My group stayed at Savannah House and rented their Event room (separate building) on the coldest week of the Winter Season! The staff took such good care of us, checking on us in the event room several times a day to make sure we were warm and had everything that we needed.
Our rooms were refreshed everyday with our beds being made, any trash was taken out, fresh clean towels and travel soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner restocked.
We had a delicious full breakfast every morning, had delicious fruit cobbler and soft serve ice cream in the evening.
Everyone from the 2 different fellas from the Front Desk, to the girls that made breakfast and fixed up our rooms, and the poor maintenance fella that literally hand shoveled all that snow to give us a safe place to park and to walk back and forth from the hotel to the event room. Thank you from the bottom of my/our heart.
Can't wait to see you again this Summer!!!

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and i just returned from a quick trip to Branson, MO. We have been several times and have always stayed at different places. This time when I was making our reservations, I saw the Savannah House Hotel. I looked through the pictures, checked the price and availability, read reviews and decided to book our room here.
I am so glad I did. From the beginning, our stay was wonderful. The hotel played Christian music which I noticed upon entering and loved. Our room was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The people at the desk were friendly and answered all our questions. Our room was really quiet so we slept well.
A full breakfast is included and the food was good. In the evening, the hotel also provides dessert from 8:30 - 10:30 or 11.
if you are wanting to get away for a reasonable price, I highly recommend the Savannah House Hotel.

I am so incredibly sad to write this! This hotel was my favorite for many years. I remember walking into the room, it being clean and comfortable and having a HUGE bathroom and HUGE mirror with lots of counter space to put your stuff on. So . . . What the heck happened??? We got into the room and I felt like I was in a lower priced motel. The room was smaller, the countertop was smaller . . I kept wondering if I had built it up in my mind bigger than it actually was. Then, that night, as we were trying to sleep, every hour or so, a whistling from the pipes would start. It affected me like an alarm clock. And it happened every hour or so, lasting about 20-30 minutes. Plus, the bed was miserable. Every time my husband so much as even bent his leg, I could feel it. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked if we could cancel our second nights stay. I just wanted to go and to be home. The receptionist was kind enough to let me cancel without a fee and I so appreciated it. BUT I do have to mention some good things: one, and everyone who9 has stayed there knows about the front porch and watching the sunsets!!! Im convinced there is no better place in Branson to watch sunsets that Savannah House!! And also, the late night snack. Starting at 8:30pm, they offer hot, fresh, delicious cobbler and soft serve ice cream(which my hubby is obsessed with!). Despite the fact that my review wasnt great, I realize that 2020 and covid was hard on so many businesses all around the nation and I am hopeful and that Savannah House will fix the pipes and get back to being the wonderful hotel that they used to be.

Great value!! Would recommend this hotel. Really nice hot breakfast. Ice cream and cookies every night. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk directed us on how and where to purchase show tickets.Comfortable beds. We stayed 2 nights, the cleaning staff gave us clean towels and asked if they might get us anything else for our room.

I normally stay at the Quality Inn or the Hampton Inn when in Branson but wanted to try this charming hotel instead. The outside is quite beautiful and I love that they serve cobbler in the evenings all the way up till 11 PM! The rooms just had a lot of missing amenities. I wish there was a full length mirror somewhere in the room, as well as USB outlets or an extra outlet on the nightstand between the beds. My coworker had a clock in his room that had a USB port on it, but mine did not. However his iron could not be removed from the bathroom which required him to set up a full length ironing board in his bathroom to iron his shirt. It was quite awkward. The room had a refrigerator, but I wish it also had a microwave. The toilet was also very low to the ground so I imagine those bad knees would have a hard time using it. The staff were phenomenal and extremely friendly! Note that if they put you in building 2, you have quite a a ways to walk to get to the breakfast in the morning. I also had the unfortunate incident of the air conditioner above my room dripping and landing on my air conditioning unit which was a constant clicking sound and quite awful. Thankfully it stopped after about 30 minutes, but I was about to request a new room. I assume it was the air-conditioning unit above mine, and not the rain gutters because I don’t think it was raining. I don’t think I will stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 days and one night after seeing and hearing great things about the hotel. We had a room in the 2nd bldg, it was great, as clean and comfortable as expected. The rooms are accessible by use of a card, no keys to find, all done electronically as is access at the main door to the building. Great and easy to use a/c . The window has a shade and also a room darkening shade which completely cuts off the outside light which makes for a good nights sleep. We went to two shows that day and came in about 10:00 P.M. for some great ice cream and cobbler.The check in went ok after a delay that was due to a tour bus getting passengers checked in ahead of us and only one lady to get them in. The inside and grounds outside are In top shape and kept very clean.Also, the room rate was affordable as most are inflated due to being the busy season .We were in Bldg 2 which made for level parking.They are located next to The Mansion Theater which is one of the larger ones in Branson, You can walk across to the theater with no need to deal with the vehicle traffic. This is a great place stay while in Branson.

We stayed at this hotel because our family has been coming At Savannah House and was recommended for our trip to silver dollar city with our kids.unfortunately our experience wasn’t good there was only 1 person working and you could clearly see she was overwhelmed running around.we went to the room and keys didn’t work so we had to come back and wait again .she said she was busy preparing for dessert.I know it’s tough economy but you could clearly see she was needing help.
Rooms was clean but carpets wasn't vacuum and tv didn’t work also bathroom had some spot on the Floor
We would try some where else next time.
Breakfast was good and dessert was nice.

This was our first stay at this hotel, which was selected by a couple we were traveling with. It was in a good location for us, and every part of our stay was excellent! Our room was clean and quiet, and came at a very reasonable price, especially for the area. They appeared to be well-staffed (most places have one check-in/out person who also does the laundry, and breakfast, etc.), and everyone was so friendly and made you feel very welcome (something you don't see much anymore). One thing that could be improved, would be to have towel bars located nearer to the shower. We will definitely return when in the area!

The hotel was very clean, had everything we needed including a hot breakfast that was very good, as well as cookies, cobbler and ice cream in the evening. The associates at the front desk and the cleaning crew were all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The only problem we had was our room was right across a hall from the elevators and by the doors going out to the pool. Lots of people and some extra noise. HOWEVER, we were able to knock out the noise and get a good night's sleep by having the fan on the a/c turned to constant and on high. Not a big deal. Location wise, you are off the strip so nowhere near as much traffic. A very short distance one direction to the strip and a direct route the other direction, and only a couple miles to the downtown area.
