linen the day before we left. When we walked in the door to our room, there was a great big black stain along with one a little smaller on the carpet. There were several others throughout the room. You could tell the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I wouldn't choose to stay there again if I knew what I know now.…
Nice clean rooms, not to far away from everything you need. Breakfast bar was better than most hotels, with plenty of room to eat. Had elevators in front and back for easy access to upper levels. Would stay there again.
This hotel was one of the most reasonable price for a hotel in Branson during the memorial day weekend. The parking is free. As you enter, you are impressed by the open staircase in the front. The reception is friendly and helpful. We had housekeeping every day. The rooms are clean and the bed firm. There is a good breakfast every morning. Good for families to save on breakfast and it is free. There wan an free ice cream social every night at 10 PM. Perhaps to time with the closure of the shows. The swimming pool is indoor and well heated with a jacuzzi. The hotel is not far from the main strip. There is a gas station and some restaurants next door.
The room was great and not far from the main strip. Loved the buffet breakfast which had about everything you could want except my favorite bacon. I didn't expected them to have it since it cost more and few hotels have it. Very clean and friendly staff. Will be back.
We have stayed at Branson Towers several times. We enjoy how quiet it is here. The rooms are larger, clean with comfortable beds. The rooms could stand to be updated but overall a great place to stay. Definitely family friendly with an indoor pool, hot tub and breafast.
Food was good. Eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potato chunks, waffles and more. Pool was nice however, you had to go outside to get to the indoor pool. Room was nice. The hotel is starting to show a little age, but it did not take away from our experience.
Very clean room, better than average breakfast with biscuits and gravy sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, sweet muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt. The staff was attentive to the breakfast room by keeping food stocked and cleaning tables. I am a motorcoach driver and needed a bucket to refresh the bus latrine's water and the staff cheerfully and promptly assisted me so that I could better serve my passengers. There was ample parking for the many motorcoaches that parked in the large parking lot.
