I booked the hotel because it had a great rate, location, and reviews indicated friendly staff and clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They definitely exceeded our expectations. I met my mother in Branson. They helped accommodate her until I arrived to check-in over an hour later.

Any requests we had were immediately handled. Service was personalized. It doesn't get any better.

Breakfast was good and the service there was great. Fresh food was brought out regularly and great efforts to maintain clean spaces for getting food and in the dining area were appreciated.

Hotel is not brand new. But have been remodeled. Fresh paint, floors, furniture. I'm rating the room as very good instead of excellent just because there were signs that the hotel is older - i.e. bathroom door was tight closing. (No big deal to me.)

Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

This is a great basic motel. The beds and rooms are nice and comfortable. I took a star because I called months ahead when I could bot get a handicapped room. Tried 6 months ahead and sadly for the first time no handicapped rooms were available. I asked the nice lady who answered the phone if I could get a room on the first floor near the handicapped and was told yes no problem but when we got there we were placed on the backside of the building. Only reason we didn't have to cancel and book elsewhere was because there were no stairs.

Now to address the younger perfectly healthy couple with not so much as a limp that I watched walk into the handicapped king bed, room. Didn't even have a handicapped placard. It is sad that you were so selfish you booked a handicapped room for no good reason taking it from a handicapped person who physically needed that room. We like to be independant and not need to ask for help in and out of the shower. We also like to not have to use our wheelchair to get to our hotel room if not needed. Please take these things into consideration next time you book a handicapped room you don't need. Every room type was available when. You booked that room so far in advance. Maybe you just don't care about others but just wanted to enjoy the bigger handicapped wheelchair accessible bathroom? I do hope you enjoyed your trip.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms just remodeled too. Basic motel with parking outside the doors. Breakfast is basic and only till 9am so we didn't get a chance to try it. Only letdowns were that there was no coffee in the office after breakfast and there was no housekeeping other than clean towels. Other than that the main manager was super nice and helpful he really takes pride in doing his absolute best. December 23rd his night manager quit on him and he worked non stop to make sure the people staying here had what they needed. We stayed during record breaking low temperatures and snow and the room was nice and toasty for us.

Stayed here for the first time and the experience was nothing special.

This motel is conveniently located to all major attractions. Room has microwave and mini fridge. They also have a free breakfast during a limited time every morning. Their onsite parking on the north side is very tight and you have to be very careful.

When we checked into our room floor lamp was not functioning properly. It turned out that it had exposed broken wires from its plug. I had a little one with us and thank god she didn't go close to that plug otherwise it would have been a major day to remember for us! This should have been checked and fixed before the room was assigned to us. Each and every room should be checked before it is assigned to the new guest.

Their breakfast rule is that you have to eat at the breakfast location and are not allowed to take anything back to your room. While I can see that this rule is there to minimize abuse, guests should be allowed to take, at least, their leftovers back to their room if they want to.

Our room was not cleaned and nothing was replenished when we came back at night. We had to go through the inconvenience of going to the office to get clean towels, toilet papers, etc. Apology was given but nothing else was offered. We were also given an excuse that cleaning person is new and still learning. Is this our fault? Why is that person assigned for cleaning if not fully trained. I was expecting some kind of courtesy compensation but nothing was offered.

This is a older motel that has had some renovations (though the quality seems somewhat lacking). The parking is limited, so it gets crowed at times and you might not be able to park right outside your room.

The rooms are very basic and small. The bathroom is so small that the door barely clears the toilet when shutting. The tub/shower combo is small, but manageable. The towels are very thin and need upgraded (some looked pretty dingy). Our king-size room had two chairs (think older office waiting area chairs) plus a small end table/night stand table as the table between the chairs. The bed was big and overall comfortable, even though some of the pillows were flat and needed replacing. There was only one true nightstand in the room. The sink was situated outside the bathroom and had a large mirror, though the lighting was weird.
Actually the lighting throughout the room was weird and wasn't very bright. A big plus, was that the flooring was hard (laminate wood planks???) and not carpet. Overall, the room seemed clean.

There is an outdoor pool at this property, but it was understandably closed for the season.

The hot breakfast was very basic, but was edible. Both days scrabbled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, 3 kinds of cereal, toast, and 2 choices of juice was served. They do ask that you do not take food back to your room. They want you eating in the breakfast room due to their COVID-19 protocols. Also in regards to their COVIS-19 protocols, this property isn't offering maid service during stays, though you can get fresh towels from the front desk.

The staff was overall friendly, but when asking for an additional room keycard the desk person seemed annoyed and stated that they didn't have very many???

Also, there wasn't a blanket in the room (only a sheet on the bed) and I had to ask the front desk attendant for one for which they said that they would have one brought to me. Just seemed odd that they wasn't a blanket available in the room from the start.

Overall, I personally probably wouldn't stay here again, but if you are looking for a reasonably priced room and you aren't picky this might meet your expectations.

I understand Covid but why advertise breakfast when you have muffins and donuts that look like they came from a highway service station that you need to take to your room to eat?

Their cleaning was questionable, none done during my stay. When I arrived there was a book and paper left on the one table in the room. Later on when looking closer it was questionable if they had vacuumed the room.

Given they don't service rooms, they should provide more soap in rooms for multi-day stays.

This hotel has been recently renovated. Love the room without carpet as it is much cleaner that way. The hotel is located in a great location, right across from the zoo. It’s off the main drag but it’s a short drive to everything. Front staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, even had hot food available such as eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage. Also had cereals and breads to choose from. Price was awesome!

Don't stay in March! Stayed in early March and I think the Motel just open for the year. We got an excellent rate on our two night stay. So low I should have been suspicious. The room was fine, however only one small bar of super cheap soap was provided. There was only one wastebasket for both the front with the front microwave and the back with the sink. Not good! On the outside marquee and all over the internet the motel features a HOT BREAKFAST. Not so when we were there. The only thing hot was the coffee! We could have cold cereal, no juice, ( had to ask for milk) and muffins or bagels. not much. The topper was when on the second night we returned from a show about 10:30 PM and our single ( no second key was given) electronic room key wouldn't work. The front office was dark and deserted! We called the number on our reservation sheet ( thankfully we had it in the car) but no answer. The message said if there was no answer, to call 911. We did that and the dispatcher somehow reached a Lynina maintenance man who was able to let us in. Talk about anxious and upsetting, didn't sleep much that night. To be fair, I think these were mostly early season starting problems, but I feel we should have somehow been forewarned, especially about the breakfast. Other problems were too soft beds and our TV wouldn't work until we called maintenance and they fixed it.

The bed and pillows were hard but the pillows can be fluffed. My friend said the bed was ok. The HVAC issue was solved PROMPTLY. thank you. Breakfast needs some plain whole milk yogurt. The eggs, sausage were ok. The biscuits and gravy need an upgrade...you're in the south, c'mon. 4stars because the room was quiet and mgt responds well. I don't give 5 stars easily

From the moment I called Scott to see if our room was ready, he has bent over backwards to assure a great trip for us. Our room is freshly painted and, dare I say, up to date with bathroom sink lighting and laminate flooring. Super comfy beds. Dark out curtains that make the room...dark! Breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, etc. They have a nice clean pool and a good location away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Did I mention how helpful Scott is??

never stayed here before, could you tell us is there flat parking. Also, is there an elevator?

Hello, No we do not have an elevator. We do have 2 ground floors and the highest a person would climb would be up one flight or 16 stairs if on the 3rd floor. Hope this helps.

The Jacuzzi's are in the room not a normal bath tub. They would easily fit 2 large people. They are also a corner tub. thanks.
