Some friends reserved a block of rooms for several of us, that were traveling to Branson. Our rooms were well stocked with all the necessary tolietries, and extra blankets as we requested, because of the crazy changing Missouri weather. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay here! Valet service and luggage taken to our rooms was a non-issue. (Everything happened with ease). Great location, near everything going on at The Landing.

We arrived for our two night stay for my 30th birthday around 10:30 PM the night of May 29. As a Hilton Honors member, after requesting, we were upgraded from a lower level king deluxe room to an upper level king deluxe room.

After we got to our room and got settled, we pulled back the covers to get in bed and were appalled by what we saw. At first, I just saw a few blackish brown marks on the bed and thought they were gross but it was late and I was trying to have a good attitude and so I was going to ignore them. Then when my husband got in the bed and flipped over his pillow, we nearly gagged at the huge yellow stains on his pillow. They looked to be like some sort of bodily fluid that did not even appear to have been washed. We immediately called the front desk and the lady we spoke to sounded equally disturbed and said someone would come and give us a key to a new room ASAP. We ended up getting upgraded to a condo suite which was very nice. Unfortunately, upon inspecting our new bed in our new room, one pillow had a long black hair on it and there were also a few more of those black/brown stains on the linens. We set a couple of the dirty pillows aside and decided to not worry about the other spots on the bed because it was so late.

Luckily, other than the incidents with the bed linens, we had a perfect stay. Very nice hotel and room. We enjoyed the pool and the convenient location. Cleanliness of bed linens however are a make or break thing for me so that was definitely an issue that will not soon be forgotten. Please encourage your housekeeping staff to do better.

Don’t be fooled by the photos, this hotel is not as nice as it looks. It’s a little more worn down than it looks like on the website, and wasn’t as well cleaned as I would have expected for a Hilton.

We had a double bed room (beds are small!), but were only left with two sets of towels, and found a room service napkin and dirty spoon under the side of the bed, which told me they didn’t vacuum under the sides of the beds at all. My husband made a comment that his feet never felt clean when they were on the carpet, and there were dirty spots all over the walls.

They also did not tell me that they weren’t doing daily room service when we checked in, so we came back after the first full day to a somewhat messy room. Not a huge deal, but when you pay $200 a night, it is nice to come back to a clean room with beds made, fresh towels and full garbage cans emptied. We also watched another rooms dirty room service trays sit in the hallway for two days before it was picked up. In hindsight, I wish we would have paid a little bit more to stay at the promenade, where it appears the rooms are a little newer (?), and you are right above Branson‘s landing so you don’t even have to cross the street to get to the shops and restaurants, but I also question the Hilton name a little bit more in general now…

The staff at the Branson Hilton Convention Center was dishonest. I booked through USAA although I am also a Hilton Honors member. My family was supposed to have a one bedroom condo with balcony facing the “Landing“. We did at least face the Landing, but no balcony. I called ahead several times so our room would be ready for my family, and informed the hotel we were running late. I was assured are room was ready, and I was delighted to find out the “balcony” would be facing the riverfront Landing. We got to the hotel around 8:30pm in time to view the fireworks. However, our condo with a balcony was given to somebody else. We did have windows facing the Landing, but that was not the same experience as having a balcony. The staff was very rude, and their PR person was disgusting with excuses. Also, the Condo was not stocked as advertised. For example we only had two bath towels for a family of three. The room did not include a breakfast coupon, and it cost $80 for breakfast room service, which arrived in chinese take-out paper containers. Only two small plates in the dishwasher for the condo! Also there was no phone in the living room area, and the portable phone did not work in the bedroom. Additionally the hotel technician could not fix it. It was so frustrating, and detrimental to my family’s July 4th experience. As my father who was a US Air Force fighter pilot (TAC) would say ... “just puke and press on”. We will never stay at the Branson Hilton Convention center hotel ever again. It was obvious our condo room with a balcony was given to somebody else before we arrived.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment and will ensure we share your comments with our executive management team so they investigate your booking history. Most of the condos at the Hilton Branson Convention Center do not offer a balcony and most that do which is a very limited number are located on the city side. Most of the condos at the Hilton Promenade do offer a balcony but are not guaranteed a view. Both hotels though we do not guarantee room locations or views only room types. We will try to discover where the confusion occurred and do apologize that you were disappointed. We will share all of your feedback with our executive management team and research the visit including the room challenges relayed in your review. We want all of our guests to enjoy their time with us. We are very sorry to hear of your perception of our team. We greatly appreciate your father's service as it ensures the freedom for all of us and we appreciate the family's sacrifice to care for us. We again apologize and appreciate the feedback so we may work to investigate and better care for all of our guests in the future. We wish you and your family safe travels and good health always. And again apologize for letting you down during your visit.

