The reviews I read for the Dutton Inn said it was clean and had a good location. I agree! It was very clean. The location was excellent toward the end of the strip and across the street from White Water. However, the Dutton Inn sits at the bottom of a large incline just in case you consider walking to attractions, you have to get up the hill first. The staff at the Dutton Inn were very helpful and very friendly. The reason I am giving it a 3 is due to the age and size of the rooms. Our room was decorated with colorful walls and a nice picture. But the baseboards were outdated vinyl and really needed to be replaced. Just made the room look rough. There were also some dated chairs that were the only place to sit other than the bed. Also, the entrance to your room is from outside versus through a lobby. We could easily see daylight through the perimeter of the door which is concerning for summer allergens and bugs. The bathroom was clean but so tiny that an adult cannot get dressed in there leaving no private area to dress. The sink was outside of the toilet area so you couldn't wash your hands until you came out from using the toilet. I wouldn't recommend the Dutton Inn for more than one person staying in a room, certainly not for a family. If they renovated by making the rooms much larger and appropriately sized bathrooms, we would return.…

I used this Inn for my group of 33. My clients loved it. Quiet, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and varied hot breakfast. I will use this inn again next time I bring a group to Branson and/or for my personal travel.

Just a nice hotel. Old school with real keys for the doors! lol!. Great hot breakfast! Quiet! Well kept! It was our second time using this hotel! Front desk personnel are friendly and quick! I would definitely go there again!

Beds are very comfortable. A/C and heater works great (we’ve stayed in summer and late fall). Hot showers w/great water pressure. Nice size rooms. Easy access from yellow route. Very nice people AND discounted tickets to their show when you stay there!!! Breakfast has several options and is ok; better than most places we’ve stayed. Nice size frig and microwave in every room. Free Wi-Fi.

Although the people were very nice and we have stayed there many times, this time was so much different in the fact that I do not appreciate a motel who does not attend to your room, take your used towels and bring new clean towels, get our own toilet paper and was told that because of Covid they no longer do this, due to this we will not stay there again. The previous week my son and I stayed at another hotel and our room was completely taken care of every day.

I had a 7 day stay and didn't want to leave. The rooms are good size. The beds are comfortable. I didn't hear the outside noise. The breakfast was ready every morning. The staff was friendly and I even booked my next stay before I left. Family ran and family friendly. There are 2 first floors for the ease of access and elevators as well. The show discounts at their theater at the top of hill are unbeatable. See the show and stay at the Inn you won't regret it.

Staff is extremely helpful. My wife had double mastectomy and part of her inscion open and was draining. Front desk clerk (man first day on job) was very concerned and assisted her with medical gauze. Ladies in afternoon and evening always friendly and warm. Shirley made our breakfast so enjoyable. The staff made such a difference. Location, cleanliness and overall experience with the inn was good. The only negative is the property is still using Covid to not daily refresh room and you will have to obtain towels and empty trash.

Hotel is located in the same parki glot as theater along with a gift shop Abby's tourist trap packed with top quality merchandise, hotel is clean, staff is so friendly and they have an awesome breakfast. We have stayed there many of times.

We like staying at the Dutton Inn due to the cleanliness and great location. We can depend on this hotel to be safe and, most importantly, clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast has enough variety that we always get full. It usually includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and pancakes. The staff is so friendly and make us feel welcome every time we visit.
