This was a nice place to stay. The room was very clean, convenient location and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. Our interaction with the front desk staff was excellent especially Chandler. He was very engaging and extremely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t pay attention to check in time, got done shopping about 1 o’clock and thought we would check in then go to silver dollar city. Was not so politely told check in was at 3 o’clock by a guy working the counter. No big deal but had never been so rudely responded to in any of the hotels in Branson. We left got lunch and came back at 2:55 and was able to check in. The hotel was clean but older. It has that old dirty carpet smell. Toilet was perfect size for potty training! So that’s a plus for young families! We had two towels in a double room. Went to ask for two more as there were three of us and was told housekeeping was working on it and all they could do was take our room #. Never did get those towels. Shower sprayed out the faucet on our feet harder than it would out of the shower head. Tricky turning off the water in tub as it just kept spinning. You had to delicately turn it to get it to shut off. Handle came off in our hand at one point. Electrical outlet was old enough your straightener wouldn’t stay plugged in while using it. Definitely a lot better and cheaper places to stay in Branson. Room was clean so that was a plus. …

The room was adequate very small bathroom. The pictures online made th hotel common areas and room appear plusher than they really were very misrepresented. Breakfast area very small .The hallway carpet was filthy and at least on our floor the hallway smelled liked pot and cigarettes

Just ok!! Bed and Bedding was nothing like what they describe. Neither are the facilities. Breakfast was ok and rooms were at least clean, not plush as advertised. Doesnt allow guest visitors after 10 and they must check in with the desk like we are in high school or something. They even advertise Cookies upon check in....didnt even get them

Good location for starters. Very quiet. No complaints there. What bothered us was the bed was the mattress was as hard as a concrete slab. It did help as the lady that works nights suggested a mattress pad, and that did help. Breakfast was very good. Need a bigger breakfast room.

While on vacation, no one wants it ruin by a rude employee. Had a bad experience with a staff member on 3/15/23. On Wednesday morning I was grabbing my breakfast when I notice they were out of waffle batter. I approached employee and said “excused me.” ( he’s back was towards me) he replied with angry tone “what do you want? I’m working” I said, “wanted to let you know you’re out of waffle batter.” Then he yelled he was busy, it’ll be about 10mins. Which I waited patiently. This guy doesn’t belong anywhere near customers. In hospitality industry you have too…. at the least show respect to your customers. I complain to lady in front desk. She apologized, says she’s heard him before but didn’t think he would lash out on a customer. She said she would talk to him about it. Bad review & lose by business is how I handle it.…

I have been here for a few weeks now. I want to comment on the cleaning crew. Ava and Chris are superb. They attend my room every couple of days and give it a thorough cleaning and replacing dirty towels. Bedding is also changed. Never have to remind them of anything. They both need to be praised for their excellent work. All the staff here is excellent. Location is excellent. Price is very good. I recommend this motel if you need a simple motel with great people and great prices.

Bed was a little hard but my mother liked it. Pillows good. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Overall good experience. Would stay again. Close to everything. Right on the strip in Branson Missouri.

The hotel is super clean and check-in was quick and easy. The reason for only 3 stars is the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Breakfast is the normal hotel Breakfast choices but the guy working the Breakfast area is a pleasure to visit with and works hard to make sure everyone is satisfied. This would be a great hotel if they had a higher quality of mattress.