Good location and service considering the limitations on housekeeping due to COVID. The hotel is very centrally located to shops and dining options of Branson Landing, downtown Branson, and other attractions along Hwy. 76. The one exception is for breakfast. There is no breakfast service in the hotel currently and very few restaurants nearby that open before 11:00 AM, so if you like a nice big breakfast plan to get up very early or be prepared to wait awhile at one of the nearby local places. Check in is scheduled for 4:00 PM and when we arrived at 4:30 our rooms were not ready. Took about an hour for one of our two reserved rooms to be available. To be fair, the hotel was completely full the weekend we visited and the front desk comped our parking fees for our stay. No other issues outside of this. Daily housekeeping service is not offered, but this is clearly communicated during the reservation process and check in. We requested more towels for our rooms and they were delivered very promptly. The Level 2 steakhouse on the property is open for dinner, but we only visited the bar which was nice and not crowded or noisy. I’d stay again, but probably wait until pandemic restrictions are lifted.

Was in town for a convention at this property where they also have a very nice convention center. Plenty of room for a mid sized convention. This property is big and the rooms beautiful. They also have a very nice high end restaurant on property.

Plenty of parking across the street with valet available if needed. Lots of places to eat nearby. Located very close to the White River so the view can be very beautiful at night from your room.

I had a very large 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen area. The room was large with a walk-in shower, soaker tub, separate commode room and sink area. Nice 4 person dining room table and chairs.

My room had a beautiful view of the White River which was even nicer at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone visiting the Branson area stay here!

I don’t mind paying a high rate for a good quality room, but When we arrived to our room, the bed was made but there was food and crumbs all in the sheets and there was boogers on the pillow case! We called down and they sent up a great guy who I believe was named Randon and he changed out the linens on our bed and pillows. The rest of the room was coated in dust, as in you could write your name in it with your finger on most all the surfaces. Randon attempted to duat the room but it just stirred it up more than anything. Then when we went to take a shower the wall was covered in hair from a previous guest, disgusting. The lady behind the counter (Brittany) was nice but told me at a minimum of 5 times that the computer system and internet were both down from being overloaded by teenagers staying at the hotel and so it took an extra long time to get checked in or to get info each time we went to the front desk. The windows were very dirty and there was a lot of bugs and spider webs on them.
I brought my wife to your hotel for her birthday and it was not a good experience at all. I wish We would have stayed somewhere else and I have still never done it, but I wish I would have asked for a refund because it was a massive disappointment for my wife’s birthday.

Although we are timeshare owners and typically stay at one of the many timeshares in the area, we elected to spend a weekend at this location because we wanted to bring our dogs. As this was our anniversary, I booked the presidential 1 bedroom condo on the 12th floor.
This is the defiantly the nicest hotel in Branson. The location is actually pretty nice, 1/2 block and an easy walk to the Branson Landing shopping area. The hotel has a nice restaurant, were we ate breakfast and dinner, but there are a lot of choices within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, it’s design lends itself to be booked by someone heading up a convention rather than a couple on vacation. It has a larger dining room table with seating for six and a kitchen area that’s better for serving hour d’oeuvres than a meal. A nice refrigerator, dishwasher and service ware, but nothing to cook with other than a microwave oven. Makes sense as you wouldn’t want someone burins so etching on a stove or oven in a 12 story hotel.
Another issue was housekeeping didn’t pay attention to the service ware in the kitchen. For instance, there was ONE spoon in the silverware drawer. There was also different counts on the various glasses and plates. The dishwasher also was not unloaded when we arrived, so I wasn’t certain if it had been run or if those dishes were only rinsed off.
Of concern was the curtain on the extra tall floor to ceiling windows. They need an electric opener but they have a very flimsy plastic rod instead. This makes it impossible to fully open the curtains as the rod isn’t strong enough (to long and flimsy). One section of curtains was off track. In the bathroom the shower leaked badly in the tile floor, making it slick and providing a great opportunity to fall if you aren’t paying attention. Every time we showered we had to lay an extra towel down for the water.
The room has a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Perfect for morning coffee. Unfortunately they do have an issue with wasps. While I’m not typically bothered by these insects I’m sure this would disturb other guests.
Overall a pleasant stay but enough issues to keep me from giving it a 5 star rating.

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel as a whole. The location was great, but when it was chilly outside, we were able to relax in a cozy and intimate environment with the Level 2 lounge and steakhouse.
The indoor pool was warm and the area was spacious and didn’t have you choking on chlorine fumes.

Stayed here recently and the walk from the garage to our room was ridiculously long. As a gold member I am accustomed to getting a free breakfast however here, the full breakfast was $6 extra and only a few items were offered for free. It says a lot when I can get a free full breakfast at the Hampton Inn without being a gold member but here I cannot. I digress, the hotel was clean and staff was very courteous.

Thank you very much for your kind words and gracious review. We are sorry to provide disappointment regarding your breakfast. Hamptons (which is a wonderful brand) and some of the other brands that offer complimentary full breakfast to Gold and DIamonds are typically smaller properties (100+ rooms) and do not have a full service restaurant on the property. Hilton Hotels and Resorts which is the brand category our property falls under is typically much larger (500+ between both Hiltons of Branson and close to 300 rooms for this property alone). We also do have a full service restaurant ( a bit limited right now due to Covid but under normal conditions is open breakfast through dinner). We do follow the brand standards for our brand but do understand if you have not encountered the upcharge fee for full breakfast in the past. We really appreciate your loyalty the the Honors program and thank you for being our guest. We hope you will consider us again sometime in the future and wish you safe travels and good health!
