Our stay at this place was amazing! We arrived on a Wednesday by motor coach and left on a Saturday morning. The staff was very accommodating and nice, rooms were very nice, everything we had planned was only minutes away. As for my husband and I, we would definitely stay here again.
This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. One thing we appreciated about the hotel was the choice of music they chose to play...current day Christian music played in the breakfast areas and the lobby...what a great surprise and very refreshing!
We stayed 3 days as we explored Branson. The room was clean, no bugs, no strange smells and the water was hot. Breakfast was the standard affair of sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs, potatoes and some bagels/bread for toasting. As other reviews have stated there was no microwave in the room so we had to leave the cup of ramen in the car. I think if you wanted you could sneak down to the breakfast area and run their microwave. Breakfast I think is served from 0700 to 1000. At night they do some kind of cobbler, cookies and ice cream from 2100 -2300 at night. Its a nice touch but won't help your waistline ;). They had to improvise on our last night as the soft serve ice cream machine was not running so we were trying to scoop ice cream out of a tub with mixed results. The hotel is a good value and book early if you want a room. And you pretty much have to drive as like Kentucky I don't think people walk in Missouri either and it could have been a life changing moment trying to walk :)…
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. close to restaurants and shopping. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Very affordable. They have breakfast with a variety of things to choose from

Pictures made it look like it was surrounded by greenery and views, outside my room was car park, convention center and churches. GPS takes you to back entrance which is confusing cause of multiple buildings, but found the reception. Check in was easy. Parking was strange cause of car park on hillside, entered by pool right by elevators. It's very humid and there no air conditioning in the hallways so walked quickly to room. New carpet smell walking to room. Room is nicely decorated, comfy beds, decent pillows, maybe 60" tv, gave us a few technical difficulties but figured them out. Strange low chair awkwardly squeezed in between window air conditioning unit and bed. Phone kept flashing red message light but no actual message. Good water pressure and decent toiletries. Went down for coffee in afternoon and it was empty, said available 24 hours.…
We enjoyed our stay for one night. Clean comfortable rooms. No microwave in the room but it did have a refrigerator which is all we needed. Desserts served between 9-11. The desserts were cherry cobbler, cookies, and ice cream. Hot breakfast. Great stay. We will go back.
Wonderful place to stay when visiting Branson. Courteous staff, (Andrew is especially nice) and the cobbler and ice cream aren't bad either. We stay here every trip to Branson and never disappointed. Try it and you will return on future trips.
The breakfast was really good with eggs, sauage, rolls, cereal, and juices. The best part of this hotel was having the evening ice cream and cobblers. The rooms were good size and very quiet. I liked being in the second building since the lines were not as long for the food
